Fantastic growth again the past week , the PE is chunking up incredibly , she’s become sticky to touch and smells like Pepe Le Pew gone troppo , shes the smaller of the two and will likely finish a few weeks before her gorilla Zkittles room mate . The GS is going to be a monster, that triploid mutation is something to behold in terms of how big this girl is . Not only is she big but she’s beautiful, frosty already, sticky and an amazing fruity aroma . These girls have had a blessed life so far with zero set backs , I had to put a few yellow sticky things in the pots as we ended up with a few of those little flies . I’d obviously over watered a bit when I transitioned from 48hr feeds to 24hour but I think I’ve sorted out where I need to be moving forward. Bei meinem ersten Grow mit den ROOTIES kam nur die 9 Liter Version zum Einsatz, da haben die sich gut bewährt. Auch die Smart Start Plugs von Zamnesia werden wieder verwendet, dieses Mal ohne den Samen vorher einzuweichen. Und die Erde und der Dünger von BioBizz findet wieder Verwendung. So far all is well. Left plant is looking great still. Right plant is still the same as it was, kinda "off." I cut the top off the main cola due to light burn. There's just no way that the plants energy it was directing to it was being used well. I'd rather it go to the rest of the plant because there's just no way that initial top was going to produce anything. It was gnarled. I've also noticed something odd going on with a couple of the buds on the stressed (purple) plant. I posted one of the pics in the pics for this weeks update. Looks kinda like bud rot to me but this is also my first grow so I could be wrong. It looks like it's only affecting the pistils. I may ask a question in the question forum just to be sure. It's odd though because conditions in the tent seem to be too dry maybe for bud rot (averaging in the 50-60% RH range and there is plenty of air circulation in that part of the tent. I'm thinking it could either be the plant negatively reacting to me cutting the main top off the other day or it's just the fact that due to the plant being stressed out for the entire grow that it's lost resistance to things like bud rot, etc.. essentially, I'm not sure at all lol.. Both plants are already showing a good amount of trichome production as the plants have almost switched from stretch flowering phase to pure on flowering/bulking phase. I can't wait to see the buds really start to mature and grow and get stinky. Carbon filter so far is working flawlessly. A week ago I was thinking it wasn't keeping up because when I'd come home from work I could smell pot but it turns out it was just my cannabutter supplies that I left out lol. D'oh. I've also been monitoring conditions in my basement over the past few weeks and have noticed that rain or no rain, the conditions down there are an average 66 degrees and 60-64% RH. With my dehumidifier if the conditions down there remain in that range, I should be able to achieve perfectly optimal drying conditions for when I harvest in 4-6 weeks or so. :) I am having a blast so far and can't wait to harvest and then really apply what I've learned online from youtube, here and reddit combined with my hands on experience from this grow to really fill out the canopy next time and also ensure both plants are the same height for some great yield. I'll probably mainline 2-3 plants for my next grow. I also want to eventually get into building my own soil and amendments but for now I'm just focusing on not learning & applying too many things at once. I just know that at some time I'd like to switch from synthetic nutrients to organic. I'm hooked for life to growing though!

Buds are really coming on now. Stretch is slowing. Very happy with the new lights and fan. Not sure I'll do scrog next time as its hard to keep up with all the grow and pruning/defoliation required. Adjusted my lights to get everyone even coverage. Light meter would be nice at some point!

They all turned pretty red and cloudy. Decided they were good enough at this point. Another week would have turned them more into a couch lock. The tests have been pretty awesome. It's some very dense and sticky bud. The buzz comes on pretty hard after a minute. It's a creeper kinda deal. Serious eyelid droop with this. Sleep is not a problem. Burn a joint and you'll sleep like a baby for a good couple hours. Very sedating.

Due to the low yield and really fast veg time, I would avoid this strain until I master the nutrients I am giving the my plants. I only weighted the small plant which is 12g. The strain tastes so good and smooth. I love the quality of the smoke!

2 more weeks for the autos at most, day F11 for the rest of the room. Excellent results thus far, some of the daughters are outgrowing the 7 week older mothers. Lights have been raised a bit to accommodate stretch, and feeding has been adjusted to bloom nutes at 1800ec. Thanks for looking, keep an eye out for harvest

Posting the phenos when I do them

5/1 Trainwreck is starting to absorb it's leaves nutrients. I pluck them as I go. I'm thinking of flushing Amnesia here soon too. Edit: decided to take a chunk of Amnesia without flushing to see if I can get a flavor difference between flushing and not flushing. I'll be keeping the first clipping in a separate grow tent with fan set to 70F with a max of 60% humidity, I don't think I'll be able to get it to 60F in this tent, but I'll experiment with it and a second humidifier. It's currently 74F and 36% humidity. I wonder if putting a humidifier in there will lower the temperature to the correct level. I'll try. 5/2 Watered both with PH'd tap water. The tent is starting to smell distinct; probably of dead chlorophyll as the plants start absorbing their leaves. The clipping of Amnesia in the other tent is starting to smell a bit like hay. After a couple of weeks of drying, I'll trim and move it into Grove bags to let the terpenes come through during curing. 5/7 Trainwreck's leaves are turning more and more yellow. Gonna check the trichomes on both here soon. Giving them another plain PH'd watering today.
