Week 10 - Second Week of Flowering 🌸 As week two of flowering begins, the garden’s growth is unstoppable! These ladies are thriving, stretching up while staying beautifully vibrant and green. Every inch of this tent is optimized—each plant is soaking up light, nutrients, and water precisely as they need, filling the room with energy. Room Conditions 🌡️ • Temperature: 27.3°C • Humidity: 62.6% • CO₂ Levels: 800 ppm • VPD: 1.36 kPa (excellent range for robust flowering) • Lighting Intensity: 818 PPFD Solution & Medium 💧 • Solution Temp: 21.5°C | TDS: 470 ppm | pH: 6.02 • Medium: Moisture 100% (recently dried to 67%), TDS 510 ppm, Temp 22.5°C The “dry-out” to 67% was a strategic move, helping boost nutrient uptake and root strength. Meanwhile, our slight increase in reds seems to be having the desired effect, nudging these ladies further along in the flowering process. Eye Safety & LED Lighting 🌞🕶️ With powerful LED systems like the ThinkGrow and ICL-300, eye protection is critical. LED grow lights emit high-intensity light across the full spectrum, including intense UV and infrared components that are not easily detected by the human eye. Long-term exposure without adequate protection can lead to eye strain, and in extreme cases, damage to vision. • Blue Light Hazard: LEDs often have elevated levels of blue light, which can harm the retina over time if proper precautions aren’t taken. • UV Protection: Even low doses of UV can accumulate and harm eyes, so grow glasses with UV protection are essential for any indoor gardener. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Aug 16: Mimosa Shot is progressing but it has been cool and rainy lately. There are indications of P deficiency because of the cool weather. The top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom will do its thing so I’m not worried about it. Hoping for more direct sunlight though.

so week 11.. The gorillaz are carrying on beautifully, however I realised having 5 plants sharing one reservoir is now quite a bad idea.. 2/5 of them look to be well into flower, fattening up and some tri's starting to turn cloudy but look like theres still plenty of fattening up to do. The other 3 are now just beginning to fully pistil up so will still be requiring flowering nutes when I should be beginning a flush on the other 2.. any comment or advice on this would be greatly appreciated!? The Stardawgs have basically grown into tennis balls. Such a vast majority of bud sites all the way down look so much larger than I could ever have hoped and i've had to tie some of the buds to the main colas!! I will Be starting the flush this week as most Tri's are now cloudy i'd say around 4/5 currently but more throrugh macros will be taken as the days progress. The only problem i've had is some of the sugar leaves on 2 of the plants have really taken a beating and show some strange signs. I think the LED's aren't to be under estimated and i've battled some burning and what seems to be calmag issues through the grow.

Day 64: Feeding day. I stopped giving them the Big Bud supplement and started feeding them with the Overdrive as recommended. Went with recommended dosage which is 2ml/L. There is 2 weeks of feeding left until the final flush. Day 65: Small problem this morning that looks like calcium deficiency on multiple leaves of the 3 plants. Not worried but I'll keep a close eye on this. I went and bought the Sensi CalMag Xtra still from advanced nutrients and plan on doing a foliar spray as soon as my lights turns off. EDIT: Lights are off, I sprayed only one plant, the worst looking one, just to see if it would do any good. If so, I'll apply the same treatment to the others, if not I'll find another solution. I added 1ml to 500ml and gave her 5 good sprays, enough to simulate the evening dew. I know I shouldn't spray during flower but I need it to act quickly. --- 4 hours later, it seems to have at least stop the spread, will confirm tomorrow. Day 66: So it stopped spreading because the lights were off. It looked worst this morning but only on the plant I sprayed -_- the 2 others seemed fine and recovering. I would normally feed tomorrow but they need it fast so I'll add 2ml/L of CalMag today and then 1ml/L after that on other normal feeding days. Also, I figured why the problem happened. I learned that you need to calibrate your measuring tools once in a while... The pH of my solution was way off down to 5.5 when I thought it was good. So yeah keep your tools clean and calibrated! A bit later after feeding, I was wondering if adding the CalMag was really necessary, since the 3 parts nutrient should already have what the plant needs and now that the pH is set well, it should take it in nicely. I'll monitor that very closely. Perhaps I fucked everything up. Day 67: Everything is kinda fine. The farthest is still the worst looking one with a bunch of brown spot on pretty much all of her top leaves. She's not dead but in bad shape. I know I shouldn't expect them to disappear instantly but it makes it hard to say if the treatment was effective. At least I don't see any signs of toxicity. The others seemed to have stabilized too. Day 68: Video update on the calcium deficiency. Deficiency? Well... turns out it's quite the opposite and I'm actually facing a lockout. I should've known since like I said, the 3 parts nutrient already has what the plant needs, and also the fact that I've never flushed them. Experience they call it... So I flushed them with water pH 6-7 until the runoff was in the same range. FYI the first runoff measurement I took was at 5.5. Next feeding will be on Day 71. I really hope that this is actually the problem and that they can now recover for real. Buds are getting fatter by the day. Day 69: Nice They still seem to get worse day by day :( I don't know what to do. Day 70: Fucking Christ!!! I'm this close of throwing everything away. The farthest one is looking terminally ill and I'm pretty sure I see new spots on the 2 others. WTF is going on!!! The soil is still very moist from the recent flush.

It has been another slow week for growth. I've been working to optimize the environment. This is my first indoor grow in Europe during winter and with this equipment. There are a lot of variables that I have to figure out. I've added an oil heater on a temperature controller and have been gradually raising temps over the last few days. I also think I underestimated how much moisture my soil mix retains and maybe I've had humidity in the tent a bit too high. Both seedlings look a bit waterlogged. To try and fix this I'll keep RH at 50% for the next few days and let the soil get properly dry before watering again. Hopefully this gets things back on track and there's some strong growth this week! 💪

Day 73 since seed touched soil. How amazing she smells, wrote even to MSNL acc, both strains will be GOD's FOOD , i can guarantee it now. Waved/shook few tops to understand how heavy they are and later hands were full of lemony stink, hard to describe, but really tropical gassy ;))) This grow is strange, Cookie now lacks feeding a lot, pales quickly , i see sighns of finishing already, but by bud look and structure - my guess is that she still has 3 weeks to go. Mars Hydro TSL2000 is giving her all power she needs, hopefully those colas will fatten up ! Happy Growing !!!

Flowers thickening. Smell intensifying

Man p4 is coming on strong after knocking of the longstanding p1 Queen of the crop. Crazy, I thought plant 3 was goin to be lucky to survive and she kicks booty! Another video up there 12 days in December cuts off about an hour ago. I have to say this week went pretty uneventful other than getting everything potted into their final 3ga pots. I'm trying to get the plants up to around 12" before flipping but getting anxious about it. If plant 3 wasn't so dang little I'd probably had flipped the ladies already... But they're still a bit short. I'm finding overcoming impatience is the biggest lesson I'm learning.
