Green and Growing Up Great! She's Growing into her 6th week of Flower! She's Growing in my special blend of ProMix potting mix, a 1/2 bag of Earthworm castings and 2 light handfuls of Diatomaceous Earth mixed Up well for before transplanted! Diatomaceous Earth: Diatomaceous earth is made from the fossilized remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. Their skeletons are made of a natural substance called silica. WHAT IS DIATOMACEOUS EARTH? In a nutshell, DE comes from the fossilised remains of small marine organisms called diatoms. Over a 30 million year period, these hard-shelled algae collected on the bottom of bodies of water, eventually forming into a type of sedimentary rock. Fast forwarding, it wasn’t until around 1836 that a German peasant Peter Kasten discovered the ivory-coloured, powdery substance while drilling a well in northern Germany. Ever since, the usefulness of DE for multiple purposes, including industrial and horticultural applications, has been well-reported. Just sprinkle some diatomaceous earth on top of your soil and watch mother nature's secret weapon work its magic.CONDITIONS THE SOIL When it comes to growing cannabis, everyone strives to provide the best soil to grow the best plants—but there’s always a way to make it even better. Making the soil a better medium is called soil conditioning, which is exactly what diatomaceous earth does. It works by improving the retention of moisture in your potting soil, holding a large amount of fluid and drying at a rate that’s much slower. This natural soil additive also helps to retain nutrients and allows for better oxygenation of the substrate. NATURALLY CONTROLS PESTS DE is an all-natural, safe-to-use substance that doesn’t harm the cannabis plant with toxic chemicals. The nature of diatomaceous earth makes it useful against most types of insect infestation you might be experiencing; and unlike chemical insecticides, insects can’t develop a resistance to the effects of DE. So once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. DE is an abrasive. and when used as an insecticide, it gradually scrapes away an insect’s exoskeleton, absorbs the fluids, and dehydrates insects and other critters to eventual death. IMPROVES PLANT STABILITY When using DE in your soil, it can be especially beneficial as it frees up nutrients so that they are made available to the plants as needed. This works via the silica content of DE being absorbed into the plant tissue, which helps improve the plant’s ability to respond and receive more nutrients as DE activates. This in turn results in greater yields and better stability under small pH fluctuations! https://divineseeds.net/ https://instagram.com/divine.seeds?igshid=osxe2v7en33v https://divineseeds.net/ Thanks Again to All my Friends, Family's, Teams, Sponsors, Followers and Subscribers!!! One of the best plants I've grown so far. Trichomes are crazy Day 4 - most probably last sugar/pk feed before beginning flushing. Major defoliation to expose buds

Welcome to the Zamnesia Spring Cup 🏆. Hey everything together 🤗. This week has continued to develop super 👍. It was topped for the first time 3 days ago. I think I will not use LST this time because of the short time that remains 😅. Maybe I will do it a few more times top 😁. The Monster Bud Mix also seems to be working, they're pretty dark. They are a little too dark for me , but I will see that in the coming days. Otherwise there is nothing great to report for this week. I wish everyone a nice week, stay healthy 🙏🏻 and let it grow 🌱. Week 3 : Mr.B's Colorado Cookies They've been growing at a vigorous pace, seemed to like a nice top off of light mix, stem is growing thicker and leaves are getting pushed out of the fourth node. Soil is a bit cold right now, temperature and humidity are a bit cold too but at 0.7-0.9 VPD so far these young seedlings are doing well , i'd say. Fed with aloe and my own cal mag , ph'ed a bit much to 5.5 , but i poured it on anyway, that's the ph of rain water so... going to get a spray tomorrow of kelp and calmag at sunset twice this week, still spraying the soil with amino, quite happy with how my room is set up. all i can say, is for now i'm liking the indica leaves and i'm looking forward to some lst 🚀 against my better judgement i went with a 90° bend and some LST on the leaves to get it real low and expose all the in between parts to the light, the plant is oriented parrallel to the wall. 🚀

