This week went well.

Alien OG looking amazing, my best grow by far but I still could have done so much better, but it's a part of improving, learning as I'm growing 😅. Really excited to try this out, 2 of the ladies I will start flushing on their next feed. 👍🏾

Entering bulk phase now, gave them another round of microorganisms and molasses, they wouldn't have needed it. Looking great with just water (not even pH correction). Feels a bit wrong, coming from salts, but the plants are happy.. Weird top on the AGO, looks stunted, like it topped itself. Minor Thrips damage, but nothing to worry about at this stage. I will be gone for 10 days and someone else is looking after the plants 😬 so next update will have to wait until I come back.

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 It's my first harvest on this community and I'm loving it. Everyone always ready to help each other and have great feedback. Tracking my grow on here has made it way easier. There were times that I misplaced notes or forgot what I did or when with a certain strain and all I had to do was come on here and check it. Also motivated me take more pictures and do more logs. All out great site. Don't know how I haven't found it earlier. HIGHLY recommend for all growers. The grow cycle went pretty smooth. She's easy to grow and flowers early so you can't do much training. That being said it's great for beginners. 👌 Had no problems with pests on these, while on the other plants (none cannabis) in the balcony I had issues with spider mites. They grew better than expected given the few hours of direct sunlight they received. Results were good, I was expecting 10-15 grams per plant and ended up with a tad bit more. Drying went a bit fast because there were few buds. I probably could have took it down a few degrees as well.. my fault on that part. They dried in 4 days, they've been curing for 10 days. I normally test them after 15 days but they smelled so good I had to try them. Smell: Lovely earthy, woody, slightly like diesel. Quite pungent for being autos. Taste: Just as it smells.. leaving a nice after taste of diesel. Touch: Very sticky, dense buds. They break down finely in the grinder. Cleaned the grinder before testing and after 4 joints ( 2 grams or so) I already have a good amount of kief collected in the bottom. (Check photo) Might grow this one again just to make some bubble hash. The high is awesome nice uplifting, long lasting energetic but without a heavy euphoric rush. Reminds me of a smooth haze high, although if you smoke a lot even being an experienced smoker, she'll get to you. Only down side is dry mouth, very dry mouth! Have some water on hand because your mouth will transform into a desert. 😂 Great strain to kick start the day. Beginner smokers take it easy with this one. She hits hard! 👊

When you get to a certain point in the flowering, the real magic begins, so far beautiful yes but when the flowers form I would stay there speechless admiring them for the whole time enchanted. ---- General conditions in the Growbox - We are talking about our autoflowering @zam.nesia which are all in great shape and are now showing their differences. The F1 Hybrids are flying, they are ahead of everyone else, if you want to realize how much the F1s work look at my photos in the growbox. Look, test and then talk, I never talk before trying. I get an idea based on what people say, especially when I hear the old school know-it-alls a bit hippy talk badly about a new thing I think: "this new thing is worth trying, it must be the bomb", and in fact... ---- Plant - Even if they are not as fast as an F1 our Black Orchids are big, beautiful and frighteningly hungry. Incredibly they are drinking like in summer, after all the temperatures are still high we expect a drop for the weekend and they should remain low just right for the end of flowering as we like, the foliage, and all the resin processes. Vegetation Phase - Week 5 Week 5 marks a bittersweet milestone. RIP to the Marienkäfer homie — gone but never forgotten. Their watchful eyes and pest-snacking legacy will forever live on in the tent. Meanwhile, the Donutz gang is thriving and about to hit the next big step in their journey: the 7-liter pot upgrade. Updates & Changes: RIP Marienkäfer: Nature giveth and taketh away. The tent feels a little emptier without our little guardian, but pest pressure remains nonexistent thanks to their diligent work. Transplant Time: The plants are moving up to 7L pots this week, giving their roots the room they need to expand and thrive before flipping to bloom. This upgrade will ensure a strong foundation for the explosive growth coming soon. Watering: Still sticking with reverse osmosis (RO) water for maximum control and cleanliness. Plan for Flower Transition: After the transplant, the plants will chill for the rest of the week in their new homes to recover and adjust. Week 6 will cover the flip to flower. With the clean lollipopped structure and solid root development, these plants are set to focus all their energy on producing hefty main colas in the Sea of Green setup. Observations: The Donutz are stacking beautifully, with healthy green leaves and strong stems. The SOG canopy is filling out, and each plant is shaping up to deliver a uniform, productive grow. And here we are at the end of this magnificent journey on the spaceship Black Orchid Automatic, a phenomenal strain from Zamnesia, it is the last beauty harvested more or less at the same time as the others but shown separately for the amount of important photos that I am taking. Please take a look at the macros (micro) and let me know what you think. This week I'm talking about the harvest of the third and last lady, the purple one, very purple to be clear. She grew a lot, she matured quite quickly and produced a lot of resin. The flowers are quite hard and of a wonderfully wonderful color. The smell is very particular probably from the purple / cookies / cake area but the strong point of this beauty are the trichomes. The girl offers a park of trichomes of a disarming beauty, the more I shot the more I wanted to shoot, I was left speechless for real. We have purple stuff in the stem, purple noba in the gland, totally purple stuff in the stem with amber gland, glands in various shades of purple. Wonder for real. There is still something transparent but it had to come venia, like animals feel earthquakes I start to feel the mold in advance, or maybe I'm paranoid, anyway we are mostly cloudy, something amber and a thousand shades of purple and something even transparent. For me it's fine like this baby. Harvest time, in the drying room. I strongly recommend you to try this strain both in the feminized version and this one in the photoperiod version, if this plant doesn't convince you wait to see the next two that I will publish in the next two weeks but they have already been harvested. The taste is still CALI in sense of purple part of cookies family. We feel like we're teleporting to Los Angeles with Snoop making a blunt, incredible California flavor, to be clear in a coffee shop in Amsterdam you would pay 25 to 30 euros per gram. Everything has always been grown with Plagron Pro Mix soil which I found exceptional, I was used to using Light Mix but I had probably underestimated the power and cleanliness of going 100% organic. It has an absorption coefficient that I find very pleasant, it dries with less aggressiveness than the light mix so you will not have that phenomenon that when the plant is too dry the water goes down. With this soil it is more difficult as it is more difficult to have midges. In my MODEST opinion pre-fertilized are fertile ground for ground midges with this soil I have had ZERO GNATS, before ever. Week was pretty successful. Only problems I had was my PH out of wack due to the lava rocks. Ever since i took them out PH has been pretty stable. I check it every 2-3 days to keep at 5.8 to 6.2 range. I am up for suggestions on the medium.. should i keep it in or just leave them to sit at the bottom of the net pots? Any help will do for this grow. Thanks
