The Mandarin Squeeze sisters are making good progress. I did a neem oil treatment on everything in the grow room 4 days ago. I am doing it again today. I have a pest but have not seen it directly. I find super tiny white clear sacs on the leaves. Might be eggs. Regardless I have everything on a treatment plan that I can treat. The video was done after all treatments, and training for the day. Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.

This week marked the final chapter of this journey. After 17 days of sunny, dry conditions, the sudden return of damp, humid weather and low airflow triggered internal bud rot (Botrytis) deep inside the main cola. Despite regular inspections and careful care, it developed rapidly in the dense core. I removed the affected top to stop further spread, but it was clear — nature had made her decision. The plant gave her all and was already in the final ripening stage, so I’m grateful for what she produced. Lesson of the week: Even outdoor autoflowers can fall victim to mould late in flower, especially in humid coastal climates like Ramsgate. Next time, I’ll cover my plants during the final weeks to protect from dew, humidity, and stagnant moisture. Big thanks to FastBuds for a strong and impressive cultivar — this was a powerful pheno with excellent structure, trichome coverage, and strong medicinal aroma. The genetics were solid; this was simply a weather issue. Every grow teaches us something. Grateful for the ride.

Hi everyone! Today i installed the first of two scrog nets. I think about 2 weeks of vegetation are enough for the rest to reach the hight. I watering them 2 or 3 times the week about 2 ½l clear water.

You walk into the back yard and it’s a straight face punch of smells. Looking like some indoor rn moved all plants to safer place in case storm hits so now I atleast have a wind break

But there is a slight defects on the first serrated leaves I can't figure out whether it's a birth defects or it's something else. I will probably post a picture on questions later . I personally think it's a birth deffect . But may be rong . We'll see what next week brings I appreciate you all looking at the diary. thank you so much and always remember it's 420 something 🌱👍

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 Both "A" and "B" put on an inch overnight. Now that the soooperstunted mutant runt is acting like a normal plant, so henceforth I'll refer to her as "C." 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. I'll go with half-strength veg and half-strength bloom for a week, then go with full strength bloom nutrients until I start flushing them in 6-8 weeks. 1/18: I installed the second far-red flowering initiator today and got all my timers configured for flowering: ========================================= timer#1 - power strip with qb's and red boosters 10:00am -12:00am timer#2 - (dual/independent setting) sideA- 3-way cube with uva bars 10am - 3pm 7pm - 11pm sideB- flowerpower uvb 1pm - 1:15pm 4pm - 4:15pm 7pm - 7:15pm 11pm - 11:15pm timer#3 - far red pucks 11:00pm - 12:15am timer#4 - sub-canopy tube 10am - 1pm 3pm - 6pm 8pm - 11pm ======================================== I also did some testing on the timers and sealed myself into the closet to check for any light leaks. All good.👌 1/19: Tonight is their first long night. It's ON!👍 I moved #3 into the tent with my DWC rig to veg a little longer. 1/20: I watered them today with about a half gallon each. I'm seeing calcium and magnesium deficiences here and there, so added some boomerang and heavy cal-mag-Fe along with liquid molasses, humic acid, and endoboost myco. I also foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. #3 is still vegging in my SCROG tent with the #8 FFT DWC plant. She's coming along, but still not ready for prime time.. That's it for week 4-

THURSDAY 7/18: I FIM'd her today. She's growing quickly now.. but looking at her, I'm still not so sure it wasn't really a spinach seed😂 But seriously, I'm thinking that I used too much Mycotrex or Great White while she was still too young or something. Her roots were looking awesome when I transplanted her, but she's got some weird-looking foliage.. FRIDAY: Inspected for pests and repositioned her in a spot that gets another half hour of sunlight per day. I sprayed the area with Ortho again and bought a little air bubbler to aerate water for compost tea.2 SATURDAY: She put on a couple of inches since Thursday. I mixed up a fairly weak batch of Big Bloom and Grow Big plus some Kelp Me Kelp You and douched her with about a half-gallon right as the sun was coming up. I also prepared a foliar feed using Big Bloom and Kelp Me Kelp You and sprayed her well as the sun came up, and again after it was going down. I also started aerating 4 gallons of water today...will add the compost tea tomorrow morning and let it cook for 24 hours. SUNDAY: I foliar fed her and sprinkled little more Silicium Flash on top of the soil of all my plants and mixed about 4 grams of Bactrex into a jug with 3/4 gallon of bottled water and douched all my plants with about 2 pints each. That should really get the beneficial bacteria and fungus kicked into overdrive. I started brewing a 4 gallon batch of compost tea today. Since I don't have any Orgatrex, I am using a little Big Bloom, Kelp Me Kelp You, and Grow Big in the tea in addition to the PK Compost Booster tea from Bi Tabs. I'll add Mycotrex to it about 2 hours before it finishes and thoroughly dowse them all tomorrow morning. MONDAY: She got about a a liter and a half of freshly brewed compost tea and a foliar feeding right after the sun came up. She's a happy camper.👍

Anorher Week😀 so the training looks god💪 Lot of work, hope it pays of. Think the canopy is the most even I’ve grown before. Everything is at the same height. Even small popcorn sites gets light. It’s winter here so the air is very dry. Flower developing nice. Eating and drinking god. Total EC is 2.0

So this week went great... Things are going super well, and the plant leaves are getting larger - I'm trying my BEST NOT to pull or pinch any leaves that are in the way, as to not stress out the plant! She's drinking well, and I'm making sure not to over water... We're going to be able to start LSTing soon!

The weather is really bad for her flowering stage. All these rains may push me to an esrly harvest. I will have to clear up the land and setup a greenhouse with solar-powered fans for the humidity.

