First week down for the ladies. Keeping them under plastic bottles to keep humidity up. Humidifier needs to go back into the tent to get the humidity up around 80% just been slack. The head on one of our ladies has turned to face the grown not sure why maybe a lack of water or it has stretched to far. Air temp sits around 24-25c
It's overwatered see the big dark patch around the seedling? That seedling needs maybe a couple tablespoons of water and it looks like you have it a couple cups it's drowning from lack of oxygen. Give it way way way less water and start in a smaller container like a solo cup so at least if you over water it'll dry out faster. Number one killer of seedlings and young plants is over watering/ grower trying to do to much give let it grow or you'll baby it to death. It doesn't need watering everyday until it's huge I know you want to feel like you doing something but that'll kill it
Put a small stake in and tie her to it. Pointing her leaves upwards.
She's a little stretchy so next time don't add as much soil into the pot when you plant the seed. Wait for her to stretch a bit then just add extra soil around her stem when needed. This will help prop the seedling up and her stem under the soil will also start to sprout roots 👍😎🌱
Ladies are going strong this week. Went in a little hard with the nuits potentially, seeing some slight burning on the tips so have just feed them plan water the last 2 days removed the bottles that were keeping the humidity up to each plant. Still need to get humidifier back in tent. Other lady didn’t make it through the week so we will repot the lady in the smaller one.
A lot of growers using autopots. and it works .... me perersonally dont use them, becvause i like to see my plants daily...and control what is going into them
but these pots are working very good... jusst search for autopots here in the diaries
Good week for the ladies. We moved them over to self watering pots so we will being trying this method over the coming weeks once we think a solid root base is established. They have doubled in size this week and the tallest is stretching to 135mm tall. All new growth appears healthy but we have just given them there first feed tonight after beefing up the nuits so we’ll see how they look in 24 hours
Had a horrible week!! A heater malfunction meant the tent got to 50 degrees c and by the time we discovered them the 2 closest where dead. We were shattered to say the least. The furtherest from the heater survived at the extent of some fairly burnt leaves but appears to have recovered ok. it will be interesting to see if how affected the remainder of her grow will be. 2 new seeds have been germinated and are coming up to speed
After the last week of loosing 2 of the ladies the remaining one is growing well and the 2 new ones are also coming along nicely. Next week we will be upping the nuits on the First Lady and starting the smaller 2 out on a light dose
The main lady has responded well to the nuits this week although while attempting lst her main stalk cracked. She was lucky enough that it snapped what appears to be less then half way through and has shown no signs of stress. we have decided to leave her be and potentially tie a few secondary branches down. A defol will be done this week as she appears to be coming into flower. The younger girls are starting to kick of this week with their own added nuits schedule. We are a little down but not out on this grow and are hoping to finish reasonably strong.
