Lovely lady... but getting a little weird in that I've had to reduce her EC several times... I guess she just doesn't LIKE a whole lot of nutes! It's been a struggle this past week trying to get the pH and EC balanced out so they're both stable... and it ALWAYS happens to me about this time in each grow. Some year, I'll figure it out - until then, I'll remain a bit frustrated! LOL! Toying with the idea of doing more "defoliation" to get rid of what I KNOW will be larfy buds... even though I haven't officially "scrogged" her, I've used LST to essentially produce the same results so I'm planning to do a little lollipopping on her... might as well be today! Sorry I haven't been keeping up this diary in the manner I had been... I've got a lot of idiot things going on in my life. If you ever have questions about what I'm doing or not doing with this grow, just DM me and I'll try to explain.... :-D 03/28 .... ok, she's now officially driving me bonkers. Wild pH swings even while the EC holds steady... I can't figure out what she wants at all but we continue to talk to each other... I'll figure out her language soon enough! She's going through a massive stretch period now which might be the cause of all the drama going on inside the bucket... just SHOOTING up and looking fine even if the numbers aren't what I would call happy. Gave her a pretty decent haircut just before she started stretching and I'm glad I did... so many more buds are now getting full light and I've got the canopy where I want it... Might have to do some more LST down the line if she gets much closer to the lights although I DO still have some room to move them up (thank god I got a taller tent!). She's taking her nap right now so I'll post more pictures when she wakes up.... OK... new pics are up as is a video...

D40 (31/12/2020): Second week of flower and everything is good! They are still stretching a lot. I'm not continuing LST with ties but just by tucking and banding stems and leaves. I will continue to slowly remove leaves and small bud site under canopy that will never receive enough light. The higher buds receive around 520 and 600 PPFD (40 000 to 46 000 lux) for a DLI (for 20 hours of continuous light) around 37,44 and 43,2 moles of photons which is perfect. This Glue Gelato phenotype is weird as it grows weird leaf structure since a couple of weeks. Probably since I discovers a nutrient lock in the soil with too much nutrients. Banana Kush is super healthy and look amazing! 😎 - temp: 25C - no water - RH: 56% D41 (01/01/2021): They are stretching like crazy so it's a sign of good health! I fed with nutrients 3/4 of the recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I did remove leaves today but no bending. I want to let them grow in height. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 820 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.7, 1150PPM for BK ; PH6.8, 1120 PPM for GG - RH: 54% D42 (02/01/2021): Nothing special today. I try to turn the plant 180 degree each day to make sure fan is blowing air on every side of the pot and plant and to make sure light is distributed evenly. I also swap the two plants every 2-3 days to make sure again that the plants receive light equally. I continue removing leaves and small buds site under canopy. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 54% D43 (03/01/2021): The lights are now at 16 inch from the top buds and just 12h later I saw a big difference. They are now ready to receive intense light 😎. They receive approx. 650 to 780 PPFD and even 900 PPFD for the top buds (50 000 to 60 000 lux, and even 70 000 lux). I will check closely in the next days to make sure the buds and leaves are not burning. I fed only Max Minerals full recommended dose for transition week. I gave more then a gallon approx. 4L per plant. I placed a round stake in each pot for when the buds will be heavy. - temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 460 PPM approx. 4L each plant - run off: PH6.8, 1550PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 1480 PPM for GG - RH: 55% D44 (04/01/2021): Nothing new today. *** UPDATE ON BUGS: I did not see any more larvae since last week. It's the 3rd week since adding nematodes and after adding 2 pouch per plant, doing 2 insecticidal soap treatment and removing 1 inch of soil, I feel like I did control the infestation. I still see some mature fungus gnats on sticky traps but nothing alarming. Increasing air flow and reducing RH also helped a lot for those bugs. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 55% D45 (05/01/2021): Nothing special today. I let them grow without new LST. I did not removed leaves since a couple of days. They are growing in height and that's what I want. I might do a defoliation in beginning of week 7 (or week 3 of flowering). I want to reduce RH in the tent under 50%. When the lamps are off, I have a lot of difficulties to maintain a proper RH for flowering stage. During night, it is around 57% with the 4 inch AC Infinity inline fan blowing full speed. RH in the room where the tent is is around 35%-40%. With 5 plants in the tent (2 cannabis, 2 tomatoes and 1 mint) it will be more difficult to control RH in the next week with flower and fruit growing bigger. I ordered a small dehumidifier on Amazon to help me reduce the RH. - temp: 25 C - no water - RH: 53% D46 (06/01/2021): I fed today half of the recommended dose for transition week. The PPM of the run off from last fed was high so I want to cut a bit on nutrients. The run off of both plant is down under 900PPM which is what I wanted 👍 -temp: 25 C - water: PH6.3, 480 PPM, approx. 3.5L each plant - run off: PH6.9, 860PPM for BK ; PH6.9, 766PPM for GG -RH: 52%

