Why is it corkscrewing? Changed the water today 4-22 and lowered the nutrient amount, ph seems right. Temperature good, oxygen good... Any ideas?

Sometimes that happens with plants from seed, i wouldnt worry too much as long as the next sets of leaves are ok, high heat and or humidity can cause this too

This did the same with me bro when I grew the white widow, just keep an eye on it hopefully it will straighten itself put over the qeek
