For 30th April: The aroma in the tent is ramping up. It is pure correlation, but it seemed to have increased as soon as the UV light was installed. The white widows all have a delicate perfumed lemon mango smell. The gorilla glue is spice and pine. Ph is good at 6-7 in all four pots. Still fighting the deficiencies in one of the widows. The brown spots didn’t seem to slow down my last widow grow. But it also has very pointy leaves, where the other two younger widows have fat dark leaves. She’s bigger, older and hungrier than the other two. She might just need more feed. I need to keep the calmag going. I have been sporadic with it but I’ll make it a regular feed addition from now on.

We are day 21 of flower. Looks like we’re getting towards the end of stretch I will be defoliating this evening more. I also released more predator, mites, two different kinds, and minute pirate bugs to finally deal with the thrips! I also will be adding another trellis net for my Nana glue.

Quite a week!! I did a light defoliation on day 30... I just did a heavy defoliation again on day 36.... I hope they handle this well!! I watered them on day 31 & 33... I I fed them a half dose of all 3 nutrients on day 35... They are starting to stink!! The Cloudline T6 works great!! I also LST'ed them on day 30... they seem to be opening up pretty good... even though I was really late applying the LST.... still learning!! Alana is 16" tall and Anna is 20" tall... Alana grew 6" this week!!! Incredible! I've been battling some humidity lately... it's been in the low 60's for the most part... that's part of the reason I so heavily defoliated today! Otherwise, this grow is going really well!! You'll notice I moved them into the flowering 4X4 tent... I needed to make room in the veg tent.... I germinated 2 Seedsman Strawberry Cheesecake Auto seeds and I'll start their diary tomorrow! Cheers!!

Week 7 of flower Feb 19, 2024.

Still see a few white hairs growing out and the buds look a bit bigger. Plants are fading and looking good. The beginning of the week will be the last time I feed nutes. Straight PH'd water from now on. Lookijg at the tric's a lot of clear ones still. I'm thinking it will still be another two weeks until harvest. Thanks for looking.

Week 2 for our ztrawberriez from the fastbuds family All looks good and the buds are forming real quick, we continue for now with master root and master bloom, next week we start to add some more addictives Some plants had a little to much nutrients but we corrected the dosis and continue with a little less bloom nutrients! For the rest all good!!

She seems to be doing a lot better since the foliar spray last week. Leaves are a dark green now and the stalks are more malleable due to the silica. Did another Silica foliar spray this week as well. 12 gal of water and it is supposed to rain on them today. Fingers crossed!

For the past month, the humidifier has been an issue putting out way too much humidity; often leaving water in the bottom of the tent. In addition, the temperatures are also out of control. I added an AC last week to keep the temperature below 80. I finally determined the exhaust vent is also broken and has been for some time. AC Infinity does not extend the warranty to the replacement parts. I guess that makes sense since they would be in a state of perpetual free replacements. I bought a new one from Amazon that came with a new controller which is different from the controller 69 currently using. I decided that while it is very inconvenient and inefficient to monitor the tent through the day, I would rather finish this Frostbanger run without introducing a new unknown variable. I will continue using 3 circulating fans, the 4” exhaust vent from my 3x3. I have the AC pushing air in and the exhaust pulling air out. This creates a neutral pressure tent environment-neither positive nor negative. It looks like growth has stopped and plant height has been reached. Now is the time for buds to fatten and frost up. All 6 of them are short remaining less than 3 ft. They range from 15 to 31 inches. #4, 5 &6 are showing some fade, particularly #4. Upon opening the tent, a melon smell comes off the buds if I get close, and more stickiness was observed during the process of defoliation. They are living up to the new strain’s name. #5 is the frostiest followed by #2. Wow week 3 of flower and that much frost already. As the oldest one looks with 25 days of more approx 2 and a half weeks in advance as we can see, all calm advancing at the moment, enduring the high heat temperatures, the ones that were missing were transplanted into larger improvised pots.

Decided to let it grow for one more week before flowering

And same again, smooth week, they get 1 watering a week of about 6litres each. The buds just keep getting more white pistils and the trichomes are smokey white, waiting to see some more amber in there and for the buds to swell up more. The lollipopped plant seems to be the fastest. I reckon another 2 weeks :S I might not have enough supply left and might have to chop a branch off early to keep me going.
