CraftedFlower Soaked for 24 hours then moved to a paper towel for about 1.5 days. She was the last to pop up, but popped up no less! This plant's leaves are pretty tiny, but I'm hoping to see some nice growth start soon! (Spouted on 4/5)

CraftedFlower She's looking a bit sad in these pics due to a recent watering. But apart from that, she's doing great! Fox Farm Ocean Forest mix seems to be the key ingredient to a successful seedling for me. I just haven't had luck with coco during the seedling stage.
Are those micro trichomes on the leaves? I doubt it, but it kind of looks like it!

CraftedFlower She's coming back strong! She was looking pretty rough at the beginning of the week, so I went ahead and transplanted to a 3 gallon fabric pot. It really seemed to help! It seems like the plant is really about to take off! The leaves are curling just a tad, but overall I think she's looking healthy.

CraftedFlower Topped her at the beginning of the week and then ended up topping again yesterday! She's doing well, although her leaves are a bit dark and showing some minor discoloration. I think my lights may have been left on after changing up my wifi. Trying to confirm and fix tonight! I tried doing some LST after topping, but she didn't seem to love it, so I plan to just stick to topping for now!

CraftedFlower Went ahead and did a second topping on the secondary branches. I'm liking the topping aspect without the LST. I'm still seeing a lot of pretty even tops, but without having to deal with all the ties.
She really seems to be taking nutrients well, so I'm upping the dosage just a bit this coming week! If she keeps growing tall so rapidly, I might have to top one more time. But I'm hoping not to for now.

CraftedFlower The structure of this plant is pretty interesting. Skinny and fairly tall. After some defoliation, she just looks a bit odd haha. But overall, this plant this growing really well and seems to be loving life as far as I can tell! I'm going to flower in about 2 weeks, so I'm interested to see how tall this baby gets!

CraftedFlower No real maintenance work this week. She's still growing strong, but damn she's a hungry gal! If she isn't satisfied completely, she almost does an insta-droop. Although overall, she really hasn't been problematic whatsoever. She's by far the tallest in the garden, but I've grown to love the look of this plant. Can't wait to put her into flower next week!

CraftedFlower Twisted and popped a couple of branches after I was inspired by Rasta Jeff and a Kushman video. I'm seeing some yellowing on leaves and am still assuming it's nutrient burn, but maybe just a little more than before? The other plants don't seem to be taking it badly, so I'm not 100% sure. I also had a couple aha moments around defoliating, so I removed some unwanted sucker branches.
Switching to flower this week! I'm interested to see how tall she's going to get!

I did some light defoliation, but nothing too major. I plan to do a heftier defoliation after week 3 of flower.

CraftedFlower Did some really light defoliation this week. She's flowering really well from what I can tell. But wow, this plant will drastically (and quickly) start drooping at the slightest sign of needing water. I absolutely love the look of her though, and can wait to see what starts to happen in the coming weeks!

CraftedFlower Did a pretty decent defoliation the other day. I'm guessing the stretch (which wasn't much for this plant) is over, and it's time for the real bud development to start. She seems to be off a bit, just based on color, but she's hanging in there. I'm noticing a bit of purple on the edges of some leaves and even on some of the flowers. I'm excited to see the colors of this thing by the end!
Also, I just saw in the fine print (tips) on the GHE nutrients chart that PH doesn't need to be adjusted. So, I tested that theory out this week, which explains my PH drop from the usual 6.2-6.5 to 4.8. It's so nice not having to adjust, and it really didn't seem to have any negative effects on the plants!

CraftedFlower She seems to be doing fine. I really am not impressed with how the flower development is moving along though. I guess I'm comparing to a whole different strain (laughing buddha), but she just seems to have such tiny flowers. I was hoping to see some nice stacking, but really nothing so far. I'm hoping that she is the type who really fattens up in late flower.
If I get up close and smell the flowers, theres a hint of gassiness. Maybe the slightest hint of fruity. I'm hoping she comes through and impresses me!

CraftedFlower Finally starting to show some orange pistils this week! She's actually starting to bulk up a little as well. She's absolutely covered in trichomes and I can't wait to see how potent this strain is!
I also got some new lighting to play with and got some great shots!

CraftedFlower This is the last week of nutes for this girl. I did some slight defoliation this week. I'm starting to gradually lower the lights/temps in order to test something I heard about lowering temps in order to produce bud production and bring out colors. I'll start the 2 week flush now and plan to cut down at week 9, as long as she's at least close to ripe enough.

CraftedFlower Flushed this week. Just checked the trichomes, and I think they'll be at a perfect spot to chop down next week! She smells seriously like grapes. The buds are definitely bulking up a little bit here in the final stretch!
This smells like delicious grapes and oranges! Especially after you grind it up. I think I pulled this plant a bit early so the high isn't what it could have been. I'm not a huge fan of the high. It feels a bit cloudy feeling, but it's still pleasant. I was hoping for more of a heavy hitter. But that's for the next round!

CraftedFlower While I think I'm really going to like smoking this strain, I didn't love growing it. It was a bit difficult to work with. Will definitely be trying again though! (I'm hoping I just got a picky plant this time around). However, the aromas are SOO good. Grape is absolutely spot on. I WILL COME BACK AND UPDATE AFTER SMOKING!
hey man im just starting this strain.. what issues did you have and any advice on that? im seeings some issues already 4 weeks in coco.. i'm pretty sure its magnesium from the substrate. Anyhow, just curious if you had any insight. awesome grow!
@Ezzjaybruh, awesome! I have never had great luck in coco. I did my first grow in it, but have had WAY better luck with Fox Farm Ocean Forest mix.
Even in the FFOF soil mix, I did run into some issues with this plant around week 6. I couldn’t tell if it was due to too much or too little nutrients.
My only advice would be to get her into a better state before flowering. Otherwise your harvest might lose out in potential weight like mine did. Sorry I can’t be more help! Good luck!
@CraftedFlower, thanks for the quick response man.. i'm pretty experienced in coco, and it can be unforgiving but I love it. I learned in hydro, so when i tried soil i used FFOF and its amazing in the first 4-5 weeks but i struggled with it after that and in flower. I think its best to stick with more organic nutes in soil, I just couldnt figure out the point where they started needing nutes after the ones in the soil have been used up - and i was using GH flora trio.
Anyhow, everybody has their own preferences. I think i'm gonna give soil another go soon tho for the simplicity and buffer between what you feed it and what it uptakes.
But you're right, I'm gonna straighten all the issues out before flipping to 12/12.. thats for sure
woah those look insane! nice grow man, do you by any chance have any extra ethos seeds? if so do you think i could get just one. Im from virginia and we just legalized weed in july and i really wanna start growing😍
@jeffhardi, hey! Super pumped that you guys are legal now! I had the same issue when we legalized in Illinois, but I can hook you up with some links to buy Ethos seeds. Check out the North Atlantic Seed Co and Hella Dank Seed Co. Just google them and they are both seed vendors I’ve used and trust! Good luck!
@CraftedFlower, thanks and ya but there expensive for me haha im just a 22 yo college kid so i was hopin maybe someone could hook me up with some seeds of any kind tbh i would be appreciative of any. if you dont have any more thats fine ill try to ask someone else, eventually ill find someone nice enough and the universe can pay them back for me with good karma lol
Salute Mate we growing the same strain. Not much information on here about the planet of the grapes so I will be following you can check mines out to @growbandit
