Day 84-91 (Day 3F-10F) (Day 6F) I’m giving a final foliar spray of Velokelp tonight before I start to see buds develop. Forgot to water today as I didn’t have any RO and bbb#1 was slumped and droopy. I decided to just water everything with tap water. I’ve been doing quite a bit of research on using city tap water with organics and it shouldn’t disturb the microbiology very much at all. And it will actually help smokability and ash color because of the extra CaCO3 in it. The higher 7.8 pH will also lockout heavy metals like aluminum as well. (Day 7F) Plants look just fine and the pH fluctuation didn’t make any difference at all. I’m going to discontinue the use of RO water for the rest of my run and all subsequent runs. (Day 8F) I’m defoliating small amounts of leaves and sucker branches but this thing is out of control. Every 12-18 hours I see noticeable growth. I want to do a heavy strip around day 21. Starting to see budlets and pistil clumps form! These plants don’t seem like huge stretchers but I’m still anticipating quite a jump in the next few weeks. (Day 10F) Everything is looking just perfect. I’m surprised how fast these 10 gallon pots are drying out now. They go from soaked to light and airy within a few days. Hopefully I can make it the next 2 weeks without seeing any N or Mg deficiencies.

Plants were still neglected due to health. Starting to feel better and was finally able to get out and feed/water plants. These girls are doing great all things considering. Although they are not as big as my earlier harvests, I am surprised that they doing as well as they are with weeks of neglect. Now it's just a matter of finishing in time.

I just tried a new fertilizer. It turned out to be more than expected. Excellent.👍👍👍

Make few minor adjustments and repot

02/08 - Day 36 Girls are definitely pushing out budding sites all around. (A) & (D) are still stretching a great deal while (B) & (C) have seemed to slow down. Still feeding microbes and started using the Girl Flower Power as a tea. 02/11 - Day 39 Not too much to say. More and more pistils are pushing out and I have my light as high as it can go. Moved the two taller girls to the sides. 02/14 - Day 42 Went on vacation for the weekend and thankfully the stretch has stop because I’m out of head room! All the ladies seem to be doing well, although I'm not sure if my older bigger fan leaves should already be yellowing. Hopefully it’s just the progression of the strain and just cannibalizing the older leaves.

Day 78, I switched plant #2 to an all PK diet with FloraFlex Full Tilt. She’ll take up the whole 3.5 gals of nutes by Wednesday. I’m then going to begin my 3 day flush Wednesday evening. And I will chop her on Saturday evening. I also took a little sample nug off plant #2 just want to compare non-flushed to flushed weed. Also see how much they shrink in size. Day 79, Plant #2 is on schedule to start flush in 2 days. And I will give her the chop this coming weekend. Going to try a ice flush using frozen water bottles to see if I can help bring out more color. The other plants #1 and #3 are still a two weeks or so away from being chopped. Day 81, started the 3 day flush on Plant #2. And took some more photo shots of her buds and a 360° view video. Day 84, Plant #2 got the chop. Wet weight, before light trim and removing large stems is 760 grams!!! I will update once they finish drying, and then again once I finish the trim and about to jar them for cure. Plants #1 & #3 are still flowering, probably another week or two before they are ready to be chopped.

So this is a diary I initially did away with because I didn't think she was going to make it.. I had tried black opium by a different breeder in the same medium and she died at a very young age so I thought the same was going to happen with this plant because he had a slow start to no fault of her own.. I say all that to say this Weedseedsexpress has some strong genetics because she has pulled through and I have given her a beaten ever since and she is taking it well... She's starting to get her groove and once the kabul is done and she has the tent to herself she'll be about ready for flower... This is a testament to Weedseedsexpress because I really didn't think it was possible to grow anything in this medium because this is the same medium that I use for my gummy bear grow and I poured ina whole bunch of salt based nutrients through that with minimal flush at the end of its run.. so huge shout out too Weedseedsexpress.. so far so good I highly recommend! .. also the damage on the leaves are from me topping it too early and thus damaging them when they were super small... No biggie they will grow out of it and this is going to be an awesome plant.. much love and happy growing everyone ✌️😎 day 39.. 3 days ago when I started this diary I did another round of topping as you could see in one of the pictures the shoots are starting already today I did some more training and she is taking it well.. I'm definitely pushing her to her limits and she's taking it which is crazy because like I said she should have died long ago to no fault of her own... Well the girls are swelling up and smelling fantastic this week.Noticing the trichomes really building up lately.These papaya cookies are a very resilient strain as I’ve battled heat and humidity for a large portion of the grow and they have been doing great.Its been a blast watching these girls grow and develop.Will update later on in the week also I’m keeping light intensity set at 60 percent power because that’s what seems to make the happiest.Ive tried to pound them with light and added a co2 bag but they did not like the heat or extra light.I used some organic Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses to add some sugars and a dash of epsom salts for a little more Magnesium.Ive been back and forth in my brain with the light intensity and Day 52 now set at 80 percent power.Reading some reviews of this strain she is a sun lover I believe so I’m just going to let them have it.Some of the fan leaves are fried some curling and fading but the new growth looks healthy and the buds are looking amazing..I’ll give them a final haircut later on this weekend.Day 55 the buds are maturing the pistols turning bright orange and trichomes building up making some very frosty buds :).I can’t wait to smoke these girls 🥦🔥😎.

