Flowering started, plant stretching, have defoliated to allow light to lower canopy, light smell in the tent, good smell on touch of stems. Very light purple colour in centre of leaf fan/top of fan leaf stem

just starte a plain water flush on this as all trichomes are cloudy with a few amber.

This week I topped each main cola at the 3rd node as usual and performed a selective defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow. From now on, I won’t be doing any more apical cuts. In a few days, I plan to introduce a scrog net to start guiding the branches and prepare for an even canopy 🌿💪

This journal hasn’t been abandoned!! I had to travel for work so I haven’t been able to tend to this grow or update this journal as I intended to. I am fortunate enough to have someone interested and capable of taking care of my grow for me and they have been doing quite well at keeping things going. Pics from day 75 since germination start! American Pie tastes very fruity but has a rather tart smell. The flowers look great! Purple in places and full of trichomes. About 100g of dried flowers were harvested from one plant. American Pie is a medium to strong strain, which is nice when you don't have much left.

There isn’t a ton to report this week other than the two behind my garage are on their stretch, and the one in the garden is bulking up. It has been raining a lot here, I gave all two big dosages of cal/mag and tiger bloom. I figured most of the nutrients were washing through the soil. I haven’t noticed any nute burns, so I’ll likely keep feeding them once a week. I did some bud backbuilding on my garden plant about a week ago, because the other two didn’t look as developed, i snipped the tip of the buds on the other two about two days ago. I think overall I should have a pretty good yield this summer, I wish I had a bit more purple buds, but hey🤷‍♂️ Purple kush none the less. I’m signing out for the week, thanks for tuning in. Cheers.

Week 8. The buds are getting bigger and the smell stronger. Overall she has some great main colas and a lot of other big buds coming up. Think it will be one of the biggest auto harvest for me so far. I noticed some brown necrotic spots on some upperleafs and gave some biobizz cal/mag, because my guess is, the Ca could be little low.