New week starts! 🌞21.11.2022 light smelling started. I kame home today to smell thin delicious aroma my babies producing. It's good and bad in a same time! I gave them their first real dose of ph6.05 GHE nutrients in a proportions so called: 'First true leaves' and sprayed them with 'GHE SeaWeed' solution. (Nutrients input was ph6, drainage - ph6.5) 🌞22.11.2022 New photos downloaded. I sprayed my Bananas with 'GHE Sea weed' once more and moist the upper layer of a substrate with it. My BPPa#1 is slightly smaller then her sister. She have thinner leaves and lower length. But she producing her brunches faster then BPPa#2. Second plant is thicker and higher and her new side brunches are smaller. Now I wonder who'll be larger in the end of this run. 🌞23.11.2022 No watering, only spraying with 'GHE SeaWeed' solution and moisture the upper substrate layer. My moist sensor for soil showing the beginning of a green sector. So watering will be tomorrow. 🌞24.11.2022 I watered my plants by ph5.9 full pack of fertilisers GHE (amount in a table). Luckily, soil ph starts to fall and today it's somewhere near ph6.8 mark. My babies are slowing down in the main stem growth, I think it's all because there are a lot of side brunches rising up. When they'll form it well and their leaves will became darker - I'll change nutrients proportions to so called 'Vegitation' and add 'GHE Diamond nectar' + 'GHE Silicate'. Also, tomorrow I'll spray them with 'GHE Protect' solution instead of 'Sea Weed' because they're still on the early stage of veg. 🌞25.11.2022 Today is 'dry' day. I sprayed my flowers with 'GHE Protect' solution. Nothing new, only one thing: they are awesooooome! Tomorrow there will be 'SeaWeed' spraying, watering will go on sunday. UPD: Asked the advice thru the 'Grow questions' option and started LST already - as a result. Today I can't bend them more, because I watered them yesterday - their trunks are full of juices and I'm afraid they'll crack in a half. Tomorrow I will bend them a little more, and the next day after, I hope, they will be lying on their backs like a puppies. Feed Started With Tap Water Left Overnight For Chlorine/Chlorides To Evaporate. Next Day. Starting EC of our water is 0.10-0.15. I added 1ML of Regenaroot Per Litre. Then Used Canna Terra Flores Until EC measured 0.7. I then used the mighty bloom enhancer by the ml until my EC measured 1.3 Always Give A Little Sprinkle Of Great White Into The Mix Finally i PH'd the mix to 6.2. Made sure the feed was of adequate temp (21c) and continued to feed. 😎

Feb 19th, - week 9 of flower sees a lot of subtle changes going on. The smell at the door is one, and it’s becoming a very dense and dark odour. Fruit-like up close. - Molasses doubled as root boosters get removed and Calimg has only 1 feed left, tonight. - Mar 1 is the tentative flush, first day of week 11 in flower. Those will be a long couple of weeks, feeding h20 & sugar only - noticing the stems of Fan leaves are turning Red/Crimson on L plant. A few are in the R as well. ** question asked about Red Stems ** 23rd - noticing a definite increase in the Trichomes of the Buds, under the UVB (pics tonight). There are simply more now and it’s kinda obvious when side by side. Lite spill from uvb is falling on the left plant as well, but not from 14” - feed tonite will include a bit of CaliMag once again moving forward and a lingering taste of Medi-One. - Trichomes were checked today. As happy as I was to see a few Amber ones. They were very wide-spread with most of the others still 50/50 clear and cloudy. - Based on todays Trichome check; hoping to flush ~ Mar 7 now. That will be the end of 11 complete weeks of Flower. FYI: Breeders expectation "11-12” weeks. Happy to see it linger a bit, diet, humidity and lighting changes have been incremental throughout. How quickly the next changes happen ie: clear to cloudy etc., I have no idea. Would love to see ~ 10% Amber, just enough to say it’s Very ripe. ( Not in any way thinking of couch-lock lol ) - literature & product labels on Humic Acid recommend usage throughout Veg & Flower... just Not the last 3 weeks. That rules this batch out... So the next batch(s) get introduced. - Macro shots tonight of the Buds under the UVB... cannot wait. ** found 1 bud on the R plant, that had quite a bit of Amber showing. Nowhere to be seen in the L plant, but it looks like a high concentration of Cloudy Trichomes on the L regardless. One more serious search tonight of the R plant and it may just be time for a rinse. Surprised to see so many Ambers, alone on this one bud. Pics uploaded ! re: 24th a.m. Feb24th, - when the lights came on this evening, I did another thorough check on both plants and there were more Amber trichomes found. Ready or not, both plants were Thoroughly flushed. - Flush aid used in the process. - 10 Litres of Water was mixed with Molasses / Rezin as the first liquids poured into the plants, after the Flush... - when it came right down to it, the sudden appearance and then rapid spreading of the Amber Trichomes made it an easy call, to flush both plants. Thoughts on the amount of white hairs left... they have a couple weeks to get their shit together... if I can get a couple weeks of flushing-in, that’s a definite bonus. 25th - humidity spike in the Tent. doors are cracked and a floor fan has been added for extra air flow. Exhaust fan increased... 26th, no liquid to remove from the plants btm Trays, but still showing a high humidity. R.H. coming down slowly, aimed the fans at the fabric pots... doors cracked etc. * why mess around, hooked up the dehumidifier... R.H. dropping, end of issue

Day 37 06/08/24 Tuesday De-chlorinated tap water pH 6 today with calmag only. Pre flower stretch initiated, pre flower female sex pistils forming 😍 All happy and healthy! Structure of Melonade Runtz and Critical orange is Beautiful. Pic and vid update Day 39 08/08/24 Thursday Feed today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 with Plagron PK13-14.
