Greetings Rastamans, as you can see my girl is getting thicker and is growing weekly. Every used fertilizers have very good results. Slowly aproaching the time of harvesting, This is evidenced by the trichomes as well as the timing of the flowering cycle. I believe that the harvest from this plant will be great. Use of the necessarry techniques at the right period of times gave me the results that you see yourselves. It is the last day of lighting. It will be in dark for 36hrs. I really didn't expect these buds to explode like they did! This Sugar Black Roses looks soooo good and no deficiencies as far as i can tell! The Dyna-Gro and Jacks Classic Citrus mix is great! Got this nute schedule/mix from reading RM3 aka Riddleme's grows and guides/books on forums and his own forum which has his book posted.

Day 55 - 18/11/19 i still think another 1-2 weeks for this one, getting a jewelers loupe for the beginning of week 9 so i can tell exactly where were at in terms of harvest :) anyone got any thoughts on this little plant? have a look at the photos and videos and let me know in the comments below :) oh and i finally nailed what this strains smell is - tropical hubba bubba gum with cheese :'D Day 59 - 22/11/19 Got my jewelers loupe 2 days ago and ive been having a look at them. its pretty hard to see for a newbie grower. ive looked at harvest guides online and seen pictures of clear, cloudy and amber trichomes. mine look mostly cloudy (60%) and slightly glassy (40%) with barely any ambers. i may be wrong but the reason i think its cloudy is that it looks white against the leaves instead of see through or like glass. so going on this for my first trichome inspection im gonna harvest in the middle of next week. Smell is getting strong enough to stink out a room, still that tropical cheese smell, although its just so pungent it lingers in the rooms after bringing it out of the tent to inspect it. smell isnt a problem if you put it back in the tent and spray some air freshener stuff in the next room. the carbon filter is doing its job exactly as described along with the fan. The fan leaves started to get yellow patches and sugar leaves starting to curl. and a friend thinks its nearing the end of its life. I flushed yesterday and will flush again today to drain out any excess salts and nutes. Thanks for following along. im excited for week 9! Happy Growing!

MONDAY: Taking all those cuttings last week seems to have really triggered her auxins, all branches are stretching, even the ones I cut from, but her main is reeeaaalllly stretching.. I think I'm gonna have to either top her or supercrop her. I've got to keep her height down so she isn't too much of a pain to deal with in a tent full of her little clones. this fall. Or maybe I'll just stick her in a closet somewhere and keep about 15 watts on her all winter long, then take some more cuttings to put outdoors? I wish I know for sure how well she smelled/tasted/intoxicated. I'd hate to learn she's a super-plant and not be able to grow her again... WEDNESDAY: I gave her a drink of water with bud candy and calimagic and started foliar feeding with Flower's Kiss. THURSDAY: I checked her clones today...4 have rooted very well and going into 3 gal pots tomorrow. Foliar fed her and told her how beautiful she looks. FRIDAY: I gave her a gallon of grow nutes including Microbe Brew and also started her on Terpinator. I planted 7 of her clones in 3 gallon (white) fabric pots today. They are sharing the 4 x 4 tent with the 6 x White Widow + 1 x Candy Cane seedlings for now. SATURDAY: I planted 7 of her clones today in 3 gallon (white) fabric pots. I added two new blue/cold white LED panels to the 4 x 4 tent. They are kickass. Very low heat and excellent coverage. The 2 lights is overkill for this space, but I like it....a lot. So much so, that I will order 4 of them in 660nm deep red for flowering..two for the 4 x 4 and two for the 5 x 4. I also bought and installed a 16' string of 300 Cold White (7000k)/Warm White (2800k) strip lights(150 each). It has a remote control which lets me change over to warm white for flowering...or have steady cold white and pulse warm white..or whatever. I think that they will serve as excellent low-heat side/corner lighting. Kinda pricey because in addition to the lights, you have to buy a controller and power supply, but they seem very effective. I plan to order another set for the 4 x 4 tent. But, it's a double-row set (600 leds) ..one row of lights is warm white, and the other is RGB adjustable, so I can run 440nm blues for veg and 660nm reds for flower. I plan to keep them just below the canopy so as to illuminate the secondary and tertiary buds as much as possible. Once this concept is proven (and once I save the money), I'll do the same thing in the 4 x 5 tent. Update: Ok, so I've decided I'm only kinda happy with the strip lights.. I've decided to try velcroing 4 of those 4' integrated led tube lights in cold white for veg and warm white for flower to my horizontal poles. The cold white(6500k) are 2-rows of lights that pull 36w and put out 3000 lumens each and the warm white(2700) are single row pulling 24w at 2200 lumens each.

