Fruit Juice and Grapefruit

I have tried with different methods of getting the seed out of the soil. Soil from the graden, buy-soil with perlite, and most recently smart grow tablets. Grow tablets is the Best method so far for me! I’ll start them in the windowsill, and when they are strong enough, i’ll put em outside.

Gets lots of natural wind, not hard, but just enough. Standing in the windowsill. Will be moved outside in 1-2 weeks. I plan on having Them outside for some hours everyday, untill they get planted out.

week 3. the "real" leaves is coming out now. this is my first grow ever, so i am experimenting a little with different methods and products. i just prepared the garden that they are gonna be in today, with perlite and some supersoil. it should be mentioned that this is a diary for a few different strains. mainly to keep it simple, and keep the overview. i will start a new diary for 2 different auto femi strains soon. the strains featured in this diary are as following. afghan hashplant, fruit juice x Neptune, royal wonder, copenhagen grapefruit, and grapefruit kush. the 2 last ones are femi, and indoor strains. i'm looking forward to see how they'll do outside. all the other ones are "outdoor" strains. U should notice that the plants are not all started at the same time.

Looking great imo, soon it will be the longest day of the year, and a month or so from that they will begin to preflower.. update: day 48. Some of them is showing female signs. Only one of them is looking like a male, så that is great. I guess i will be able to determine the sexes of every one of them in a couple of weeks at the most.

Everybody looking very strong, if this grow comes out as planned, I’ll get an amazing yield. We have had a lot of cloudy and rainy days, but we’re going in to a stable period with dry and sunny days.

More pistills showing everywhere! 😍 day 61: everyone is female, except for 2 plants, and it is not one of the big ones 😁 hasn’t shown male signs either day 63! Everybody has a pussy! All females in my beautiful garden now! 👩🏼☠️️

Day 64: when pictures was taken, all the girls was doing some excellent night-stretching! I just love watching them grow bigger and bigger❤️Day 65: did a little bit of defoliation on the ones with the scrog net. Also widened the outer fence around them. I think i will do some branch for branch, thorough pruning, on all the plants later in the process. DAY 66: pruning done. That wasn’t a lot longer into the process but now its done. Took some time!

Today i was thinkin, and i thought maybe i pruned a liittle too much.. but iv’e seen different methods, including the one that i have used.. i’m just looking forward a lot to harvest and all that. I have learned many things from this years grow.. day 71: forgot to take a picture of the big plant..

DAY 78: haven't seen my babies for 3 days or so. the big plants has exploded in growth. it's almost like i dont want it to grow any bigger, cause of the risk of thieves, or snitches.. i know i could do some bondage, but i also wanna see my work go big. so my 1ltr bottle of canna terra vega is done, and just in time. I actually needed some more veg nutrients, but I'll have to do it without.. I'm very satisfied with the results that canna has given me. will definitely use again, and maybe try their organic versions..

these big babies just keep on stretching! this is wild! cant wait to see them little buds forming, and smell them.. I guess all i can do is to hope that nothing bad happens to them .. day 86: a plant whose gender i was unsure of, revealed that it was a male today. Bye bye. Also i peformed some LST on the big one. I think that i will in the near future loosen up the cage around the other 3 big ones, and maybe tie them up a little again.

Did some wide ass lst.. looking very good..now i’m a 100% sure that there is no males left. Keep an eye out for these big girls, they’re gonna be mind blowing.. not all these plants are planted at the same time..

Tiny budlets forming.. 2-3 of them are still stretching.. i took all the yellow leaves off the ladies today after taking pictures. Any ideas on what i could do to prevent my bitches to get stolen?😍DAY 100: these plants that go around my plants and the fence, wont go away! I have ripped them off from the bottom several times...

More and more hairs. It’s been so long, and now its close to the end.. they were planted/germinated in early april, now it will be the start of september in a week. I feel like the fruit juice has a bit more sativa in her, cause she’s early in flowering comparing to the others. then there is the afghan, which is faster then the fruit juices, and lastly there is royal wonder and copenhagen grapefruit, which is flowering aproxx. at the same pace. BIIIG shoutout to royal queen seeds!

Decided to call it flower now, since the buds are forming.. i have never seen plants this big in real life before, so it will be exciting to see. Especially when the big bad buds appear. the plant that stands alone in a pot, first pic of this week, was actually stripped to the stem in it's early stage of life, as an experiment. you can see it in pic 3 of week 4. and again later in the diary, with the 2 bigger plants under the "scrOG fence"

Flowering week 2. Buds fattening up slowly, as the day becomes shorter.. everything looks fine, i still worry a lot about weather tho.. also about ventilation on the big ones in pots with srOG fence. They just stand really close.. maybe make distance between nodes bigger by pruning.. also worried about unnecessary stressing in flowering stage. Day 124: did some pruning today. It was pretty heavy, but i prefer the best airflow in this humid region. WIll do some more, but first, the girls has to relax a bit.

I feel like i trained these plants really well. Of course i could have done it much more precisely and all, but I’m satisfied, for my first grow, and for all that i have learned! Today (day 131) i strapped up some big main branches to protect against wind. Took some pictures at 3 in the morning today. Looks a bit more impressive at nighttime.

These big bad buds keep swelling day by day. Just went under 12 hours today. One branch broke partly off, fixed and wired it up.. hoping not to get strong winds.. still thinking about some kind of transparent rain cover.. any ideas? If i had had more space and time, the plants could have been trained so much better! I also feel like i made a pretty good environment, with the good soil and perlite, and the kelp meal and basalt flour - and additional nutrients. I read that organic nutes give better taste and terpenes, and chemical give higher potency. So I’m hoping for the best of both worlds with these buds..

plants looking good! Still some time to go. The ones longest into flowering does not look like the “pictures” from the seeds i bought, so i dont even know.. i screwed up the tags early on, so i dont even know what is what in this grow 😂

Still looking healthy.. doing very well in the bad weather. Hoping to see some final bulking soon! Expecting a killer yield on these girls. Update day 151: buds are filling themselves out a little more now.

I harvested about 3/4 of one of the plants, and all of the smallest one. It was a bit early i think, but i wanted them out of the way from thieves and spiderpigs.. It’s all good do😉the rest needs some more time 🏝️ harvest update will come later. Trimming what i harvested took 5,5 hours

I harvested the rest of the indica dominated plants. The rest is doing the last bulking.. one of the indica plants weighed 547 grams! This indica tastes sweet, and has a nice calming high.

It was a very nice and “easy” grow, although it was very very time consuming. Next time I’ll have all the things that I’ve learnt in mind, and try other stuff. Hope my diary can help you 😃
