Wash the plant under the shower and then, if they are still there, use masking tape to remove the insects from the leaves. Remove the more damaged leaves.
Do something decisive now or you will keep this infestation until the end of flowering! 👺
If they are in the soil, use 35% 150-volume hydrogen peroxide (the one you get at home is 3%, the one from the paint shop is better).
If you want to try (but they don't count for much) neem oil, soy oil or any oil because it mechanically blocks the breathing of the insects.