Okay now this has been ridiculous. SJ re-affirmed my choice as stability anchor, in case my Haze experiments go wrong (they kinda did*) - and she delivered big time 😵 *they did, with a funny and unbelievable twist: I am the proud owner of two seeds, this one likely is " Mephisto OSMH × 42FB SourJealousy — F1 Fem Auto (rodel) Her flower is extremely dense, which comes with a challenge for spotting bud rot. So far I have not found any bud-rot during hand-trimming, but given her structure and my extended drying, I am not too concerned with finding a spot or two. Here's my logs, excuse the dump: ---- 42 Fast Buds : Sour Jealousy #2 State: Age: 73 days | Life: Content & relaxed throughout all phases. Very healthy & confident representation throughout. Trichomes: ~10% amber | Pistils: Slow, gradual fade towards 80% brown (indica representation; full white pistils possible at correct harvest time) Flower Development: Very evenly matured and ripe flower with light senescence fade (-) deeper into sub-canopy. Larf: ~1.5% Fully matured/ripened to freshly maturing/ripening ratio: 2.6:1, or 72% : 28% Hand-trimming: 6h 46/h Drying: Extended low VPD drying (12d) with increased botrytis risk. Temporary humidity stabilization → grove bags nested in RH container. Flower State: 62% RH on all but top main colas (still burping). Monoterpenes noticeably degraded (30%+ perception) Pharmaceutical Profile: Under my (drying) conditions: very long lasting, mellow. Sedative-leaning but daytime-profile with strong, pleasant body aura / high. Strong focus / immersion, some tendency to wander off. Relaxed, focused working / occupation. Creates ""bubble"" reducing distractions, without inducing artificial happiness other than from (largely) increased comfort. Reduced motorical drive slightly debilitating but never couch-locking. High THC contents (apparent during use) create ceiling for daytime profile. Smell: sweet forward, reminiscent of sweet almond profiles, creamy elements. On rupture: deep herbal profile with surprising mint and earthy notes (background); + a ""vibrant, lively spin"" on those herbs as a warm, almost fennel-like umami / wet nest inside profile (only on well preserved flower). Taste: no good data (combusted with tobacco)

-Week 5 of veg They react verry well on the topping. Next watering I will increase the nutrition a little bit. The smaller plants are caching up with the others. They are looking healthy and green, (on the photo they appear a little lighter bc of the light) Can't wait for flower time.

I sliced my thumb open so this weeks report will be short. We had budlets show up and have come in strong. All 7 colas are firm and strong. I was able to apply some tie downs to allow more light in to the bottom canopy. No issues to report other than some small colored tips that I’ll keep my eye on. The environment is pretty solid. No issues there to report. In case you didn’t know, we are approaching the most crucial weeks of flowering, weeks 4-6. From my research, this is a very crucial time for cannabis plants. Hopefully my thumb will have healed up next week. This is what I get for planting a tree on Earth day while stoned!

SUNDAY 5/19: I accidentally left my UV timer in the "ON" position all night and half of the next day...fearing sudden death, I have moved everybody that was almost ready into the dark tent, including the most advanced Candy Cane x C4 and will start harvesting them tomorrow..maximum UVB stress for about 20 hours...if it works out that they are even more potent than expected without turning brown overnight, I'll claim it was "intentional," and purport it as an "advanced technique" 😉 MONDAY: The big one still looks fine after the mega-UVB incident , so she's still sitting in the dark. I flipped on the green light and went into the tent for a sniff test on everybody. She smells more like a C4 than a Candy Cane...a delightful aroma! The others have just about dried out..I'll probably start flushing a couple of them tomorrow and just water the others. TUESDAY: I harvested and wet trimmed CC4 #2 today. She wasn't very big, but her buds are ultra-dense and stinky. I also harvested the big one today(CC4#3) and hung her to dry in the dark tent. I decided to go ahead and flush everybody else today for the first time. I lowered the lights in the big tent several inches and set the light cycle back to 20/4, plus they are still getting hammered by the UVB for 6 hours of the day in 2 x 3-hour intervals. WEDNESDAY: I semi-wet-trimmed CC4 #3 and forgot to take photos..will do it when they are dry, prior to weighing and jarring it up. CC4 #1 was dry today, so I took some photos of the dried buds prior to weighing it and jarring it up. She weighed in at 66 grams after removing the excess lumber. She's very frosty, but her buds are a little bit fluffier than I like. THURSDAY: The last several CC4's will be flushed for the second time tomorrow. 2 more of the harvested plants will get weighed and jarred up tomorrow, but the other two will still need another day or two to dry. FRIDAY: I decided to wait to flush til tomorrow. I didn't have time today, so I'll weigh and jar up a few plants tomorrow. I just stuck the dry ones into some 2-gallon jars with boost 62's for now. I'm seeing about 20-25% amber trichomes on a few of them. They should be capable of putting me on my ass for a while. I killed the first few with just a couple ambers here and there, and the next two with about 5-10%, so I should have a pretty good sampling from them to know what it has and hasn't to offer. Glad I chose to grow these accidental F1 hybrids...muah hah hah hahhhh...😆 SATURDAY: I flushed the last 4 x CC4's with 3 gallons of ph-adjusted spring water today(and the remaining 4 other plants of different strains...my back is killing me..) and took some photos. Their foliage got pretty burnt from the mega-UVB overexposure incident, so I'll my work cut out for me with the trim..but damnit..they are getting super frosty and stinky!😋 I ran out of time, so didn't get around to weighing and jarring the dried plants. So, I just continued the cure in their big jars for the day.

Slow grow so far... I’ve been out of town for two weeks and had another hand taking care of her, which she didn’t like. So far so good. Great earthy smell coming off her...
