What's up growmies!!! Yet another week in the books. Welcome to week #6. We are officially in flower🙌🏾🙌🏾. Technically they started preflowering last week however I count the transition period as veg. They have stretched quite considerably (especially the 2 White LSD plants). They all are doing well and flourishing. I'm feeding them 1 liter of water every 3 days, which seems to be fine. It seems to be the sweet spot for the 2 gallon fabric pots I have them in. Right now they are getting plain ph'd water (1 more watering to go) and then I will begin them on their "bloom" recipe of nutes. The smell has gotten a bit stronger but nothing pungent, but when I open the tent I definitely get that "weed" smell bumrushing my sense of smell. I flipped the light schedule to 12/12, because I didn't want to keep Caramelicious (the only photo) in flowering for too long out of fear of her outgrowing the pot as I really don't have much room to go up to a bigger size for her. SUNDAY 5/5: Rearranged the gardens..have 17 plants in the 4 x 5 now...yowsa! MONDAY: Plucked some dead leaves and did a trichrome check on them both...about half cloudy now..👌 TUESDAY: I observed some white spots(maybe powdery mildew) on a few leaves here and there, so I sprayed them today with Trifecta Crop Cure, a concoction of a bunch of natural plant oils. I already decreased the humidity in the room to 45% with my new 70L dehumidifier, so I think they'll be fine. I'll spray them again tomorrow and the next day, then I'll have to hope that did the trick, because they are entering the harvest window. WEDNESDAY: I watered them today and included a bunch of terpinator, bud candy, bembe, and cha ching. It was their last dose of any nutes...flushing with spring water from here on out. THURSDAY: Took a couple of photos and tried installing my new Solacure FlowerPower UVB light, but it was dead on arrival.😢..back to the 15.0 reptile UVB lights for now I guess... FRIDAY: The guy at Solacure is awesome! He immediately Fedex'd a replacement!👍 SATURDAY: I took a few photos and inspected trichromes...I guess that's it for them both! I'll start flushing tomorrow.

Flowering looks awesome on the ChemDog! Lots of bud sites and they're growing at a respectable rate. ATF's are running 3 plants in 3 diff stages- one's a couple weeks into flower, one's just starting,and one's still the holdout. Meanwhile, I've got flowering on the Night Nurse and one of the Viper Cookies. The rest are close but I can't say for sure they've transitioned. Weather's getting into a hot and humid phase, gotta watch that ChemDog. Think it's got a decent structure for ventilation but I've read horror stories on how the Dog loves mold. Further training of the branches has been fruitful, I'm seeing a lot more topside bud sites than usual. I'm working on irrigation-- I set up a 30 gal container and it works for drip, but without a pipe system it's still one at a time, although I have to admit it's worth it to save my back. Plus, I have to have a supply ready for use in case my buddy needs to fill in for me and water the ladies. Been checking the cameras regularly ( I have them all throughout the property, game cameras with IR flash), and to date haven't seen anything that would constitute a threat. Just some curious raccoons and one really ugly opossum. Even the skunks don't bother them this year, which is nice but a little strange considering they dig in them every year. It's really just the animals I'm watching for, people aren't as much of a concern. Mostly because I don't know any. Aside from that, I sleep with my head feet away from my babies, so somebody would have to have big brass ones to even try. Yes, I know, a little overprotective. Fingers crossed it'll be one hell of a harvest (by my standards). 8/11 Update: Been lucky still with the weather, but it's turning really humid. Fed the girls this morning, a mix of 1C molasses and 1/2C epsom salt in 20 gallons. Just a little supplement to the tiger bloom they've been feasting on. Speaking of the Tiger Bloom, I can't help but think I'd do just as well mixing my own nutrient solution, since the cost really adds up quick. For his year, however, it'll be fine. My watering gizmo is working well, just leaks a tiny bit and that's fine for the remainder of the year. Now that I have an idea of what works for me I can spend the off-season setting up something right. Had to thin out the Lamb's a bit, it wasn't getting anywhere near enough air flow. Also took a few on the ChemDog as I'm expecting mold/rot conditions for a while and she's prone. Shouldn't have much problem, wind blows almost constantly here, but you can never be too careful. Training is taking well, overall they look pretty good. Next year-- bigger grow bags, better soil, and much pickier seed choices. I think I may even abandon the idea of topping them in the future-- it just slows them down and you can get the same end results with training. Granted, my ladies are kinda sparse and ugly, but that's the learning curve. Next time around I think I have a pretty good idea of what to do and when to do it, based on what worked and didn't work this year. Another big thing is nutrient timing-- I def jumped the gun on flower power for a few of them and it just stunted them wicked-- shoulda continued veg food a couple weeks into flower even for the early bloomer, she'd be a monster.

