It’s looking good not long now just a few more weeks

IT'S THAT TIME!!

Week 9: Day 57-60: So... I'm in love with these White Cracks! #1's Main cola coupled with that PHAT ass double bud has got my wouth watering! I was worried it would be a bit too early on day 73 for #2 and #3 but they seem to be catching up qickly and are really only a few days behind #1. I can throw everything at #2 in terms of nutes and she just eats it up, what a surprise pheno after the VERY bushy and compact structure of her first 3.5 weeks. Buds are very dense on all 3 plants and SUPER frosty! They enjoy an upped dose of Calmg on day 60! Day 61-63: They are starting to show their fall colors ever so slightly, and the temperatures are going to be 2C cooler from here on out, so hoping for a little extra color 😉 Gave em all a nice final feed of bloom nutes on Day 63. #1 has about 85-95% white pistils and #2 and #3 have about 45-55% orange pistils. #1 is about 70% milky with a 5% amber and #2 and #3 are about 50-60% milky and a few amber here and there. Looking forward to these last 10 day! will be giving them PH'd water with regulator until harvest in 10 days. I only have time on Day 73-74 to harvest which I don't mind. I'm hoping this will create a varience in the type of effect every plant has to offer! Oh and these White Crack overpower the 4AM in terms of smell by quite a large amount. I can't smell the 4AM in the tent with these 😂 EDIT: Oh and just wanted to say thank you for all the help you all have given me so far! Oh and shout out to FastBuds, which sent me a message last week saying they were interested in me growing their genetics! They're sending me some free seeds for my next grow! How awesome is that!

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. January 21 update: things are slowing down now, just a waiting game to find that nice mix of cloudy/amber trichomes. Might feed one more time then it's on to flushing! January 23 update. Fed her another 5L of mixed nutrients with full strength OverDrive. Seems how I have about 2-3weeks left, that will be the last feed. I have lots of "buffer" leaves and pretty sure I've been overfeeding a bit so it's now flush time.. I will be flushing for last 2-3 weeks with just plain PH'd tap water. My "buffer" leaves should keep it going till it's time. January 25 update: first flush done with about 8L of store bought RO water. Water that came out was slightly brown. No point checking run off yet as its first flush. I will check ppms next flush in a few days. She's starting to smell really good! Like an earthy diesel . January 27 update: wasn't going to but the leaves are dry as f*** so dumped in another 8l of RO flush water. Trichomes are I'd say 99 to 100% cloudy with a few Amber's here and there.. I will try to time it for Feb 1st harvest. If I'm a few days early due to flushing coco then so be it. January 28 update: no water. Still seeing some slight fattening of the buds. Every bud site including the lower pop corn buds are just covered in dense trichomes🤤 I'm going to have some pretty killer trim to work with.. I will be making canna butter for the first time😀 side note: will be cleaning the grow box tomorrow when the lights are on. January 29 update: None. I did however find out sunglasses make great UV filters for taking pictures and videos 👍 January 30 update: None. January 31 update: large flush with about 14L of water, cleaned out run off tray. That's pretty much it.. oh, trimmed a few more leaves that were covering any buds. So close I can almost taste it!!! 🤤🤤 sure not very strong smelling though🤨. I'm sure that will change once I start chopping into her. February 1st update: 10L flush, noticed one of my intake fans has been off for some time now🤦‍♂️🏻 fired that back up. I did mention that I might harvest today.. she's not quite ready yet, I will let her dry out 3days prior and do a 48hr darkness prior to harvest as well. February 3rd update: last day of week 16, trichomes are right where I want them for the affect I'm after.(and will continue to amber up during cure) So tonight I will be chopping her down. Going to do a "wet" trim and hang buds in the drying rack till ready for curing jars. Planning on a 3 week minimum cure time. I would to thank everyone for the kind words/likes and encouragement!! Day 43 The smell is lovly Kush looks good Happiness shows signs of deficiency on the older leaves. Magnesium / Phosphor deficiency. Harvest time is in 2-3 weeks, so I do nothig.

Introducing bloom nutrients to her now, going to do a partial flush on the tank itself. I refill with RO water thats pH adjusted. I only use her nutrient solution for watering from the top a few times a day but not enough to cause significant runoff into the tank .

Day 63 - haha.... mazar are lookin pretty good... one of the ssh was male, so one of the mazar got moved into a big 19lt, IWS DWC Oxipot .......... lol just kept it in the same established plastic top/basket, and just put it straight into the top of dwc pot.... fits ok, so there's no disruption to the roots..... 👍 fans arrived, 20w :) just slowly moving along nicely.... not in any rush ... so just let em keep veggin... might top em, or something... try to get their stalks alot stronger.... Day 66 - 2 vids... topped em, lookin good ... 👍😎

12 day dry @ 58-63RH & 60-66F in blacked out dry tent | Glass Jar Cure with Inert gas Early taste test and I actually love this bud, is the best in house strain I've grown so far & the second Platinum cross. Flavorful Funky Sweet Orange cream cereal terps, the texture of the bud is buttery smooth, fluffy and pink/orange color when ground up. Bud has deeply potent effects that is IMO the perfect amount of heavy on the body but still euphoric and creative.. it makes you calm and happy! is checking off so many boxes not even cured, just smelling this batch makes a true connoisseur grin and bag appeal is insane

Week 9 in the books and still waiting on ripening. The hardest part about this project is having to do the testing in such small batches due to my space restrictions. Still no issues with the grow and we’re getting some great pheno variation amongst them all. The consistent quality of them all is the slight pink hue in the buds which is characteristic of the Skywalker parent. The scent is unmistakably sweet like the strawberry parent. All told - we’ve got a good hybrid here that still needs refinement before we try to breed out S1s. P1 - still staying green, resilient, lower yield but best genetic specimen of the lot. P2 - winner pheno but needs to be grown out under perfect hydro conditions to be sure we didn’t have any deficiencies baked into the strain genetics. Best combo of the 2 parents and some awesome deep purpling of the fans. P4 - another winner pheno with prominent strawberry characteristics and heavy yield. A little bit of the purple has bled through to this pheno and it remains a more resilient specimen than P2. Again, worth testing in a better hydro medium like dwc or dutchies. Well chop and freeze the whole lot for bubble and pressing once the run is complete and trichs have fully matured.

The ladies weren't very thirst this week. They got 1 gallon of nutrients each on Sun., 12/29, Wed., 1/1, and Sat., 1/4. Minimal fan leaf clearing throughout the week. Since the stretch is definitely over, on Wed., I lowered the light to 25 inches from the top of the Kush. It's coming down to the final 2-3 weeks. Time to start getting excited ...I'm also trying to decide if I am going to try and dry them in my basement so I can start on my next grow sooner. Decisions decisions. hahaha Enjoy the videos.
