But as we approach the final stretch, it’s a delicate dance of vigilance and care to ensure a clean and bountiful harvest. Here’s a deep dive into this exciting and educational week: The “Flush” in Full Swing The flush continues as we prepare the ladies for their final days. While we’re a week or so away from harvest, the plants are responding beautifully, showcasing stunning fades that highlight their unique genetics. This fading process is a critical part of the journey, helping the plants naturally finish their cycle while preserving those complex terpene profiles we all love. The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. This is why mid-flower defoliation is a game-changer, and I’m grateful it kept the rest of the garden healthy! Papaya Zoap’s Unique Quirks The Papaya Zoap continues to be a star of the show with its frosty buds and… albino tips! These tiny white tips are likely from being too close to the lights. Critical Cure is still trucking alone nicely. No sign of bugs or nute issues. I had a friend who had issues with a couple of her Girl Scout Cookies that she's doing. She definitely had some lockout from heavy rain that we've been getting. That's why I'm glad I put down lime, but also got away from using mineral salts, because I think that was definitely an issue last year. Very happy with the results so far of going au naturale!

05/02/2026 This better be the last week. I have her in the dark for the next two days. Hopefully she gives me some color. Or does that work with the light? Readings: pH: 5.74 EC: 604 cm TDS: 430 ppm Temp: 63.3° Readings after a small top off. pH: 5.88 EC: 590 cm TDS: 413 ppm Temp: 64.4° Readings Again: pH: 6.3 EC: 517 TDS: 405 Temp: 62.8° 05/03/2026 Readings: PH: 6.25 EC: 588 cm TDS: 418 ppm Temp: 67.1° So we can see that the warmer the water, the higher the concentration of salts. I just added an ice bottle, but it's still working it's magic. The pH seems to have leveled out too. As for the high concentration of salts, I'm gonna have to repeat flushing again. Well, in this case, I'm going to pull a gallon out and add another gallon and a half or so of plain pHed water. Reason being, I can't get the bottom of the bucket with my water pump. The roots are all in the way. So it's still loaded with nutrients. And now the water is below the roots. I've been doing my best to avoid topping off, but I think I just want to do the swap. Plain Filtered and pHed tap water readings: pH: 6.08 EC: 435 cm TDS: 307 ppm Temp: 65.7° I pHed a gallon of water. Pulled 3 gallons out of the bucket and put 3.5 gallons back in. Perfect top off especially for the last few days of flushing. I should probably check the trichomes. I haven't since I put her in the dark 2 days ago. Fantastic swell this week with signs of second burst of pistols. We have started pk13/14 as we are on the start of week 5 flower. So far this week as shown the most significant and biggest growth with all strains seeming to dense up a lot.

Ok just finnished a blunt of this a out an hour ago, and I do not smoke blunts lol But it seems only right too do a real smoked reveiw , So the fbt7 has been dry now for about 2 weeks and in a jar and today was the day too take the first bud too try so I rolled a fat one " fat one in photos lol , So for me the flavour just isn't there yet and am hoping that will come after a cure , So I smoked this all too my self and qiukly , Within a few minutes I went white as a ghost as was twitching the the corner hehehe, This is very strong bud and I would go as far as saying it's probably the strongest bud I've had in years , I am what I would describe as a joker smoker , as I turn my bud into oils and do not smoke it , But any serious cannabis smoker will absolutely love this strain , Well done fast buds and thank you :)

This will be the last week i will Feed. I m keeping TDS at 400PPM and PH at 5.8. This week I took out the Silica Blast, Great White and also stoped the CO2. Also I lowered the water temp to 66 degrees. Lights on temp is between 75 and 80 degrees, lights off between 65 and 72. I’m trying to keep humidity as low as possible around 45% week 10 will be flush week.
