Week 4 Bloom 31/08 - Mass defoliation day, #1 was suffering from the amount of leafs it had, #2 was not as bad, has filled its own structure out nicely and outgrown #1. Flushed and changed water. Upped the liquid potash. Added a tiny bit of CMX due to #2 showing a slight magnesium deficiency. Switched from PSI to cyco silica due to running out of PSI. Humidity and temperatures have been near perfect, 28-38% RH and 20-25 degrees celsius, extra exhaust ventilation helped a lot.

Switching to 12/12 so the girls have the first week of flowering behind them, so far without any major problems, they are out in the world and it is a pleasure to look at them.

Topped and defoleated the girls this week.. Started some veg nuts as well.. All good so far 🤞.i only water mine every 2 /3days. I don't water every day..

I use a 70/30 solution of H2O2 and tap water inside a small capsule, allowing the seed to soak for 24 hrs, and she was ready for her birthday, already showing a tap root in that time span... I then place the seed into a damp paper towel to allow the tap root to extend a little further out in preparation for the transplant. I'll start her in a small grow bag filled with my amended Pro Mix seed starter blend, hopefully making a strong seedling for my first AutoPot run. This is for their grow off, which I found on their Discord server, but they are very active on FB and IG... Their catalog of offerings are definitely connoisseur genetics, most importantly, Made in the USA! 🇺🇲

I know that it may seem like a lot of nutrients at first. It’s not. A lot of those mycorrhizae ingredients are mixed into my soil well before the germinated seed goes into the pot. I make my own mix of soil using some of those ingredients. I like to use the great white mykos because of its powders consistency. Makes it easy for a clean transport from germinated bean to its forever home. For watering, they have been given only plain RO water with a neutral ph. Just yesterday I gave them a little tiny mix of Medusa’s magic, Zeus juice, and Gaia mania. I have used Oregon’s only brand products for a while now and I absolutely love them and better yet, I understand them. They have responded super well already to their first drink of bottled nutes with a ph of 6.3 . I’m keeping a RH between 50 and 60%. I’m also keeping a temp during the day at around 78-81°f. Right now I’m not worried about a night time temp but I do run cooler lights for about 4 hrs every day, dropping to around 70-75°f. Eventually I will add my second light boosting me from 600w too 1200w. Also they will begin a 20-4 hr light cycle. I find these autos do amazing with a little rest for 4 hrs. Allows me to pull more resin and color in later stages of life by dropping the temp lower than usual with the lights off. As this will be the last time I defoliate I took away quite a few of the leaves. Maybe a little too many as most guides reccomend not taking more then 30% of the leaves in a single defoliation

This is the last week! Love how this tent smells and looks. I’ve been in debate about upgrading my lights. I’m using 3 450w viparspectras and I think they look great but I keep hearing that better lights produce better quality and yields. Also thinking that next run ill be using coco instead of ocean Forrest. One thing I’ve noticed is that even with vegging them for 8 weeks the stalks never really got thick. I’m wondering if that’s because I go from sooo cup to 3gallon and that’s the final home. Or if it’s the medium or poor spectrum in bloom. 🤔🤔🤔 soo many questions 😂 thanks for watching everyone!!!

Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I've stopped closing up the tent at nights now. The plants are so far along in flowering they won't turn back to veg, even with the neighbor's lights on. So I'm not in there twice a day now. So I was a little surprised to find spider mites. The grow was going so good I thought I missed the bugs this year. But they showed up. I bought a Hypochlorous Acid Generator last year last year early so I was prepared. I used it at full strength last year for spider mites and I got yellow leaves after a couple of weeks. I guess the leaves got a bit fried at full strength. So this year I'm trying it at 1/2 strength with a drop of dish soap to help choke those dam spider mites. It's a little pricey, but I'm hoping to get years of use out of it, to make up for the price. Everything else is going good in here. Started flushing yesterday with PH adjusted tap water. The tap water used to be at 6.5 ph for years, but the water counsel found out that 7.5 ph water is better for you. So I have to adjust it. It's 1 drop of ph down per gallon and it makes it 5.7 ph. water. It will be 2 weeks more of flushing and then harvest. With the Panty Punch male plant ... I've seeded 1 branch of each plant and I've pollenated 4 clones too. They are - The White, Amnesia Lemon, Critical OG and Pink Kush. I'll send you some free good regular seeds if you want to do a diary on them. I learn from your diaries so I can improve my breeding technics. So if you would like some free seeds, privet message me and we can chat about them. I send them in a Christmas card with an international stamp. It cost me about 3 dollars Canadian. I don't mind. 420 Fastbuds Week 2 Veg FBT2303 The two of these are starting off great. The few rust spots stopped and stayed on the couple leafs it showed up on. I feed 500ml of solution every other day. I did start the General Hydroponics 3 part Flora series as well as the Calimagic. On week one I started 1/4tsp per gal ratio every other feed, so far no burn so will probably bump it up this coming week and see how they respond. All in all Happy Growing.