Das Blatt Blüte Verhältnis war sehr sehr gut! 👌 Ich habe die Pflanzen dieses Mal nicht komplett getrimmt, sondern mit Zucker Blätter aufgehangen um ein schonenderen trocken prozess zu bekommen und ich Maniküre die Pflanze dieses Mal erst wenn sie trocken ist das verhindert Verletzungen der Pflanze die ein zu schnelles austrocknen zu Folge haben! Es ist mehr Arbeit weil man die Pflanzen Doppelt und dreifach in der Hand hat aber es lohnt sich, ich habe die komplette ernte fertig getrimmt in ein Cvault 21L für 2 Wochen Fermentiert mit einem 62 Prozent boveda, ich habe jeden Tag gelüftet und jeden zweiten Tag muss man es wenden vorsichtig! 👌 😊 Und raus kam richtig Premium gras ♥️♥️♥️😁 The leaf to flower ratio was very, very good! 👌 This time I didn't trim the plants completely, but instead hung leaves with sugar to get a gentler drying process and this time I only manicure the plant when it is dry, which prevents injuries to the plant that would result in it drying out too quickly! It's more work because you have the plants twice or three times in your hand but it's worth it, I finished trimming the entire harvest in a Cvault 21L for 2 weeks. Fermented with a 62 percent boveda, I aired it every day and every other day you have to turn it carefully! 👌 😊 And out came really premium grass ♥️♥️♥️😁

Stoked on her. She turned out wonderful. Smells like rotting strawberries and gas. I’m so glad I could grow her out normally. No purple colors but she has a pink hue to her. I’m pleased. Into the cure closet she goes. She will cure for a couple weeks and I can’t wait to press her into some rosin 🍓

She just keeps impressing me every day. The buds are getting supper thick. Really starting to pack on some weight it seems. There are plenty of white hairs and getting lots of crystals. Gladly nothing negative to report. Each main bud is about 6 inches long (or deep) by 2 inches wide. All the leaves have a really good deep green, some are getting a little shiny near the top. She looks in great shape and I’m very impressed. Don’t have much time to fuss over her and she just keeps doing her thing! Cheers!

Week 16! Week 8 of flowering. She is foxtailing on the topmost buds due to light stress. I measured 90k lux(!) at some buds, which is way too much (she got a little out of hand during the stretch, and grew way too tall) She is drinking less and less water and eating less nutrients. I think she is in the harvest window now, even though she is sprouting lots of new pistils. I will cut down and hang to dry next week, in about 5/6 days. Excited!! EDIT: BANANA ALARM Found a banana. There is probably more of them that I can't see because the lower canopy is so packed. Unsure if to harvest now or not. As it is late in flower I don't know if quality will suffer because of a few more days with herming. Opinions? EDIT II: BUD ROT As I inspected the plant today I saw a dead leaf on one of the tops, which I was able to pull right off. Turned out there was bud rot inside the bud. I cut the bud off. Will harvest later today or tomorrow.

And so week 6 since the 12/12 flip begins. The leaves look a little rough on two of the three plants. I suspect a combination of old nutrient burn (flushed since then) and then a deficiency on one plant. Hoping that my latest nutrient mix takes care of everything. I don’t expect the leaves to improve. Two more weeks of feeding heavily and then I will start to taper my nutrients for the finish at week 10 (hopefully). Sunday: while filling the reservoir, I observed some very small bugs swimming in my reservoir water. Look like Springtails. Completely flushed and treated all equipment with bleach water and added new nutrient solution. Sprayed plants with Captain Jacks Deadbug to be safe. Hopefully this will knock out the potential infestation.