Day 64 - Starting the 10th week today and she’s just chugging along. Getting fatter and filling in more everyday. Gave her the first feeding of the week today and thinking about giving her a good flush at the end of the week and just water her till the end. Day 65 - Man oh man I’m looking forward to chopping this girl. She just gets fatter everyday. Debating on starting to flush this week so she’ll get a good two weeks to use everything up. Seeing some of the pistils starting to get a neon orange so I’m starting to think the end of week 11 will be it for this girl. Pretty much all milky trichs with a couple amber in there and no clear. She’s coming to the end of the line. Day 66 - Gave her a full gallon of pH’d water today and counting down to harvest day. I lowered the lights to about 8-10” because the heads on the buds really seem to be stretching and not looking normal. Don’t know if the lowering of lights will help, she’s “foxtailing” a bit it this is just normal for this strain. Hopefully lowering the lights will help. Day 67 - Decided, after some research and advise from here, to raise the lights instead of lowering because that would make the foxtailing worse. Will most likely chop her in about 10ish days, so going to start flushing tomorrow. Despite the foxtailing, the buds are still FAT and heavy! Day 68 - Seems like raising the lights kind of helped with the foxtailing a bit but we’ll see what happens her last week and a half or so. Flushed her with 2 gallons of pH’d water and some of foxfarm’s sledgehammer. Will give her straight water from now until chopping day. Hopefully she fills in a bit more but either way, she’s definitely fat and happy for the most part. Day 70 - End of week 10 today and will most likely chop next weekend. Letting her dry out still and thinking about no more water till chop but we’ll see how she looks throughout the week.

Last week was fantastic, they grow a lot, they are now in full flowering. im dealing with the management of the new and bigger colas, im thinking of putting the same orange fence on top and using it as a ScrOG trainer, ill try this in the next few days , ill put more pictures with the testing.

The tricombe production on this strain is ridiculous! It looks amazing under my microscope. The heads are mostly milky coloured so this may be finishing sooner than expected. The space in the tent is getting a bit tight so I'll be glad to have more room when this lady has done her thing.

31-08-2019 Purple Kush started today after 12 weeks of low H5 light cycle is is good to get her into the new system Nutrition will be doubled on the next Nutrition Change out in 7 days. So far! All variables are under control. I like the fact I can turn the tap and check accurately and adjust if needed unlike soil unless you are using a soil kit all the time. 😎 Pump work 15 min intervals pumping Nutritional spray. 2 different Air flows 1) in solution with air stone and 2) open wand spray inside directed at the roots to provide additional oxygen.

This week was kinda hard for the plant I found a few bugs eating the leaves. I put a net over them let’s see if that keeps them away. Over all I love how the plant is showing so much life. Any feed back will be appreciated thanks

Jan17th added videos. Just given them all a easy week. Gonna be starting to keep an eye on these , but still in cruise control for the most part. Still working on the space but have the in fan and out delt with now and dehumidifier and ac sorted so 👍🏻👍🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 we shall see how the environment here acts now . Tested the ec and ph after a watering and they both were OK with what was going in. But im really not in any rush ,still getting situated with everything. Atleast weve got that stuff sorted Smells insane tho can't wait to see how it's finished taste turns out.
