First week of flowering. Nutrients have been switched from OT Grow to OT Bloom at half strength. Plants were initiated into flower with 24 hour darkness to help induce pistil formation. Plants are starting to naturally stretch but still within controllable ranges with plenty of extra space for further stretch. Plants have been kept short and bushy to fill out the extra area as i would rather this than having a large naturally growing plant.

The lemon Zkittle plants have stretched quite extensively and are forming their first pistils on all of their main tops. Although still quite small pistil formation it is quite equal across all of the branches on each plant. Plants are now on their full 4ml/L Old Timer bloom feeding schedule.

Sadly the 900w LED has blown and i have new LED's on their way right now. They are being maintained by 125W CFL's at the moment. This couldn't have happened at a better time as it blew during the second week of flower while they were still going through their natural stretching. Temperatures have dropped a little but still maintaining in the mid 70's and keeping a short window between my day/night temperatures. Lemon Zkittle plants have caught up with the Lemon Shining Silver Haze despite being planted about 2 weeks later. Watering every other day at 4ml/L of Plant Magic Old Timer Bloom roughly 1L per each plant.

Week 4 starts with the pistil formation really starting to ramp up, all tops including lower branches that made it past the lollipoping. Some more defoliation on some of the larger fan leaves and protruding fan leaves blocking light to lower sights. The new lights have arrived so there is 2 plants each under each 300w LED, with 1 on a bloom phase and the other on the veg and bloom. Adjusted to roughly 22" above the main colas. Light LST training has been carried on in the early week just to try and have a more uniform canopy. Plants are now beginning to let off a pungent, yet sweet smell from outside the grow space so new carbon filter will be fitted. Advanced Nutrients Bud Candy has been introduced at 2ml/L with Big Bud scheduled for beginning of next week, and also Overdrive is sitting ready for late flowering.

All seeds germinated in paper towel for roughly 36 to 48 hours kept in darkness with a heat pad to raise temperatures to roughly 75F. 2x Lemon Shining Silver Haze (Royal) have vegetated for a total of 50 days. First 14 days under 125W CFL light for 24 hours, then switched to LED 900w for the remaining 36 days. I then used 2" rock wool cubes for the first 7 days where they were transplanted to solo cups, then to 1L plastic pots, then to 15L final pots. 2x Lemon Zkittle (Dutch Passion) has vegetated for a total of 36 days from seed. Under 900w LED since seed. Started life from seed straight to solo cup for 7 days, then to 1L plastic pots for another 7 days and finally to the 15L pots until the end of their vegetation and throughout flowering. I have tried to keep this grow as natural as possible using as little nutrients as possible. All plants have started their nutrient cycle receiving only Plant Magic Grow starting at half strengths and working the way up to 4ml/L. They have also received Plant Magic Bloom for their flowering period. I will however be using a carbohydrate enhancer such as Bud Candy or at least a un sulphured molasses extract, starting from half way through week 3 of flower.