Smells and tastes nice

Hi everyone . That was the last week, because it is very ripe and doesn't do anything anymore :-). Unfortunately, as expected, it will not exploit the giant, because I did not feed enough in weeks 3-6 🤦‍♂️🏻😂. Unfortunately, this happened because I was very busy and stressed, etc. :-) But half as wild, but the quality was sensational 😍👍. From morgeb onwards, the last time you get fresh water is set at 0.4 Ec for the next 5 days, because it is then harvested 😎👏🏻. I usually clean the system after one day and immediately insert new cuttings. I have not cut any because I am currently considering which mum cuttings come in this time. Either again the same Blue Gelato 41 Pheno from Barney's Farm, or the Gelato from Zamnesia. The blue gelato I could cut my 8 directly, with the gealto I would have to wait 3-4 weeks, that's the problem. I will decide spontaneously the days 👍. This girls an absolute beast for her age, she's only 4 weeks old, going into 5th week, she's filled up my space nicely, ive defol'd and lst'd a little, nothing to heavy, ive also lollipoped her. I'm switching to half bloom and half veg nutrients from now until next fortnight, then straight bloom. Thanks for taking the time to read my diary. 5/18 Took the 5 best looking clones transplanted to 3gal grow bags 5/23 clone plant heights from 15.5” to 18”

🌳 Week 13: Well, they're happy... almost too happy! The canopies are filling up again and getting incredibly dense down below. Especially with the squatter, Indica-leaning strains, I'm honestly getting concerned that they might be too dense, and cause mold issues. We do not want that! So, they all came out of the tent again and got their most aggressive cleanup yet. I took more bottom branches off and made more clones, and then also just cut out some other smaller branches, particularly ones that were growing back inward or in some cases even crossing over others. The differences between the indicas and sativas are starting to become more apparent as the plants stretch, and some of the sativas are almost 16" tall. I actually ended up topping a couple of the very tallest branches before they stretched any further, again in an effort to keep the top of the canopy as level as possible. I'm also experimenting with using some wire rings as inserts to spread out the top of the canopy, and pretty pleased with the initial results.

So liebe grower, 20 Wochen voller Spannung sind für mich ins Land gezogen und ich muss sagen ich bin begeistert von dieser Sorte, das Wachstum verlief gut und sie hat sich fast garnicht für mein topping und lst Interessiert und einfach weiter gemacht mit ihrem Wachstum. In der blüte gab es dann ein paar Probleme mit Überdüngung die ich verursacht habe was mich sicherlich Ertrag gekostet hat aber dank der fleißigen Helfer hier auf Grow diaries war das Problem schnell gelöst und der Schaden minimal gehalten danke schon mal an euch ihr seid die besten. Aber ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich an Mrs Larimar richten da er/sie mir bei einigen Fragen geholfen hat und eigendlich immer gleich zur Stelle war wenn was mit meinen Ladys war, also danke Mrs Larimar du hast 1000 likes verdient für deine Arbeit die du hier auf Grow diaries leistest. Zum eigendlich en Ergebnis zurück gelato 41#1 hatt 374,94 gramm abgeworfen, gelato 41#2 hatt 361,01 gramm her gegeben, gelato 41#3 satte 370,37 gramm und zu guter letzt gelato 41 #4 330,29 gramm sind insgesamt 1436,61 gramm nass Gewicht. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden mit dem Ergebniss und finde das gelato 41 ein guter produktiver Cannabis stamm ist. Zu dem Wachstum der Knospen im allgemeinen kann ich sagen das bei 4 Ladys 3 verschiedene Profile raus kamen gelato 41 #1 und #4 haben eher längliche colas entwickelt die relativ fest sind gelato 41 #2 hat eher tennis Bälle produziert die echt hart wie holzbälle sind und gelato 41 #3 war ne Mischung aus den beiden. Zum Geruch der sich über die gesammte blüte immer wieder verändert hat es fing an mit zitrus Noten die dann gepaart wurden mit so nem cremigen touch dann kam ein hauch von Minze hinzu und ganz am Ende Rochen die Ladys nach cremigen sauerlichen Beeren mit leichtem Zitronen Duft der gepaart mit cremiger minz Note einher geht einfach nur lecker im Duft. Trocken Gewicht werde ich updaten wenn die Ladys in die Gläser gehen und Rauch Bericht nr.1 folgt dann ca 14 Tage später und Rauch Bericht Nr2 weitere 14 Tage später, euch allen noch einen wunder schönen Grow mit reichlich ernte und bis zum nächsten Bericht cu........

Average grow maintenance effort, slow growth, small canopy but not really any issues. I will update all the weights, taste and all that crap soon.

Day 36. Girl is a stretcher, will have to do something, but most damage is behind and I think next watering I'll give her food again. Couple leaves taken off, couple branches bended , thinking to put support after main stretch will be over. Happy Growing !!!
