This may seem like a lot of effort? and it is, but it will be highly beneficial by increasing a higher germination rate and higher amount of seeds will germinate from using this method :-) especially if your seeds were expensive. 11/09/23 no sprouts above the vermiculite yet, i will check it again tomorrow. This is my second attempt to grow GMO Cookies from 3 feminised seeds, i messed up on the first 3 seeds, i put them under a 250 Watt LED and it fried them, my folt. This results in increased germination speed! 1 Super Lemon Haze fem seed planted in a 2 ltr pot 28/10, this is the only plant i will keep for flowering. The Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost, and the rest of the pot is half filled to the top with Vermiculite , watered planting medium thoroughly soaking it before sowing seeds 2cm deep in vermiculite. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect encouraging a higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. And i planted the 11 remaining popped SLH seeds in the brown round pot, this is just to see how many will rise above the vermiculite from the 13 SLH fems seeds soaked on 27/10. I will give these away to a friend. Both pots have been placed on a propagating heating mat for consistent and ideal germination temperature until all seeds have risen above the vermiculite. Once my 1 fem seed has germinated! i will cover the pot with a transparen plastic bag and place the pot 20cm below a 100W LED light. Super Lemon Haze feminised seeds Seeds sourced from Satdica Bulk Seeds Soaked seeds 27/10 planted up on 28/10, 12 out of 13 seeds have transformed in to 12 healthy little seedlings. 11 seedlings will be given away to a friend, and i will keep the one seedling you see already planted up in a black 2 ltr size pot. This resulted in increased germination speed! and today i can see little white taproot tails protruding out from the seed husk 👌 3 Gelato Cookies seeds, 1 seed in each small pot. Each Pot is Half filled with lite mix compost and Half filled with Vermiculite , watered planting medium before sowing seeds 2cm deep in planting medium. Spoon your seeds into it's planting medium, do not touch with fingers, spoon it in with half spoon of water and a seed, place the seed in the center 2cm deep in the planting medium, water it in again very lightly to help the seed settle into a comfortable position before leaving it to rest covered on your heating mat. The seed will push through the vermiculite easley with very little effort, in effect increasing higher successful germination rate, the compost will offer the first tap root an immediate lite nutrient supply. Watered and fed them in with Plagron Terra Grow 5ml to a ltr of water, i may have added too much, perhaps 2/3ml to a ltr of water would have been enough? placed 3 pots on top of a Propagation heating mat for correct germination temperature, position in a shaded place, and keep out of direct sunlight. Starting to think if I didn't stunt pheno 3 initially, how much more beautiful this plant would be. It was the runt due to nute burn as a seedling. It has now become my favorite plant of the 3. It has beautiful structure, and the fan leaves are almost triple the size of the other 2. Pheno 1 is showing signs of preflower.. stretchy girl showing her indica traits. Pheno 2 has seemed to back off on the vertical growth, reminds me of pheno 3 but with not quite as good genetics. Beautiful plant though 👌 Pheno 3 would be the plant you clone of the 3 if this were a photo run. I'm curious to see how she turns out.

Starting to really struggle with RH yesterday was down to 40% for most of the day. Managed to get it back to 50%. I think I will top them all towards the end of the week but I need to see more growth before I do this. Day 17, watered last night. Started to train the first plant. I’m going onto the back one either tonight or tomorrow. Turned the heat Matt off as I think the roots were getting too warm 🤷 we carry on. ✌️👊🏻 Day 18, adjusted the ties on this lady gone in fairly hard so we shall see how she handles it. Topped the other weeding cake today too. Let’s see how they look in a couple days. ✌️🙌 Day 20, watered last night. WEEK 16 Everything went quite smoothly this week. Temperatures have dropped a bit, and the plant is looking good. The flower volume is steadily increasing, though I think it will still take about two more weeks until harvest. The trichomes are mostly still clear and milky. Other than that, I’m looking forward to a strong final. PPFD: 1000µmol/m²/s Water: 1x water 2x nutrient solution Vpd: 1,8Kpa

First grow, been along time coming

Man oh man,without noticing I just found a new favorite strain man.Love the strong fruity and floral aroma coming from these flowers I can't wait to grow her Photoperiod version,it's been a pleasure to grow her,unfortunately I lost her four sisters,I would love to get a lot of full jars of this amazing haze 👃🔝🔝💚

OK, im doing an update now becouse my breakup cake is going tranny!!(hermie) I already have noiticed she was not growing as strong .. but u can blame that on anything , especially when growing outdoor.. but this morning i saw that she was g(r)oing 'bananas'!😢 I have put her aside from the rest (in the back of garden) but think gonna have to terminate her asap!..(and i will, right after this post👍) The weed she will give will be filled with seeds and those seeds will be hermies too, so wothless.. and if i dont throw her away quick she can infect the rest. So goodbye breakup cake..😢 who wants to eat a cake when they are breaking up anyway..😒 (just hiding my pain with lame humour 😳) happy growing for all ✊

Things are going great with the Obiwan . Nothing to complain about with Obi#2 shes doing really well swelling very nicely and simply smells potent as all potent can be ! 10/06/2018 Week 3 flowering and she is developing very nicely, a couple of tops poking through scrog. Drain and fill reservoir, roots are huge it will be interesting to see how many liters it will take to bring up to full. 10/08/2018 Peaked at the roots, and they are massive i fear that she will be limited in root space, 6 liters to top reservoir starting out I needed 9 liters, so I guess roots take up 3liters worth of space! Time to keep close eye on water level, as feeding frenzy is about to commence.😀, and definitely getting her stretch on!,so if i get the Captains Cake taste, I be happy,cause she definitely got some stretch i wanted. 10/11/2018 Stripped lower branches under the scrog, good growth bud sights getting denser, posting before and after pictures of week 3 defoiliating.

11/21/2020 Soaked in water 24 hours all seed fell to bottom, put in paper towel over night and 6 out of 10 have sprouted. In this cross I will be looking for powdery mildew immunity first and foremost. ( goal achieved see week 15) Also hope to make cookie cake stretch more and bring a sativa influence. 11/28/2020 One week old today 5 out of 10, 6th sprout had stem rot 60% germination. Now hope for 3 girls at least 🙏

Werde sie heute das letzte mal düngen und ihr noch ein paar Tage ph-angepasstes Wasser geben. Denke Ende der Woche werde ich sie dann ernten..... Der Nachzügler wird bestimmt noch 2 Wochen brauchen, bevor es soweit ist.😜 Freue mich schon mega auf die Ernte und kann es kaum noch abwarten😜
