The plant has recovered well from the last capping and defoliation🏻‍♀️ A few leaves have yellowed a little, but that's not so bad🏻‍♂️ It will get a compost tea🍵 in a few days when it is sent into flower and then everything will be fine again😊💪🏻🏻 The compost tea is brewed and was given to the Watermelon Runtz at day 49 of Veg🍉🏃‍♂️

THANK YOU!! 🙏🏻 Day 14 has arrived! A pretty good week of growth for these ladies. You can really see the 2 that are a couple days behind but they are hanging in there and coming along nicely. Finally the good old British weather has decided to let the sun shine 👌🏻not a lot going on in terms of maintenance just plain water and watch them grow. ~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!🤯 I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. The leaf chewing has mostly subsided now since I have been spraying Neem Oil on her every 2-3 days. She's also beginning to increase in height about an inch per day now and has great color and vigor. 6/2- Yesterday I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4, 1 cup of Down to Earth Bio Fish along with 1/2 gallon of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments into the soil by hand, I watered it in via garden hose with straight well water. 6/4- It rained hard yesterday, so I skipped watering the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo today as the ground was still pretty wet. 6/6- The last two days have been sunny and warm so I watered the Papaya Sherbet photo with straight well water from the garden hose today. Another week gone by for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I'm looking forward to next week, as well as the weeks that will follow to see how this lady progresses! These gals are doing fantastic! Smell is really starting to come out now, smells like a very strong citrus pine 👌🙌 Switched them to full strength flowering nutes and they're doing pretty well. I probably should have transitioned them a little earlier but a little stress doesn't hurt, they're growing just fine! Heat is also an issue but they'll manage 😅 8-4-18 :: Largest plant's bucket got empty on accident; Filled a 15gallon reservoir of full strength nutes and pumped the solution into the bucket as always. Next day my largest plant is dying and the other two are fine, looks like lockout. Flushed for a day and then added nutes, no improvement.. Orange pistils are appearing pretty fast on it too as if it's trying to ripen but not grow. My heart is broken😰 UPDATE: Realized I was an idiot and didn't plug up the holes I drilled into the top of the buckets (I stick a hose in there to fill them up) and the roots were exposed to light.

This will be the last week of 18/6. I've got to count 2 - 3 weeks of stretching at 12/12 and the surface of the screen ain't that huge. I've did some defoiling, not much...just some top leaves and some under the screen. My watering and feeding strategy is that I start with little doses, less then prescribed by Canna. The soil is fresh so there are already nutrients available. I don't water the Runtz everyday, but every other day. This week that was about 1 liter every other day. And it got a bit brighter this week. The grow lights are lowered to 70 cm (27 inches) at 224 watt. Been on the Spananbis so I wasnt able to check on them but they did really good the last few days. Put a net on them to spread them out a bit cause im scared of not enough airflow between the plants
