My First Grow

Mon- Starting off the week strong. I added an active intake to the grow tent to filter the air and help regulate it. For the intake I used a $15 bathroom vent from home depot rated for 50cfm. Seems a lot stronger than that so I used a speed controller to turn it down some and get good negative pressure. I taped a 12x12x1 furnace filter to an Amazon box and cut out the area for the fan and taped that in with Mastic tape. Used a dryer vent hose and reducer fitting to put it into the bottom port on the tent. Helped settle out the conditions from swinging so much when the ac and humidifier turn on and off. Tuesday- Happy 4/20 Thursday - noticed Weds that I may have either over watered or possibly some light heat/light burn. Moved the light back up to 36 In above canopy. Also downloaded tent buddy and a ppfd meter app on my phone both were close to each other so used that to set my light to "550-600" ppfd per whatever I was reading on the internet the night before. The plants seemed to like it and I don't plan on watering again until Saturday or they show that they're getting thirsty.
