Hi there sky, that’s just residual biomass from the seed, it stuck to the seedling . But don’t worry it happens all the time , it’s not a problem at all. In fact it will never be a problem because those little leafs it’s stuck on are just to help the plant in the beginning , anyway they fall off later , some growers even remove them. Don’t stress ! Possible, but too soon to know for sure. Give it 4 or 5 days and revisit. If they're pollen sacs, they still won't be anywhere near ready to pollinate your plants so I wouldn't worry.

Possibly, very hard to tell in those photos. It is quite obvious, I had it once just on one bud right near the end of flowering. I think it was one of the gggs from my early grows. It was a different colour to the rest of the buds, like browner and dull and looked dead and felt almost dry enough to "smoke". Just snip it off and check the other buds as thoroughly as you can, try to reduce your waterings and humidity levels is the only thing you could do
