The Hobbit Hole – Woche 13 ? BAAAAUM FÄLLT! – Das Ende einer Outdoor-Reise Woche 13 – und heute endet die Reise für die letzten beiden Bewohnerinnen des Hobbit Holes. Die Gelato hat das Hobbit Hole bereits vor knapp zwei Wochen verlassen und hängt seitdem kopfüber im Schuppen. Aufgrund des sehr feuchten Wetters trocknet sie deutlich langsamer als erwartet. Nach inzwischen 12 Tagen ist sie immer noch recht feucht, aber das Wichtigste: bislang keinerlei Anzeichen von Schimmel. Einen ersten kleinen Probebud gab es trotzdem schon. 😅 Und dann gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung: In der Gelato habe ich einen einzelnen Samen gefunden – und gestern auch einen in der Cinderella. Woher die Bestäubung kam, bleibt wohl eines der kleinen Geheimnisse Mittelerdes. 😂 💜 Purple Punch Was soll ich zu ihr noch sagen? Die Purple Punch hat sich in ihren letzten Wochen optisch komplett verwandelt. Aus einer eher unscheinbaren grünen Pflanze wurde zum Ende eine tiefrote bis violette Schönheit. Besonders in der Sonne kommen die Farben zusammen mit der dicken Trichomschicht unglaublich zur Geltung. Sie ist sicherlich nicht die Pflanze mit den größten oder kompaktesten Buds dieses Runs geworden – aber optisch ist sie für mich definitiv eines der Highlights des gesamten Projekts. Und vor allem: Trotz der dauerhaft hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit und des schlechten Wetters sehen die Blüten bis zum Schluss sauber aus. 👠 Cinderella Cindy sieht inzwischen aus, als hätte sie selbst beschlossen, dass es reicht. 😅 Das Laub ist massiv ausgefadet, viele der großen Blätter sind bereits gelb oder komplett abgestorben. Gleichzeitig stehen an den Trieben noch überraschend schöne, stark bereifte Buds. Die Makroaufnahmen zeigen überwiegend milchige Trichome, daneben noch klare und vereinzelt bernsteinfarbene Köpfe. Vielleicht hätte sie unter perfekten Bedingungen noch etwas Zeit bekommen können. Aber perfekte Bedingungen haben wir momentan definitiv nicht. Die letzten Wochen waren kühl und vor allem viel zu feucht. Das zusätzlich gespannte Tarp hat die Pflanzen zwar vor direktem Regen geschützt, aber irgendwann überwiegt das Risiko den möglichen Gewinn durch ein paar weitere Tage Reife. Deshalb fällt heute die Entscheidung: Cinderella und Purple Punch werden geerntet. ? Lieber etwas früher als Budrot Das war wahrscheinlich die wichtigste Lektion dieses Outdoor-Runs. Indoor kann ich Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Licht und Bewässerung kontrollieren. Im Hobbit Hole entscheidet dagegen irgendwann Mutter Natur, was gespielt wird. Das Wetter der vergangenen Wochen war alles andere als freundlich. Trotzdem haben die Pflanzen durchgehalten und ich konnte sie dank Regenhaube und später zusätzlichem Tarp weitgehend trocken halten. Jetzt möchte ich mein Glück aber nicht weiter herausfordern. Nach den letzten Fotos, Videos und Makros heißt es deshalb heute: BAAAAUM FÄLLT! 🌳?😂 Damit ist der aktive Grow im Hobbit Hole 2026 beendet. Aber das Diary ist noch lange nicht vorbei. 😏 Als Nächstes folgen die Ernteberichte, die finalen Trockengewichte und natürlich die Rauchberichte der drei Sorten. Die Gelato macht dabei den Anfang. Was als kleines Outdoor-Experiment in einer überwucherten Ecke des Gartens angefangen hat, ist für mich zu einem meiner spaßigsten Projekte dieses Jahres geworden. The Hobbit Hole will return. Semaine 2 - Croissance Cette semaine, je suis satisfait de l’évolution de ma plante. Après la transplantation, qui avait nécessité une coupe et égalisation des racines ainsi qu’un topping, elle a bien repris. On observe une belle masse racinaire qui s’est redéveloppée, ce qui est encourageant. Il y a eu quelques signes de stress, ce qui était attendu, mais la plante est repartie correctement. J’ai effectué une légère défoliation pour aérer la structure et favoriser la croissance des branches secondaires. J’ai également ajusté légèrement les nutriments pour accompagner la reprise vigoureuse du système racinaire. Pour l’instant, je ne compte pas prolonger la croissance trop longtemps. L’idée est de laisser la plante gagner encore un peu en vigueur et développer quelques branches secondaires supplémentaires avant de passer à l’étape suivante. On continue de suivre son évolution tranquillement, mais pour le moment, les résultats sont encourageants. À suivre ! Week 2 - Vegetative Growth This week, I’m pleased with how my plant is progressing. After the transplant, which involved trimming and equalizing the roots as well as topping, it has bounced back nicely. The root mass has redeveloped well, which is encouraging. There were some minor signs of stress, as expected, but the plant is recovering properly. I performed a light defoliation to improve airflow and encourage the growth of secondary branches. I also adjusted the nutrients slightly to support the vigorous regrowth of the root system. For now, I don’t plan on extending the vegetative stage for too long. The goal is to let the plant gain a bit more strength and develop a few additional secondary branches before moving on to the next stage. We’ll continue to monitor its progress steadily, but so far, the results are promising. Stay tuned!