Las fotos que ven corresponden al día 01/10/24 y, como pueden ver, están llenas de terpenos y tricomas por todas partes. Tanto la Fruit Gum como la Biscotti x Candy Rain son dos de las cepas más resinosas que he cultivado y, además, desprenden un olor increíblemente fuerte. La Fruit Gum tiene esos toques dulces y nostálgicos, como a chicle de mascar, que me transportan directamente a mi infancia. En cuanto a la Biscotti x Candy Rain, su aroma es como el de una clásica galleta americana casera, ¡muy intenso! Ambas cepas me están impresionando mucho por su resinosidad y aromas únicos. Cabe destacar que las genéticas de Uktha Genetics me han sorprendido gratamente; los resultados están siendo fantásticos. Eso sí, estas cepas comen como camiones, pero mientras se mantenga un control exhaustivo de las fertilizaciones y del medio de cultivo, no hay problema de sobrefertilización. A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. 02/15/2021 In the first pic you will notice bottom growth which will become my new moms! At least 3 there now. Top is stretching nicely I will have to decide soon if I want to top her or not, I will know better next week. 02/17/2021 Got two cuts today maybe two more by next week. 3 for the garden, 1 for mother plant. Ps. She grew an inch and a half in two days, so all is well. 02/20/2021 Stretching up to 13.5 inches(34.9cm) almost 5" in less than a week, I think she is happy! On a side note lower growth will produce two more clones for summer garden. can't wait to see her flower! I will probably need to top as she should stretch 1.5-2 X's in flower stretch. 09/26/2021 Starting week #7 of flower still picking caterpillar, and eggs of leaves, not to serious as we are on top of it. Starting the week with banana peel tea drench 2 gallons per girl, which is all she will get besides water till harvest. Still small flushes of pistils coming out I believe she (Hulk) is in final stage of flower (4) lots of orange hairs (pistils) but fresh one coming out daily albeit slower. Hopefully she fatting up in coming weeks. 09/28/2021 Week7 Day #3 Definitely seeing more calyx swelling. #1 is chunking up nicely #2 looks good little bud rot were caused from cattipillar poop! #3 coming from behind Will be last to harvest for sure.

D29. We're at the start of the fifth week of veg, and all is well in the tent. I did some more LST to spread her out as much as possible before she goes into flower. ------------------------------ D31. I'm fairly confident that she is stunted since she is extremely compact and doesn't seem to grow much. She will go into flower any day now, but she is still pretty small. I'm adjusting the LST wires daily and today, I did some minor defoliation by removing a few low branches and leaves. Maybe that will redirect some energy and help her stretch out. ------------------------------ D32. Alright, she is now officially in flower. I was hoping for a few more days in veg, but she wouldn't have it. I brewed up a quick compost tea using oat flour as the food source. Some people claim that that will result in a fungally dominant tea, so I thought I'd try it out. I also added humic acid and a teaspoon of myco because why not? Honestly, I'm not sure it is even possible to create a fungally dominant AACT, as the constant water movement will most likely tear the fungal hyphae apart as they form. In any case, a different food source should promote other bacteria than the molasses I usually use. Diversity is the name of the game in living soil. Well, in life in general. I gave her around 1 liter (5% of container volume) of tea @ pH 6.1. ------------------------------ D35. We're on the last day in the fifth and final week of veg, as she is now in flower. All is well in the tent, and there isn't much to report. One thing I did was buy a mushroom grow kit to keep in the tent. I figured I'd test it out and see how it works. The mushrooms produce CO2 that the plants love, and hopefully, I'll get some tasty Oyster mushrooms to eat — two birds with one stone and all that. ------------------------------
