Much better week of growth, applied some LST, which helped a lot. The net has helped continue to help the light reach the new growth, and also even out the canopy. She was getting quite over crowded, a lot of leaves were shading the new nodes, and tucking leaves was doing more harm than good.. so we had a defoliation. Hopefully that will help going forwards. I’m very intrigued to see what I end up with come harvest, it feels like it could go either way at this moment. Time will tell!

Stopped using the Rapid Start during week 3. Flipped into 12/12 at end of this week (week 5).

The plants are doing good but I noticed two days ago the ones in the cloth pots and old soil were nut burned. I mixed more dirt up with the Kellogg soil and repotted the four that are showing nut burn. I shook off most of the soil on the roots, too. The ones in the 5 gallon pots are doing fantastic! They are larger and have better leaves. I think I caught the issue with the other four in time, but we shall see. No other changes

Melonade Runtz is staring to purple as well. It's so beautiful and it's just the beginning. They are loving life.

Today 24.9 1st day of flowering Last week was steady growth and I added some bacteria and microbes in a form of Voodoo Juice and some silica also. It's nice to see how fast it affects on your stems and they start thickening right away 👌 I have some heavy duty defoliating to do gonna do it in this and next week. Esa familia, de nuevo volvemos actualizar las skunk, y es que me encanta es una variedad que crece con un gran tallo y corta distancia entre nudos, muy vigorosa, 2/3 crecen bastante guay, pero hay una que aunque también crezca bien se quedo algo más pequeña. Ph en 6,5 temperatura y humedad controlada, con muchas ganas de ver cómo empiezan a formarse las flores y todo su progreso.

Algae is an asshole. Thought things were going really well... and then found a bit of algae in the rockwool.... No biggie I figure. Wrong. Left it one night, and today (Sunday) open the jar to find algae in all the roots. Not cool. Well, I needed to swap the nutrients anyway, and was going to do a major bonsai pruning... so why not also wash everything, plant included, in mild hydrogen peroxide solution? Sure, THAT's fun. Made the decision to swap Hydroguard for H2O2 as well, since the water is room temp (21-22 C) and the H2O2 supposedly helps prevent algae.... and keeps away root rot even in higher solution temperatures. Oh, and H2O2 is also seemingly a buffer... making getting the pH right in that small jar strange - needed WAY more pH down than without the hydrogen peroxide. Fingers crossed that the major life disturbances will help manage the algae and not just put the nails in the coffin.

Hey guys, late into week 5 finally have some time to tend to the gals. It's been almost a week since I last watered them. We had 2 thunderstorms roll in so that kept the ladies quenched but when i went to check them out today most of them were pretty dry. Before I watered them, I topped off the soil level with some more promix hp and started our first topdressing. As usual 2tbs per gal @ 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284. I'm my case 21tbs to 9tbs. After that I water them with 50mL of molassas in 5gal of dechlorinated water with each plant raking about 3L of water. I also defoliated some under growth and to clean up the canopy to allow more light to penatrate prime grow sites. Last week I noticed some fungus gnats flying around, so I put up yellow fly traps with bamboo skewers (best way imo). I also did a preventive maintenance and watered the girls last week with neem oil soil drench to kill off any larvae or eggs that may have been laid. So good so far, as the traps did not have many gnats on them. Other than the usual pm items done, the ladies are taking off quite fast, so I need to stay ontop of things when I can! Had some family time last week and unfortunately caught covid with all the symptoms. I've been bed bound since Monday and today I'm starting to feel slighty better. Obviously have a light leak but think I've sorted it now. The mystery is just well under feed as I've run out of Bloom and big Buds and its also gone into reveg. The other coco ones haven't gone into reveg and almost look done. Biscotti Mintz and Bahama Bussdown look 🔥 well impressed. The mutant Biscotti Mintz (soil) has come along nicely and looks amazing. I don't get why that hasn't revegged as its surrounded buy the others that have. The 2 at the back, (Bahama Bussdown) ones taken a slight knock and revegged and the other one has just got to heavy and collapsed. Again looks near enough done so now need to think of a plan of action for curing as tent will be occupied for at least another month. So I think that's it with the problems 🤣 .. 6/24: Things are looking good! Haven't really changed much, but I did bring the light a little closer to the plant and I brought humidity down to 70%. The bud sites are growing very quickly. Hoping to be able to start some LST by the end of the week. 6/26: Loving the growth still! Keeping things as is still, as I am liking the results so far and don't think she would benefit from any adjustments. The 4th node has dropped nicely and 5th is coming along fast! Also, I planted four mystery seeds I received from a friend and three of the four popped today! We plan on trying our hand at a little outdoor growing with these. Nothing like a little experimenting, right? 6/29: All is looking well. I did remove the lowermost node, as well as start some LST on the second node. LST is something new to me an an opportunity i was not afforded with the slow growth and early flower of my last grow. I'm excited to see what different it will make. Thursday 16th march day 59 Harvested a couple days earlier then planned as my humidity was getting a bit high and worried about risking mold I decided to chop, have to get a good dehumidifier soon, everything looking lovely, nice and dense with very strong fruity potent smell definitely the best looking plants I have grown to date not the biggest buds but they look quality, chopped plants whole gonna do my best to keep the temp and rh% in the dry room as close 60/60 as I can to get a nice slow dry, 🍁😎 I only took the wet weight from 1 plant back left plant was 270g with large fan leaves removed