The purple pheno looks to be a easy 56 to 63 dryer. Green phenos same maybe slightly longer as well as the light pink pheno. They smell phenomenal from the chosen parents and are putting off a fucking show. These f2s were a treat to make. Thanks everyone for tuning in. I'll be putting more details within harvest time for each week as I have been quite busy testing other genetics as well as more of mine own. I will have a few packs of F2s I'll be releasing via email later on to the public. These are fully tested and I will continue to test. New week starts! 🌞28.11.2022 Today I came home and saw my smaller one showing four stigmas in the upper knot. I was afraid of she already starts flowering, but mates from 'Grow questions' made me kalm, answering that she's just showing her gender. It's too early for flowering and thet's how all autos do. Thank You, my friends, You've saved my nerves (as usual). I have watered my girls with full pack of GHE nutrients, including 'GHE Diamond nectar' and 'GHE Mineral magic'. Solution ph: 6.0 Drenage ph: I forgot to drain vater from pot's bottom and after four hours it was gone. So I'll measure it next time. I've done some more LST and sprayed them with 'GHE SeaWeed'. 🌞29.11.2022 Today I asked one more grow question: 'Why all new brunches on my autu flowers has triple fingerd leaves?' Mates told me it's a fault of my substrate Ph and I can do some flushing to fix that. I took one on my girls (#1) and made this procedure deeping a whole pot in a bucket with 10 liters of ph5.9 water. Maybe it's some kind ob a black magic, but it did NOTHING. Inflow: ph5.9 Outflow: ph6.7 Substrate ph after 3 procedures: 6.9 I gave up. I'll not doing this to #2 and let them grow in that cursed substrate till the every end. I made small defoliation after all of this to bouth of my girls. Lowest leaves (first floor) was cut with a brunches growing from it. Also I cuted one fingered leaves of a first week. Results are on downloaded photos. 🌞30.11.2022 Photos downloaded. Mb its my mind tricks itself but I noticed #1 starts growing faster after flushing. It was smaller than #2 and now it's almost the same size and even looks thicker. Tomorrow we'll see it more closely and I'll flush #2 if it's true. I watered #2 with full pack of GHE and sprayed them bough with 'GHE SeeWeed'. Also my BPPa#2 showed her gender today (stigmas on a upper knot). Yep, we have a girl here! 🌞01.12.2022 It's a 'rest day' today. Nothing to wright. (Photos downloaded) 🌞02.12.2022 I made some LST and sprayed my flowers with 'GHE SeaWeed' solution. Substrate ph rised by ph0.1 and now it ph7. It's critical already, especially when my BPPa#1 starts to show stigmas everywhere - almost in every knot. I think pre-flowering starts soon. She looks soft and wobbly, I think there is a deficit of some elements. But my substrate still wet, and I can't do anything. Tomorrow I'll make them both to bath in ph5.5 nutrients solution - and it's only thing I can imagine to do now. Relying on the best, waiting for tomorrow. 🌞03.12.2022 Today I watered both of my plants with 'GHE' nutrients (TriPart + Fulvic acid + Roots stimulator + Selicates) and sprayed 'GHE SeaWeed' on the leaves. Also, I think I finally resolved my cuestion: 'Why ph of substrate don't want to go down?'. I take my water from kitchen crane, it has ~ppm110 and ~ph7.5. But clorine in this regular water slowly makes the reaction with asid I use to low it's ph. And slowly but surely ph of solution rises. I noticed this by making ph5.8 water and waighting 24hrs - ph of solution became 6.7 the next day. My previous grow I used distilled water only and thet's why I didn't know about this problem. It's a pity I made this guess so late. But it's better late then never. From now I will make ~ph5.2 water immediately after watering and it will react till next procedure (2 days). It's ph should rize above 0.9-1.0 by this time and become near ph6.0. I already prepared water for the next feeding - clear, without any nutrients (by now) and ph5.25 on it's start. Today my solution measurements looks like this: - Substrate ph before watering: ~7; - Solution ph: 5.8; - Solution ppm: 680; - Solution EC: 1.1; ... - Substrate ph after watering: ~6.9; - Drenage ph: 6.7; - Drenage ppm: 710; - Drenage EC: 1.03. 🌞04.12.2022 The 'rest day'. My experinent with water ph was sucssessful. Now I know how to treat usual water to feed my flowers correctly. My next grow will be nearly perfect. And also, it's my first (and last) grow using autoflowers seeds. I don't like a grow process ether a future results. Regular flowers are what I can grow the best. So I'll stay on a 'photo' side of a force (after this auto grow ends). Week ends.

