Week 3 - 4

Busy week for sure. At the start of the week I started seeing the trichomes develop round heads as they were maturing. It's been very cool to see the difference in them every day. I had some trouble at the start of the week getting the ATS300 angled correctly because of my Dad's cowboy setup, but it definitely worked for a while and I'm grateful. Luckily, we managed to get an AC Infinity 642 ordered and got her in there ASAP. The tent is 72 inches tall, and it's only supposed to be 60! That gave me some extra room above my canopy for the light/exhaust etc. and actually saved me a bit to be honest. Although this was started as a 2x2 grow and I had no intention of straying from that, my plant became such a beast that I did all of this to be safe. My second grow will be a lot more organised! I installed an upper trellis a couple of days after putting the 642 up. Again, I became a bit disorganized with training (for example, I took my LST ties off too early, removed my lower scrog net when I took her out of the 2x2, and I focused a bit more on defoliation). This net will pretty much be for support only, but it will definitely help even out the canopy. The trichomes, again, are looking great as I hope the pics show. Just anxious I defoliated too much as a novice because I don't want my buds to grow slowly. I also had an issue with high heat (28-30C) for the first couple days in the 642 while I was sorting the ventilation and placement of the dehumidifier. Now it's sorted. Regamos solo con agua y lo estrictamente necesario para que no se deshidraten nuestras plantas. Algunas variedades están listas, sobre todo las Fast Version, a otras les faltan algunos días. También dentro de las variedades tenemos especímenes más avanzados que otros, es por eso que la cosecha se hará de forma escalonada. Desconectamos el aire acondicionado y ponemos al max la extracción.

Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? After lots of perturbations, including visit from electricity company and moving 80cm-1m plants to another location in plastic bags 😅 we finally can start this run. Plants look super happy so far. They are all my best clones. This time I will try another cut of violet face and it will be probably the last time I grow her. I have coco jambo from. Anesia in another tent. Welcome home

Week 5 flowering for our gorilla cookies from fastbuds 420! The buds are starting to get fatter day by day, we continue with our food program. This week again we gave sugar shot, sticky fingers, bloom booster, silica, amino and master root all from xpert nutrients. All good at the moment 🤗

La segunda semana fue bien, a las plantas que estiraban más les causé Low Stress para mantener una altura igualada. De las 3 variedades que tengo, es la que antes ha mostrado las preflores. Un error vuelvo a repetir ha sido no tener medidor de EC-PH y otro ha sido el haberme excedido con los s riegos. Conecto pronto el CO2 a 630ppm par ver si así logro obtener un buen estiramiento esta semana. 📅 Día 15: 🔹 Mal día, elimino 2 machos y me quedo con mucho espacio libre en el armario. La próxima vez que ponga semillas regulares será en un armario doble o en exterior. De los errores se aprende, pero quería proner esta variedad tan exquisita. 📅 Día 16: 🔹 Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. Conecto CO2 a 700ppm. 📅 Día 17 : 🔹 Low Stress para que dé más luz a las ramas bajas y tengan más espacio para desarrollar. No quito hojas ya que creo que les quitas los paneles que las alimenta. El riego de ayer las sentó muy bien y están bebiendo el agua rápido por fin. 📅 Día 18:🔹 Descanso, puntualizar que he activado el CO2 a 730ppm y decir que se han bebido todo el agua, mañana toca riego. 📅 Día 19: 🔹Riego según la tabla de nutrientes. La EC me dio 2000 y el pH 6.3 📅 Dia 20:🔹Pequeño Low Stress. 📅 Dia 21🔹Sigo con el Low Stress, la próxima vez usaré pinzas para dirigir las ramas, será mucho menos agresivo y obtendré mejores resultados.

Week 7. Just watering now while the plant matures. Buds are getting heavy and needed support so I ran a few twines to hold them up.

Another 2 weeks to 18 days and should be able to wrap this one up. Looking promising considering only 330w was used, 36w/sqft. Its bud ripening time. Pics are of Day 46 currently sitting at day 49 to be precise. GHL

I was finally able to sex them all. 1 Male/Hermie, and the rest have beautiful white pistles forming. They are starting to go through a stretch now as well. I also ordered some more grow lights 3 Mars Hydo TS1000's. I can't wait for those to arrive.)

MANNNNNN.. It’s the end of week 4 and holy hell is she a bushy BEAST!!! She seemingly out grew whatever was going on with her leafs and I’m soooo glad I hadn’t pulled her out when I was faced with the “TMV” nonsense!! She’s growing strong and needs daily adjusting with the lst! Again, sorry if my photos are a little out of order but check out the timelapsed video!!
