a. placed seed directly into Root Riot, with a few drips of nutrient solution, 10ml daily
b. root riot is in plastic egg tray under humidity dome in the cabinet in the dark
Day 4 - taproot has just appeared from seed, placing in tent to get some light
a. this method always takes a week longer, but produces serious tree trunks in the end
Day 5 - taproot has dug itself into the Root Riot, the root is huge
Day 6 - good things are happening, she is curling up about to make her appearance
Day 7 - the lady has a great taproot showing out of the bottom of the root riot, her cotyledon leaves will show today.
Typical first germination week, next week we will have a viable plant resting in her air pot

What percentage of amber trichomes are present in my microscopy photo? I personally think there is about 10% present, we are going for 50-75% amber for this strain. 2 more weeks! Help us out! Thanks! Much love from Switzerland!

About 5-10% trichomes there. If your growing in soil you could do a 2 weeks flush and by then you should be at 50% to 75% amber.
