Been feeding just water ready for the chop. Some of them have all brown pistils and have pretty much stopped all together. The kalimist indica pheno is still flowering so I'll let it go until it looks ripe 👍

Amazing Plant! Highly Recommend to any grower that loves an indica strain! Strong bushy plant with big dense colas! Very heavy wet weight and completely covered in trichomes. Cant wait to see the trimmed up results!

Flush week

This might be the last week before chop... Most pistils are already orange. Not a lot of smell in the grow room, the green one smells like green apple candy, and the purple/red one like grape bubble gum. I've had many humidity problems lately, thankfully Dr Zymes has got my back keeping the PM and fungus at bay.

Preparing to yank out top shelf and rejig things. I can only gain 4” but it will be needed as this thing is running hard. Closer than 8-10” to the LED light, and she WILL get cooked! Next Gen grow box gains almost 8” in height with same dimensions, so problem solved. I may have to cut CO2 until stretch is over or just cut altogether. I got a close eye in her. Day 44: She's looking good, and stretching at a rate of 2"/day in her tin can. I did a light defoliation and cleaned up training wires. I'll leave her be from here on out; less some selective defoliation to keep sites open. I cut CO2 (which would have been helpful a bit earlier), and may turn back on at the end of week 8, time will tell. Day 46: She looks like she is 4+ days behind when compared to the other 4 autos I have grown. She will either catch up, take longer to mature, or I'm screwed because of the heavy defol. Flower development seems slow/odd. 10pm and she’s now 22” tall and too close to the light. Flower productivity accelerating for sure. Maybe she will just catch up, and finish late? Bummer I had this one in quarantine. Day 48: leave symptoms developed further into dark rust spots very suspect to a calcium deficiency. I flushed for a few hours, cut Gro out all together and bumped Micro and Bloom. Increased CalMag from .8ml to 1.5 ml/gallon. Now observing. Day 49: Another day or two will tell but it feels like the deficiency is slowing as the progression on day 47-48 was an hour by hour progression. Throughout the week, and almost everyday, I have taken a dozen or so leaves throughout the canopy and the undergrowth. One day I defoliated her pretty good, but not super heavy. Massive leaf production and has crowded the plant/bud sites out in a matter of a day or two. Day 52: Looks like calcium or possibly potassium deficiency back in check. Newer leaves look good and no progression on older leaves.

it's still drying

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. I think I am worrying myself more than I need too. The calicum defficiency has took over around a half of the fan leaves on 1 of the plants. I don't have much hope in a great yield from this one but fingers crossed my other 2 were caught in time. Have folder fed with a slightly more concentrated spray of cal mag and ph'd water. Whilst keeping a feed, plain ,feed schedule Unfortunately I don't currently have access to a ppm reader so can't say for sure exactly what the problem is but It seems the defficiency has slowed/stopped. Will continue to monitor.

Fast Buds has been very kind in extending me the opportunity to try our their new strain C.A. There's not a lot of information out there about this strain yet, other than it is supposed to be indica dominant. No solid leads on the name that I have found. I'd going with a guess of Cali Airlines for now (though I suspect this may be a CBD strain). Put the seed straight into the soil in the final container (3 gal grow bag) on March 3rd. I'll spray the top of the soil once a day until I see the sprout appear. Then I'll let the tap root do its thing and find the water below in the soil. The soil was watered heavily 2 days before planting the seed, then left in the tent to get the soil to temperature. My Perpetual Harvest strategy…. Originally my plan was to start 2 seeds each month, but had some seeds from one breeder that did not germinate early in my rotation. Ultimately, this caused single seeds to pop and messed up my 2 at a time plans. But, that seemed to work out OK, because now I think starting one seed every 3 weeks is a better strategy. This should provide me with 4-5 plants at a time, instead of 6. However… Since Fast Buds has been kind enough to allow me to preview their new CC and CA strains I am now going to be starting a new seed every 2 weeks. This should allow me to get all of the plants I want to grow this season in the perpetual harvest rotation. I need to shut down over the summer because my tent is currently in the attic. Plants get fed once weekly on weekends. Seedlings get water only. Plants in vegetation get water and Recharge. Flowering plants get water, Recharge or Big Bloom (Fox Farm). Feeding is done using 2 gallon watering can. Any additional waterings during the week are given on an as needed basis per plant. I lift the plants to help determine which plants are more dry (lighter) and provide water as needed. I give each pot a quarter turn every day in an effort to make sure the plants get equal lighting from all sides. I rotate the plant in place by turning the pot 90 degrees (I am not rearranging the layout of the plants in the tent on a daily basis). The soil is an ‘organic super soil’ I mixed myself using organic top soil, organic potting soil, organic compost, organic peat moss, organic perlite, organic vermiculite, lime, epsom salt, expanded clay pellets and Jobe’s organic fast start. I am also recycling my soil and water with Recharge when using recycled soil. For plant training I have tried a variety of things, but my plans now are to do LST bending only, no HST anymore. I may decide to go back to HST again in the future, but I’m curious to compare LST training only to see how that goes. Around 3 week I'll do a FIM cut/pinch once there are 4-5 nodes established. And some defoliation around the 3rd week of flowering. I have been doing HST bending and having good results, but think the HST may be causing the plants to take longer to harvest. I hope LST only will help increase harvests while getting me to harvest sooner. Beginning of week 4. All plants were topped. Have nearly doubled in size since last week. One of the auto Dark Purple has already started forming flowers, didn't expect that to happen already.

Week 7 and the lady's are looking very beautiful. Just continuing to feed and bugs and smells are developing.

Damn she is looking great! 🤩💖 9/17- Yesterday I top dressed her with 1/2 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish then watered it in with 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that was ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉. Her flowering is continuing beautifully and she's smelling stronger every day it seems! I'm staying on top of tucking leaves blocking light and turning her pot daily as well. 9/19- Five weeks of flower on the books! We're halfway there now, she's stacking her flowers tightly going into Week Six and she's looking phenomenal! 🤩 When I watered her today I added 1 tbsp/g each of Kelp Extract and Fish Emulsion (both liquid) to the 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water she received, which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 74℉. ~Thanks for stopping in! 26/05/2021 (Day 71) Se realizo un nuevo cambio de nutrientes y las plantas vienen mas felices que nunca, no se observa ni una carencia en las hojas y los parámetros se encuentran muy controlados. 29/05/2021 (Day 74) Se agregó 20L de solución, las plantas vienen muy bien comenzándo el engorde de una manera muy optima. El espacio de cultivo está repleto 100% en conjunto con los 600W en 8 chips de Citizen que logran llegar a todos los puntos de la carpa.
