Sep 6: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing great. Maybe not as much flower maturation last week as I expected but we’re just starting week 8 of flowering. So likely the end of September which is fine for the late start on this plant. Sep 7: decided on a final top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. Seems they need a bit more P.

Week 2 from flip & All is well, plants are starting to uptake more water-about to get loud&wild. Small stretch!

Been too busy to update the last few weeks, but they’re surviving longer then I expected. When I received my new light I did not take in consideration of the heat output and within the first night of use the tent reached a scorching 88 degrees

🌌 Folder #2 — Cosmic Noodles Week 3 Update — Technique, Response, Momentum First of all — thank you to everyone following this diary. This space exists to document real-time learning, real decisions, and real plant responses — and this week gave us a lot of material. Cosmic Noodles continues to impress. ⸻ 🌱 Plant B — 2 Weeks Veg → Guided Expansion still an autoflower This plant is moving fast, confidently, and with intention. Her growth this week was so strong that I made the decision to begin structured low-stress training, not to restrict her, but to open her up. 🔧 Training Method (Accurately Explained) This was a progressive process, not a single action: 1️⃣ Leaf Tucking (Start of the Week) • Larger fan leaves gently tucked under • Objective: • expose inner growth • encourage branch development • allow light to reach lower nodes This alone already triggered visible response. ⸻ 2️⃣ Directional Bending (Mid-Week) As growth accelerated, I moved from leaf work to branch positioning. • Branches were gently pulled outward • Secured using soft, green-coated wire • Wire anchored directly into the soil and pot edge • No rigid clips, no plastic clamps The wire is: • flexible • forgiving • adjustable allowing the plant to move while still being guided. ⸻ 3️⃣ Anchoring & Holding Space (End of Week) As branches continued to push hard, I introduced U-shaped wire anchors, pinched into the soil. Important clarification: • These are wired anchors, not plastic clamps • They hold branches down toward the soil • Purpose: keep the canopy open and horizontal • Result: light penetration everywhere This is not about forcing shape — it’s about creating room for expression. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Response Her reaction has been nothing short of outstanding. • Branches: Already pushing into the 6th–7th branch • Stress response: None observed • Vigor: Extremely high • Growth speed: Fast, confident, continuous She didn’t slow down. She leaned into it. This plant is healthy, driven, and clearly enjoying the guidance. Next week is going to be something special. ⸻ 🌱 Plant A — 12/12 From Seed (Autoflower) Running alongside her is Plant A, grown 12/12 from seed, and she continues to behave beautifully. • Leaf stage: • Third pair fully developed • Fourth pair coming in • Structure: Compact, balanced, composed • Behavior: Calm, steady, almost photoperiod-like Once again, it raises the question: Are these autoflowers acting like photoperiods? Or are photoperiods acting like autos? No answers yet — just fascination and respect. ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity & PPFD Response This week, PPFD was increased, continuing the controlled progression already established in the room. Key observations: • Autoflowers are responding exceptionally well • Leaf posture remains strong • Color remains healthy • No stress indicators present This reinforces that progressive PPFD increases, when done patiently, can be extremely effective — even with autoflowers. ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect (and What Not To) Expect: • Rapid structural development on Plant B • Even canopy formation as wire training settles • Continued confident growth across both timelines Do NOT expect: • Forced conclusions • Rushed flowering assumptions • Heavy-handed intervention We observe. Last bonzai pound cake has been in dark for 3 days , absolutely covered in frost! It's my favourite Smelling strain from Fastbuds so far . Unreal! Next week harvest ❄️🙌❄️🙌❄️🙌❄️

11/24: The shorter MPP is now the taller MPP. Both plants have great structure and very thick stalks. Fed today and sprayed with microlife super seaweed. 11/25: Had to raise the lights about 5 inches because of the taller plants, so both of these girls are on platforms now. 11/27: I fed them today and raised the lights a few more inches. 11/28: I sprayed them with Microlife Maximum Blooms today.

Got a lot of big buds off a little plant with this one. More like moon boulders.

Days 67 - 73 (from seed) 4/8/24 - 4/14/24 Lamp distance: 12" @ 75% power (estimate 800+ PAR from highest point of canopy) VPD: leaf surface temperature averaging 68-72 degrees - humidity set to 45% Feed schedule: Each plant receiving slowly downward now to 1/3 gallon water daily + once a week feeding schedule and additional FPE every third day IPM: visual inspection only, no foliar Notes: Flowers are really swelling up this week. All plants in the tent now showing signs of senescence with Cookies & Berries just barely fading. As the week went on their need for water has slowly diminished back down to roughly 1/3 gallon a day, but a day or two in there they also received their 1/2+ gallon daily. Usually can tell how much watering they need by lifting the pots and determining by weight/feel, or if there's any water run-off but that is quite uncommon/undesirable. Hot Damn! currently reeking the most out of them all, lots of sweet funk when you just get near it. Vanilla Fizz has a very mellow smell check until you do rub it then it's a cheesy/funk bomb. Cookies & Berries seems to have the lightest appearance of resin coverage and the least nose out of the tent - but when you rub it the resin is very very tacky and smells of chemical citrus fruit, maybe pine. Mango Sky is fairly mellow too but after touching the flowers it's bold and sticky, smells like menthol (to me, but not unanimous) and tropical fruits.

N deficiency I think. I just went into bloom today. My next soup will be much more loaded with nutrients to counter the deficiency. Otherwise the plants grow well, stretch and flowering begins.

Back from vacation. Gone 8 days and this is what I came back to! A lot of work ahead.

Doing some light defoliation to remove dying fan leaves and to expose the basement bud sites. I started the week with one last light feeding, and then I'm going with only water from here on out. Fingers crossed all goes well. 😎🌵

Flipped these ladies 06 Oct 23 (Friday). After watering 09 Oct 23 (Monday) I walked in and the before SOG photos are what it looked like, I put up the new net and tied a few tops down to spread the canopy out. With the new trellis in place I'm going to let theses ladies rip and add another trellis once they outgrow their current one.

01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4. Well, fatso is doing great now. She’s perky and happy.. AND she’s darkened up quite a bit. No more pale girl. She was just a hungry little hippo 😸😸 She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 2.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2). I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. She’s at 4 nodes and as soon as she’s got 5 I’ll be topping her. Update: 1/29/25 got measurement updated and watered with food. 1/31/25- topped and plain watered and added picture/video Thanks for lookin. ✌️

Week 4. Temperature at night drops to 16°C. Purple pop out but no problem . With bigger pot with soil Is root zone more Warmer and much longer keep better temperature then is outside in tent .

El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de Floración puse 12 horas de luz, el foco está al 80% de potencia. De momento va creciendo, tiene buen color y va progresando. Comentar que superaron el estrés hídrico porque subí par de grados por la noche y va volvió a comer normal . 11/05: another week on autopilot. They look like they could use a slight defoliation, but i haven't had a chance to get in there and do it. Will get it taken care of sometime this week. There has been a noticeable growth in flowers this week. No signs of any purple outside of some stems. These look and smell exactly like OG Kush. And that is not what i was expecting at all. I am personally not a fan of OG Kush and so I am really hoping for some significant changes over the next few weeks. If i were growing OG Kush, i would be thrilled with the results. They are growing plump quickly and getting insanely frosty very early - also something that all the OG Kush i have grown does. Alas I am not growing OG Kush, these are what FastBuds told me were Purple Lemonade, and based on all of their marketing material, this is not what I should be seeing or smelling. And im unhappy about that.
