Think I have been underwatering but so far they are moving slow

got the watering right and transplanted the two bigger gelat og to a 1 gallon fabric. I sprinkled great white in the roots and still just using RO water and cal mag mixed into a gallon of water

just started topping this week one of gelat og was topped at the 5th node and the other was topped at the 6th. The gelato is growing the slowest and more sativa style leafs. After using the great white the leafs and growth have improved still not using nutrients don’t need any with ocean forest

They are getting bigger and bushed out some after the topping still just watering no nutrients needed. The gelato still has not been topped waiting for the hight to match the gelat og

Almost time to flip to flower but waiting on transplanting to a 3 gallon fabric growing in a smaller space so I think it might be time for the flip. gonna be installing a scrog net soon after transplant after it recovers a bit still haven’t topped but have around 4 tops. I am also tucking the leafs for more light to the lower sights. I’m starting to smell some skunk from the 3 plants when you smell the new set of leafs

Flipped to flower 12/12 and transplanted Into 3 gallon fabric pots a few days before flipping used great white on the roots. I have defolianted some and added the trellis net and turned on a second fan I will not use any nutrients till week 3 of flower ocean forest should get me by till then.

They are starting to stretch more the gelato has stretched the most and was the runt in the beginning. still no feed gonna feed on day 21 but they are starting to show buds and all fem seeds are female so that’s a win. Still running two fans, watering half gallon every other day and lifting the pots to tell the weight of watering. I have checked ppm run off and it was around 500, 700 also defoliated maybe 5% of leaves on the 2- gelat Og

Now we are getting hyped the stretch is still going and we feed on day 21 I’m using general hydro 3 part this is the FIRST time feeding these plants the ocean forest soil had enough nutrients to carry me to this point with little to no efficiency’s after transplant before flowering. on around day 24 trichomes have starting to develop on the top buds and the gelato kinda smells like coffee but the smell isn’t intense yet very faint it will get strong probably next few weeks. The ra1000 light has been doing the job nicely for me I’m extremely happy with this grow i have been directed on the right path by “welcome to the grow tent” very helpful grower I believe that’s why my first grow has gone so well.

I did not feed this week just water I ran into a strange issue with one of the gelat og plants started noticing brown dots I thought it might be calcium Deficiency cause I stop using cal mag this week and still using ro water let me know if you think it’s something else. but The buds are stacking up tho and getting frosty. The gelat og smells like sweet or pine citrus, the gelato smells kinda like fruit loops or sweet smell can’t describe.

I still just water the plants this week and switched to using mag, sulfur. Had to cut off a lot of leafs from the right gelat og plant the calcium deficiency from last week took some impact but the buds may have slowed the yield down or the pheno isn’t producing as much as the left gelat og. the middle gelato from nirvana has yellowed my ppm are around 1000 I’m probably only feeding one more time for week 6 then flush till harvest. I’m very happy with them even tho there’s some Deficiencies with the two the left gelat og smells/looks amazing and yielded the most so far. Got another run going after this with Barney’s farm hopefully learn more from this grow and improve

I fed on the start of this week and it’s time to start flushing just using cal mag and mag sulfur I switch between the two during watering days. I water about a gallon and half for all three plants and wait 2 or 3 days and lift the pots. The smell is amazing between the left gelat og and the gelato the right gelat og is still not smelling that much and it more earthy then anything I’m disappointed in this pheno the cal mag problem and smaller yield but I treat all 3 plants the same and look at the pheno difference the gelat og to the left has fat colas and smells very strong dank citrus pine smells amazing and has no issues the gelato is yellowing cut some leaves off this pheno smells like berries or fruit loops the buds look good not amazing yield but I’m happy with the smell and frost so far. I only have 2 or 3 weeks left till chop I’m waiting for around 30% amber trichomes

Still on cruise control just flushing watering every 3 or 4 days I just look at the trichomes and waiting from amber. the smell is still intense and the nugs have swollen some more

Skipped a week cause I couldn’t take any pictures not much changed. I just chopped them all down on 6/30 they looked ready on day 65 of flower I seen some amber and mainly milky trichomes. Very happy with the short an fat gelat og plant sure took on its og kush genetics short and fat nugs that smell like lemon gas. The gelato from nirvana smells like berries still and started to show hues of light purple at the top nugs. the other gelat og was not a good pheno the smell isn’t to strong still and the plant had calcium problems I will update after drying and trimming

the gelato was not much of a yielder has a sweet berry smell to it but it still needs to cure longer when I smoked it not much taste yet.
