Got tons of healthy bud sites forming and the smell is just delightful. Did another decent defoliation to keep all the buds site in the light. Keeps it nice and clean with great air flow. Speaking of air flow I added an oscillating fan to keep the air moving under the canopy better. There is a problem forming that I'll need to take care of this week. Another purchase?? 😡 lol De-humidifier......the humidity is very slow starting to raise. I started with 2 humidifiers on full, then 1 on full, then 1 on min for a bit then no humidifier and now its starting to raise with no humidifier so I'm gonna need to deal with this asap as it will become a very big issue in the future if I let my girls get moldy, but no chance I would let that happen! so i'll be on the search for a decent used one this week or purchase a new one unless I learn something new here, which I probably will. A question this week too. about Harvest. mayb 2 questions. So I hear alot of tricks regarding harvest. 24-48-72 hours of darkness before harvest then cut them in the "dark" meaning dont let the bloom lights come on again before harvest. different flush times and so on. what works best for you guys?! I'm thinking 7 day flush since thats why my nute sched says and it hasnt led me astray yet. I'm considering doing a tiny mid bloom flush reccomended by a friend, i like the idea to give just pure water for 1-2 days and kind of give the plants a break from the massive ppms i'm putting them through although I might skip this step if not needed either. 2nd part of the question, if the flower time for this strain is 70-75 days, I realize I should harvest when most of the tricones are milky and some clear with very little to no amber ones. but if I flush for a week before harvest, how do I know when to start the flush, how long is my harvest time frame for maximized potency. I'm guessing with experience I'll be able to know my girls and say yup harvest is x days out but for this one not too sure. 40ish days til harvest is bittersweet, feels so long but part of me loves it, how big can/will these buds get with another 42 days! In less than 24h out the Gp#1 made a big stretch so I need to check her height , the Gp#2 is starting to get bushy. The 2 girls are experimenting a nitrogen excess due to the last and 1st feeding last week : you can see it on the dark green and almost blue colour of the leaves so they will only get tap water until flowering. ------- Day 33 - A little training have been done on the Gp#1 : just few stems pinching 👍

6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

Last week of growing started, we will switch to flowering at the end of the week. Nothing special was done, simply water as all had seaweed and biogrow already, during flower we will only add some extra PK and some sugars and it should be more than enough!

Only water in this plant, i made a good soil, i wont need of nutrients for a long way, first time trying a bonsai, any help is welcome. Peace✌️

Week 4 update - through the first week of the stretch and all is developing well. It’s really only the one strong male that’s started showing significantly. Most of the females have trace pistils and are still rapid vegging as expected. Every plant continues showing excellent hybrid vigour and there are literally zero noticeable deficiencies. Currently, the count is at about 2/3 males + about 2/3 indica dominant fem phenos. We took clones of everything female this week so that we can bud em out proper in the dutchy cabinet once the pollen subsides. That’s where we’ll get a real look at the bid quality👌. They’re all quite young at only 3/4 weeks from seed but still look hardy and strong. Rigged up a new drip ring delivery system so that we could take off for a couple days and make watering easier for my mother in-law. Anyone wants the skinny on those, just throw me a dm - super easy design and save a ton of cash and time. All told - were well on our way to the final finish of this generation and the punnet squaring should be interesting once we’re done. End of the day, the grower in me is just giddy for the next cycle. Finally gonna have the option to grow a bunch of different fems for a shit ton o bud👍👌💪. Background This project has been a year in strain selection (and another year in the actual making) to get to this point with a viable potential cross. It’ll be a true polyhybrid with a mix of sativa and indica leaning properties for each. We’ve combined an especially powerful hybrid sativa strain of Strawberry with an equally manageable and hard hitting strain of indica dominant Skywalker OG. The hope has always been to combine them and boil out the best characteristics of each. The strawberry is phenomenal in terms of terp profile and a mix of strong head and body effects while the Skywalker is a mind bending, body butter kind of indica with that earthy Kush profile and flowery undertones. The strawberry is prone to botrytis and fasciation but features excellent terps and yields if grown correctly. She’s Also stretchy and somewhat unruly when she gets going. The Skywalker is a contrast in growth characteristics with a squat structure, medium sized buds and excellent resilience and resistance. The plan is to seed out the available females and take cuts of what we can post-stretch to get a closer look at any differing phenos. Still very much early stages for a stabilized new strain but we’ve got the right foundation of solid genetics. Now we just gotta get it off the ground to the next generation👍. We’re predominantly focused on the plants that demonstrate that hybrid vigour and wasting no time with any problem plants or runts.