Beginning of week.. Ok.. So it seems as if the Phosphorus deficiency has cleared.. But now the runoff pH is coming out 5.5 - 5.4 when it goes in at 6.3 every watering.. And this morning the runoff PPM was a bit high and that's just with plain water.. She needs another plain water before I feed again.. Idk wtf is going on in this rootzone but its really confusing the shit outta me! Ugh! Now I see that the Mandarin Cookies is ALSO showing some purple tipped CALYCES (didnt know THAT is how you spell the plural for calyx!) These are gonna be some dank, gorgeous ladies by harvest! I can't wait!! So I guess I will try to water/feed at 6.5 for a couple waterings.. That makes me nervous tho lol.. They say its "fine".. that it's "ok"... Bullshit.. I always hit some issues if I move out of 6.1 - 6.3.. But the runoff is getting WAY too low if it's at 5.4.. Doing the 6.5 thing should help for a little bit, it did last time.. Not perfect but it helped. Mid week.. ETHOS Cookies is doing great.. No issues.. Runoff is perfect.. Still just needs watering/feeding every other day.. I COULD go everyday with her.. But that's a little too time consuming for me at the moment.. I should have changed the 12/12 cycle from 5 - 5 to 7 - 7 or something.. Blah.. As for the Mandarin Cookies, she was flushed a bit for about 36 hours with no nutrients.. So she is showing some wounds on her leaves.. Looks like mostly calcium def. spotting.. Also I do see some purple/red stripes on her main stalks/stems.. Looks kinda cool tho.. I remember I had an autoflower do that before.. the entire stem went completely RED.. it was beautiful lol... But her flowers and trichomes are still boomin! Just for shits and giggles, I went ahead and checked the trichomes on both ladies.. Mandarin Cookies seems to already be showing alot of milky.. Definitely 0 amber trichomes.. But alot are cloudy. She may be done super quick! Idk.. ETHOS Cookies is still showing mostly clear.. A few milky here and there.. Both smell so amazing! Damn, I really can't wait to have a threesome with the lovely ladies! By the way they both smell already.. It's gonna be fucking orgasmic!

It’s been a heck of a journey so far. All my other fast bud seeds have been super fast moving. This one has been slow so far. Hope this week it really takes off.

I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. Week6 today an not impressed but there’s still time, slightly over fed but pushed back on EC to 1.7 run off 1.8 Ph 5.8 run off 6 VPD close to in range just waiting for the new dehumidifier to turn up today. There a little behind but I’m guessing they will catch up 3 weeks to go. Smelling strong really strong for the stage there at. I do see the benefits to day 21 heavy fan leave strip. But never done it at day 42. What’s people’s thoughts around day 42 fan leave strip? I know there’s a lot of nitrogen stored in them fan leaves as I pushed the EC. Now I’m thinking to strip for better penetration and lower the stored nitrogen to help the finish better.. Hit me up with advice around day 42 strip Cheers ok

WEEK 10 - FLOWERING: Tropical Maturation ​🌼 FLOWERING PROGRESS We are now in the 10th week (6th week of flowering), and the Papayton is showing impressive development. The buds are visibly gaining weight and density every day. The resin production is in full swing, covering the flowers in a thick, sticky layer of crystals. It’s great to see how the plant is putting all its energy into the final flower formation. ❄️ ​👃 TERPENES & AROMA The tropical scent is becoming much more defined this week. There is a strong, sweet papaya aroma that dominates the tent, perfectly complemented by a creamy finish. The Top-Max is clearly doing its job in bringing out these exotic fruit notes as the plant matures. 🍦 ​💧 NUTRIENT FEEDING & WATERING The feeding schedule remains at a high level to provide all the necessary building blocks for the final ripening process. Flowering day 22 - Gave each lady the following: 6l water 13.3ml BioBizz BioGrow 20ml BioBizz BioBloom 6.7ml BioBizz FishMix 6.7ml BioBizz CalMag 6.7ml BioBizz TopMax 16.7ml Blackstrap molasses Ladies doing fine, she was praying 30 minutes after they were watered and fed. Room is starting to smell now and I love what I'm smelling. All ladies smell slightly different and I'm really liking the leaf structure on these plants during flower. What would be needed for sure is more light as the far ends lack the proper light intensity. Flowering Day 25 - This lady smells of old school sweet hash. Her leaves are starting to get a coat of trichomes already. Her sister Juanita flowering at my friend's house is only 5 days ahead of her in flowering but looks to be 2-3 weeks ahead. We don't know how and why. Week4 D1 So starting this week plants still look strong but rainbow belts is drooping like she is thirsty but her pot is heavy so I am monitoring to see if she is just being dramatic or if she is getting a slight salt build up. Will water in 2 days and check the ph of run off. I am thinking it is slightly acidic. I also see slight tip burn on a couple leaves but they were just fed and it wasn't hot so I am leaning towards the acidic water. Week4 D4 All girls got 1.5G of dechlorinated tap water at 6.7 ph and thats it. Got nats so I've been using yellow sticky tape. They are stacking heavy so end of week 5 I plan on feeding them a final dose. You can see the light tilted to accommodate the different heights. Week4 D3 I said I would water today but I am going to let them go one more day before making a decision. Rainbow Belts roots may need to breathe a bit so before I make a rash decision I will monitor. Otherwise plants are stacking well and are getting hairy and frosty. Sugar leaves are getting more abundant. Week4 D4 Each girl got 1.5G 6.7 ph water dechlorinated and rotated and thats it. They all are growing well hoping we are on track for another feeding at the end of week5. Next watering will be compost tea to revitalize microbes. Week4 D5 The next day after the 6.7ph feeding they responded well so I think my guess of low soil ph for rainbow belts was correct as well as her drying out sooner. In 5 days or so I will water with compost tea. Everything is looking strong- smell is low but my average temp is about 73degrees. I am keeping vpd between 1.3-1.4 and will hold for a few weeks before bumping up to 1.5. Debating if I want to use UV B light- anyone with any experience let me know. Later growers!

These girls are doing amazing. Top dressed a little late so they got a little hungry. Other than that doing awesome. Pollinated and producing seeds as planned. I can't wait to grow all these crosses out.

Just about have the temperature issue under control, doing a lot of LST to open up the canopy. The Alaskan Purple (soil) is really growing! Hydros should be taking off soon.
