Got hit by a severe heatwave this week! Temps reached 104 in the grow tent even with the lights off and fans at full blast. Threw some ice in front of a fan to help but it was not enough. Also doesn't help I went one day over when I would normally water them. First day of reasonable weather today. Plants seemed sad and droopy for a day, luckily after feeding they perked right back up. Defoliated slightly this week. Will definitely NEED air conditioning moving forward. Aside from that, the odor these two are creating is already mesmerizing. Best I can describe the smell so far is, a mixture of sweet pineyness with a light pungent funky undertone. Can't wait to switch to flower in a few days! Going to be flushing both plants this Sunday 05/31.

Week 3 starts Poundcake #1 is on Day 15 as of 25/07 the rest are between day 11 and 14 Poundcake #1 suffering slight light burn from me putting the se3000 power up to 75%. Its back down to 65% now 😅 The two smaller pots on the right are in coco not living soil. Just keeping them indoors for now why not 👌 Added a organic seedless straw mulch for more microbe friendly activity and help prevent the fast drybacks I'm getting with the current heat 😰

This week we encountered some problems and we lost a couple of days of growth. It was smooth sailing up to here and maybe a little too smooth. I saw that the buds didn't develop right after the previous post last week. After dropping a question and establishing possible reasons I did some interventions to let the plants recover. I raised the light which was real close and temps were too high. Next to that I watered with just some normal tapwater as I suspected some too low PH. I started ventilating more to disperse the heat a little. These actions seemed to have helped as last couple of days I see some real fattening of the buds. This SP-3000 is real powerful and cant be as close as my previous leds. Again props to Mars Hydro and a big thank you to @MarsHydroLED!! Let's hope we do the last couple of weeks with less stress for all of us! Sorry for not posting any Sunshine posts, I have a Christmas surprise in store for those enjoying the mixed reality shots. Semana de transición entre el abono para el periodo vegetativo (Bio Vega) y el abono que utilizaremos durante el periodo de floración (Bio Flores). El primero más rico en nitrógeno y el segundo, en fósforo, magnesio y potasio. Mezclo Bio Rhizotonic + Bio Vega + Bio Flores y riego con 50 litros de agua, todo el cultivo... Alterno riegos cada tres días, unos con abono y otros con agua. La próxima semana, elimináremos Bio Vega.

The plants are growing steadily. I’ve already had to adjust the lamp height several times because the largest plants are starting to get dry leaf tips. I need to try to lower the humidity, as it gets very high when the tent is closed, and even though many of the side openings are open, the humidity is still extremely high.

Started the experiment a little earlier then planned. I was gonna wait til week 4 but figured ssince im running co2 i might as well go all in. Just starting to trim em all up. Cant wait to see if the inter canopy lights have an eggect and if so how much. Anybody got any thoughts?

Plants are getting big enough to train through the fence. Im thinking a vertical scrog, but its gonna be a bitch to harvest . We will see, still dunno if they are even female.

Another week in the books. About two more weeks to go and these ladies are looking fantastic. They have really expressed themselves in this pass week. Buds are rock solid dense I hope for a bit more bud development as far as size but if not the density definitely makes up for it. The Trichomes on each plant are becoming more and more pronounced each day. I am starting to see a fade happen olin all plant so harvest window is approaching. Aiming for day 70 ish harvest or slightly later.
