In between dunk feeds I do regularly top pours. The plants are still short. Not much of an early flower growth spurt. But the bud sites are looking healthy and sticky already so I expecting some top shelf, even if it’s not much of it 🤣

Week 10, the second week of flowering, has been a wild ride in our Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is on fire! Talk about growth – she's become a bona fide giant, standing tall and proud. So I have added new strains. Purple Berry Kush, Diesel Fire OG, and Sour Fire Kush. The Sour Fire Kush is Bubba Kush × (Sour Diesel × Fire OG) This should be good. I heard it leans to the Bubba.we will see. Purple Berry Kush is up and we have 2 they are cute. Strawberry Lemonade is doing good. Slurricane is doing a color change, starting to look nice and frosty, at 4 1/2 weeks when the pic were taken. Ok and for the news of the week. FOG or Fire OG is a female. So this is really good news for the 4 sided girl. She split into 2 tops, and of course 1 is dominate. So idk I might have to tie them apart somehow. Because there will be no topping her. Looks like she's coming into preflower gonna be a small harvest. 27/5/22 Made a new batch for feeds for this week. Brought it down to 810. Added Atlas, goddesslada, fire yields to jungle juice trio. Will give another Epson Salt feed this week also. Had to add PH + as it was only 4.3. Brought up to 6.2 keeping EC at 1.6/800ppm. 28/5/22 I know this is the 2nd round of Epsom Salt. But this one marks the start of a new weekly process I'll be adding. I usually do 2 feeds 2 water feeds mix em up over 8 days. So, for one of them water feeds will now be Epsom Salt. Every 2 weeks Calmag will be added with it instead, or just calmag by itself instead of Epsom. I've heard ppl swear by it and then some not. So, I'll make up my own mind. I'm overal happy with how I've done this grow. I've sat back much more and been very hands off. I think I'm going to scale it back down a lil.. too big for my needs. This 1 will be my shorty and we gonna c how dense we can get the buds with high co2 with negative pressure environment. Ye, I know the exhaust will take away from the co2 but the ambient co2 in the room is fairly high. I have 2 co2 exhale bags going and got my friends co2 meter wasn't home but my partner said he dropped by but couldn't leave it as he was passing through and took a measurement for me. 825 in the tent and 8-850 in the sealed grow room. 29/5/22 Yup, I was right days ago. She has more or less started flowering. 1st 1 to leave the veg stage. Thankfully I'm using jungle juice trio, so no need to flush grow nute, I'm going to even the nutrients ratios out and after a week I'll do 1 part grow to 3 parts bloom and fill micro. With a few Terra Power specials. 31/5/22 Coming to the last week in the 4th. She started flowering around D25 was showing signs she was coming into preflower have a video up to show what to look for to know when to flip to bloom nutrients. If I was running on GROW+BLOOM separate nutrients I'd of flushed with water for 2-3 days before you flip to bloom base nutrients but as these nutrients (jungle juice trio), it's just a case of changing the nutrients ratio. For the 1st wk of pre flower it's recommend you use half and half then 1rd grow to 3 parts bloom so that's 1ml grow to 3ml bloom (these are just ratios not the actual mls that will be used). I have started flushing my other grows that are showing signs of coming into pre flower. I'm still giving the grow&bloom base nutrient La Sirena as this is given through grow and bloom so no need to flush that out. Shes short. The way I want her. I had this 1 set at 30-35cm after wk 2 up until flower and I'll move her close to the light at 20cm as I have high co2. I know you need high PPFD to get the most out of it but the benefits are the same, (been able to withstand a higher temp/ higher RH/ higher PPFD) SO, hoping to get a short nice dense buds from top of canopy right down to the middle, everything below that has been stripped so dense buds throughout is the goal here not so much mass but quality and eye appeal. At 20cm the ppfd will be 11-1200. Not perfect I know but it'll give some sort of better bud quality. The rest are grown nice and big. All plants are 45-59cm just before coming into pre flower there's a few more that are still young so height is still yet to be seen. But the aim of the game is nice dense kosher cake bud. Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

23/07 - Special queen #1 is now officially in flower! Super excited to see the growth the next few weeks. This strain may become 2.5x taller than its current height. I will water both of them with 1-1.5L of water w flowering nutes. They are drying up quick. A few yellowing tips but not getting worse. 24/07 - watered both plants with 1L with 0.5ml biogrow, 1ml biobloom and 1ml topmax. They are at the same height of the scrog net. In a few days I will be ticking them and covering the whole space. 28/07 - Watered both with 1L of just water at ph 6.5. This forms the main P + K part of the formula. Step 3 – Combine Solutions Slowly poured the Calcinit mix into the barrel while stirring — no reaction, still crystal clear. That confirms the mix is stable and precipitation-free. 🌿 Step 4 – FPJ / FFJ Batch Added 30 ml homemade FPJ (fish + veg batch) ≈ 1 ml/L. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. 28.07.2025 Something is wrong with the stretchy pheno. She is already finishing up. The Flowers are still small. And she looks hardly overfed.. I'll give her one ore two more days and cut her down then. the other two look and smell great!

Another great week for the girls, I have not seen a single deficiency, other than the odd yellowed leave under the canopy, typically due to lack of light. I will come through soon and do a defoliation of both tents to allow for more light to penetrate, and perhaps get a good push for some girthy colas 😋. I have lowered the temps a bit in the tents by controlling my lung room temps, and they are maxing out at 77 degrees and hitting a night time cool of about 70. I have also lowered the humidity to hover between 47 and 52 %. Hopefully will start to get some nice colours as they finish. As I mentioned before, when I water is when I like to get under the canopy and check the stems and leaves for anything that shouldn’t be… and typically once a week after watering I’ll wipe down the tent and sanitize any surface I can. There is no reason to get lazy, that’s how you get Pests, Mold, and PM. Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️