Tag 116: Ab heute gieße ich nur noch unbedüngt. In 2 Wochen ist schon ernte. Die Blätter sehen schon ziemlich mitgenommen aus, das liegt denke ich zum einen an den hohen Sativa Anteil und an meiner zu starken entlaubung 😱 Aber die Blüten sehen super harzig aus.

So where I live we had a really bad storm it had knocked out my power for a full 24 hrs so I had to give them some extra attention to insure there was no mold or any pest with no fan rotation. Then I also had to put them back on there proper timer to get things back on a roll so far so good they still look and smell amazing wish me luck

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/23- Week three from seed and the second week of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and she's doing surprisingly well considering the crappy weather, and being eaten like a salad by slugs and a rabbit! 5/25- The diatomaceous earth that I spread around her seems to have lessened the attacks on her leaves. I've also been spraying her down every other day with Neem Oil, and every three days with an organic insecticidal soap that I'm sure has helped as well. I watered the Papaya Sherbet today via garden hose and began to train her branches a bit as well. 5/27- The FastBuds Papaya Sherbet continues to do exceptionally well with great color and vigor, putting out new growth it seems daily. 5/29- There's three weeks on the books for this little lady and I'm looking forward to see what she'll look like in the coming weeks! I will have to top dress her soon, probably in the next few days. I haven't added any dry amendments to her since I initially amended her soil and she's a hungry girl... We are hitting week 4 now! Plant looks strong, has a nice green look overall and she seems to like her new home! I give her every 4 days ph regulated water. 1liter from the bottom, about 1,5l from above. I will give the plant another week unter the trellis to make sure the side branches catch up. Week 4 was pretty straightforward, holding the branches under the trellis and cutting some fan leafs that giving shadow to the lower branches. At end of week 4 there are first signs of flowering and she gets thirstier over the week. Giving her about 1L from bottom and 1,5L from above every two days at the moment. At first sign of flowering I have turned the led to 100% (100W) I’m really happy with my first try in coco, the plant looks healthy with a nice green color overall. I’m using ph regulated water between 6-6,3 with biobizz nutrients.

Finally starting to see some of those beautiful colors in the the buds.Buds are starting to fatin up and ripping.

So I found my issue with my droopy leaves and light leaves. Not enough water and she wants more phosphorus. I up'ed my water time to 15 mins 7x a day. (Ebb & flow in clay pellets). This week she has gotten most of her green back but I feel it's delayed the flowering alittle. Maybe not. This is my 1st auto and it's only supposed to have a week left. We will see.
