With great joy I will start my second season growing cannabis. I hope to learn from some small mistakes from the first season where I was surprised by my performance as a first-time sailor cultivating the BlueDream strain. This season I left the 4 seeds of GorillaGlue 36hrs in a pot of water to break the dormancy. After that I used the napkin technique for more 42 hrs. So I put each one in a 5-gallon airpot, as they are automatic and go to harvest in the same pot. After 24hrs in the vase the first 2 little leaves came out. I made a homemade dome with a 2-gallon water bottle, cutting it into strips and lining it with plastic with some holes to keep the humidity high during this initial phase. We entered the first week of cultivation and unfortunately due to an oversight I got confused in the fertilizer table and clearly the dreaded overfert happened. I did a watering only with water to try to remove the excess fertilizer let's hope it works.

Probably should gone another week but I got to keep my rotation moving!!

End of week 5 bloom has been the same. One day full nuts from go box as recommendation, base nut doubled plus: GH silica, AN bud candy and FF Cha Ching at half dose. The Next day full base nut, full dose of Cha ching and beastie bloomz just below half dosage. Plants seem to love it. It does get warm when lights turn on so I have the door open while lights are on. Smell is lovely. Can still smell it even with the carbon filter at full speed. Its a mild smell. Getting very happy with the out come for being my first grow. Still too early for the final out come. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. DAY EIGHT It seems to be going well, I think. The temperature and humidity have been right about where I want them; 79 F and 60% plus or minus a few. I added a DIY LED I made from the small bar LEDs I had initially used for germination. Not very pretty but any added wattage is appreciated. This will only be temporary. I also added a bit of coco coir to each cup topped with ocean forest. DAY NINE Plants look healthy, a little droopy but it was after dark period. Gave them some water. No real changes. DAY TEN Plants are looking good. I did not water them today because the soil seemed okay. Humidity and temp are stable. I posted a video to show off my ghetto lighting system. DAY ELEVEN No adverse changes noted. Watered them well after their dark period. Temperature has been averaging about 81 F with 65% humidity. I haven’t changed the setting of the fans, lighting, or humidifier. DAY TWELVE No changes made. I gave them a light watering and lightly compacted soil a bit. I plan on transferring them to 5 gallon pots soon. DAY THIRTEEN I gave them 24 hours of light (not by design) before I transplanted the two girls from their solo cups around 3 o’clock this afternoon. I decided to put them each into 5 gallon fabric pots with a base of Fox Farm Ocean Forest. I gently cut the bottom rim off the solo cup using pruning scissors, then cut straight up the side. I was able to pull the cup apart without disturbing the roots and soil hardly at all. I did not loosen the soil at this time, as I was afraid to touch the roots at all. I had a small spray bottle with spring water and two tbsp of Dynomyco dissolved in it, which I sprayed half the contents onto each of the root balls. I also sprinkled a bit into the soil and mixed. I basically have the bottom third of my 5 gallon fabric pots a pretty even mix of Fox Farm Ocean Forest, vermiculite, perlite, and coco coir. Then the rest was 90%+ FFOF soil. I put a bit of vermiculite on top of the soil around the seedling to give it some support. As far as watering, I gave the soil a bit of spring water when the pot was halfway full, enough to dampen it. I then watered it again once the plant was transferred a pretty good amount, probably 16 ounces or so of spring water with a bit of aloe in it. Now they will sit in the dark for 4 hours, and I will keep the temperature and humidity around 78F and 65% give it take a bit. DAY FOURTEEN They don’t look they are dying; I guess that’s a good sign. They seem okay in their final pots. Temperature slowly dropped to 70 F for a couple hours when I was out earlier. It’s back to its stable 79ish. No adverse findings.

Hey now I hope everyone is having a great weekend, this will be the final week for all 5 of the ladies. I am still feedinig them all silica, cal mag, maxibloom, and some PK booster for an EC of 1.4 and PH of around 6.1. I am still feeding them 4 times per day and will transition to H20 only on Monday, so they will get about a 5 day flush and I will harvest them on Saturday. I have a bunch of help lined up for the trim so I'm thinking we can get all 5 plants cleaned up in a few hours. The Sundae Driver looks amazing, alot of purples and nice tight colas. The Red Hot Cookies looks like it will have excellent bag appeal and colors and smells nice. The Bubble Runtz has the most Indica looking structure with shorter fatter colas, and the Durban Nights has huge chunky colas but not as long, and the Green Crack smells amazing and is sticky AF but has the smalles colas of the five. well, it's exactly 12 weeks :) and my house is full of lemon aroma :) the girl endured really difficult growth, but she coped with everything perfectly :) who followed the growth, you saw that she grew on the balcony for 10 weeks, and she spent the last 2 in the grow tent :) 500 gr wet weight !!!!:) , before putting it in the ground I expected less than 10 g dry yield :D then this growth turned out super well, if it wasn't for my vacation I would have let it grow for about 2 weeks I think. but everything is still very good, I'll go home, fix it and do a smoke review :).

The girls are doing fine this week. They are packing on some weight and I'm starting to get a sweet, coffee smell from some of them. I'm noticing at least three different phenotypes, which was expected with F1 seeds. That said, all but one gave a good stretch, and each of them is showing great bud development.

I have loved this grow and for my 1st scog run I have learnt alot to imply to my next run!, so keep an eye out for my next organic scrog, using marshydro equipment and zamnesia seeds 😀 thanks for all your support and likes and I look forward to giving you another diary soon 💚👌👊 happy growing. Day 85, first day of Week 13. She gives off the most beautiful smell since today, wow, never smelled something like that 😍She is also still foxtailing like a freaky little monster, fading nicely. With her I'm a bit confused as to where I should be looking now, new foxtails trichomes or the older calxy behind the foxtails? Probably a mix. Read somewhere on Reddit, that they apparently pack on proper buds, so the foxtails get fat as well. I guess we will see. Happy days Day 87, checking trichomes everyday, still milky. She got more yellow since the last time I took pictures. Some of the foxtails have developed. Both plants got watered yesterday, with 2ml Flawless Finish. Smell still strong. Could be any day now aaaaaaaaaaaaah happy 😍 Day 88, at her daily trichome check she looked ready all of a sudden. Even on foxtails I see amber trichomes, funny mix actually, amber and clear 😁All over her buds she is a good 20% amber now. I think that should be fine for a Sativa. I chopped her and put her stem in a vase with ph water. A friend once told me a fairytale story, about how this does something good when compared with darkness. We will see, can't remember properly, it won't harm 🙏 She is a pleasant lady and weighs wet with stems 469g, which is more than my other wedding cake (244g). I guess that's great yeay. She is currently sitting in the drying tent together with wedding cake. Happy days Update Day 1 of Darkness in a vase full of water: She initially weighed 469g yesterday when I chopped her and put her in the vase. 16 hours later I had a little look inside the tent and checked the water in the vase, she drank quite a bit, about a quarter the amount. I weighed again and she now weighs 489g, not a big difference but still, I feel slightly sciency 👽Her buds seem sucked in and more dark but also more rich looking, if that makes sense. Good morning, today is day 36 of veg and the start of week 6. As you can see the ladies got transplanted into their final 10am fabric pot homes! These ladies like it a bit cooler and more humid so I’m still keeping vpd at .9 with the temps maxing out at about 77! I also needed to bump up watering - they ran through a half gallon super quick so I went to a gallon and they needed it every 3 days ! Still sticking to my every other watering of fish shit and silica! Still a few weeks of veg to go, mainlining slows down the process and I need to fill the canopy horizontally before I start to let them grow taller and after that flip!
