First Photoperiod Run - SoG 12-12

Well, first of all I wanna say that this is my first time growing photoperiodic feminised and this an experiment for me as well. Since my time is limited to mid july, and yet I wanted to make use of the good climate that is coming up, I decided to make this run as fast as possible, and no better technique than 12-12. Yes, I know the yield is not the same but I want to see where this goes. Also, since I had a lot of photoperiod fem. seeds I thought why not do a SoG. What I didn´t know is things wouldn´t go much as planned. Germination of the first seeds (the ones in the pictures) was tough, about only half of them made through (probably I´ve bought trash quality coco pellets). There was also some Gelatto #41 that didn´t make it. Since that happened, I was forced to get some more seeds to fill the tent, And those will be seen in week 2 already ( or at least if everything goes as planned ). About the setup and materials: Substrate is Canna Coco Professional+, with roughly 40% of added vermiculite (except in 3 pots that it had ended and I used some perlite) 2L Square pots Utilizing a little of BioBizz (BioGrow, Calmag and Alg-a-mic) and a little of Advanced Nutrients ( Sensi Coco Bloom, Voodoo Juice, B-52, Bud Ignitor, Big Bud Coco, Bud Factor X and Sensizym ) Also, in this run I´m not only measuring PH but also EC. Hello everyone and welcome to the 2nd week of the photoperiod run! This week´s been pretty ok, not much going on yet, mostly giving love and waiting for them. Ferts I used were Voodoo Juice almost every watering, BioGrow from BioBizz twice and B-52 twice as well. A little thrips showed up but it was almost certain that I´d have some, the flowering autos in the tent are still not finished and have some thrips. Also, humidity during the lights off period is extremely high (about 75-78%). That´s it for this week people, hope you enjoyed and feel free to comment anything, I really appreciate that! Welcome to the 3rd week report everyone! Well, this week has been the most interesting so far. Germination was still going on for some new seeds to wrap the tent up: Matanuska; GMO Cookies; Kritical; Critical (x3) from GB and Rainbows (x2) from BSF Seeds. Some of them started showing some yellowing at day 5 of the week and I started making some stuff to heal it. My first thought was to give them some calmag and the next day they were already getting back some of the greeness. It could be extremely high humidity making it worse too, although I´d find it difficult in coco. While that was happening, Lemon Candy and Melon Gum started to explode at the end of the week. Ferts were the same, dosages too. Except this week I sprayed them with a soft dosage of Alg-a-mic on day 6 and had to give them some calmag since they started to get a little yellowish at the end of the week. Week has been good, other than the little yellowing (which I solved gladly), things are looking very good. EC and pH is on range and they´re drinking all I´m giving them. Seedlings I´m watering 0.5 mS and Veg 0.8-1mS. Two of them are entering flowering but not on this week yet. Also, I´m trying to water less since their roots could be affected by the incredible amount of rain it has been this past week. Hello everyone! Hope everything´s going well! So, the week has been better than the one before, even tho the weather was really bad, very cold and humid. I managed to get the girls healthier and almost every one that is big already entered flowering! Lemon Candy is so far the biggest/fastest one. But Melon Gum, GG#4 and all three Gorilla Cookies are very very promising! Any questions or commentaries, leave them below and I´ll gladly answer! Peace ✌️

Hello everyone! Hope you´re doing fine. I´m doing great, and so are the plants. This week has been pretty good, some problems appear when the climate gets too humid or too cold, so I figured it out most of my past problems were related exactly to that, adding with poor watering and feeding habits and I had the recipe to ´´failure. So, tip of the week: pay a good amount of attention to relative humidity ´cause that can fuck up your girls very bad if you still don´t have a solid idea of what you´re doing. At least that is some of what happened to me in my last runs, could be knowledge of use to someone. Other than that, received my Aptus Regulator and it is amazing how concentrated that stuff is. Rhino Skin from AN is a similar product (even tho does not have some properties that the regulator has) and its recommended dosage is 2ml/L; Aptus Regulator´s dosage is 0.15/L, literally 3 drops. Haven´t seen much results yet but can´t complain ´cause that´s supposed to be used since the plant is little. The ´´1st wave of girls is full on flower, some are very very promising, with beautiful structure and nice buds forming. The ´´2nd wave is good too, a little smaller/slower than I imagined but they´ll be good. A little worried about time since my deadline to harvest them is mid-july. Anyways, this week I´ve been a little extensive but to sum it up, I´m very happy with how things are going and hopefully they´ll get even better yet. Well, this week I´ve been extremely busy so I could only take the pics in the last day of the week, that´s why there´s so much difference from last week. All girls of the ´´first wave are forming beautiful buds, I´m really happy ´cause I wasn´t expecting 12-12 it to be like that. ´´Second wave girls are just starting to get into flower and I won´t lie I´m getting worried ´cause my deadline to get them jarred up is end of july.
