All three seeds germinated. One seed produced two seedlings and I am considering splitting the two and trying to grow them both. These are currently under CFL and natural light and will be moving to 7 gal pots this week. Many resources say plant directly in pot, but I find that I can remove mesh around peat plugs without damaging or disturbing roots and have had no issues with this technique.
So, PK #1 is doing fine and I have the grow room set up to maintain temperatures between 15-25 Celsius. RH is a little low and hovers between 50-60%. I am misting daily to help with this. The other seedlings are a week behind and PK #4 is in rough shape after getting stuck in the seed case. Hopefully the first true leaves start to show soon. I think I can see them now but not getting excited just yet. These plants are in a shed with a semi insulated grow room. I think these plants are growing a little slowly as the outside temps are quite a bit below the historical average, making it hard to keep night temps above the 15 Celsius minimum.
May 11: End of week 1
Hello meatbags, this week went well enough. Day temps in my semi insulated grow room ranged from 20-30 Celsius and night temps hover between 12 and 15 most times. PK#4 survived the seed casing fiasco and PK#1 seems to be doing great. This strain is known to be stocky and bushy, which may partly explain why they seem not as far along as my previous grows. Maybe... maybe temps were too low during week 1... hard to say.
Hello, the plants are doing what they do. I am surprised to see pistils already on PK#1 and decided to start some very minor LST. ;). Going to have to get rid of PK#2 or 3 at some point.
Hi diddly ho Growers!! Everything seems to be going well. I removed PK#3 from the shared grow container. I have been feeding based on the age and development of PK#1, which has caused minor burn on PK#4 (the runt). I reduced the feeding of PK#4 this week to help and will be reducing feeding of all three overall going forward. The leaves are very green so nitrogen may be a little high. How does my LST look?? This is my first real attempt at proper training. Before it was just trying to keep plants from outgrowing their grow space. All pics are at the end of week 4 and PK#4 just started showing their sex....looks like another girl!! Yay. I had to increase exhaust fan speed to keep temps from exceeding 30 Celsius.
Hello growers. Are these plants receiving too much nitrogen? Very green leaves and slight burn. l am using the three part FloraSeries medium schedule 1/2 strength. I am going to switch to the light schedule 1/2 strength. Soil is 1/2 Happy Frog and 1/2 high porosity pro mix.
Hey, all seems well. The runt is still not into full flower while PK1 seems to be bulking up a bit. I increased lamp height as PK2 stretched a little as it transitioned into flowering. Defoliated a little. LST on PK4. Fun times. All pics are end of week 6.
Things are mostly good. PK4 is really taking off, but is way behind the others. All 3 seeds were started same day and grown under same conditions. Having some P or K issues in PK1, which you can see with the red/brown spots showing on fan and sugar leaves. I have flushed to correct possible pH issues and followed this with nutes. Will be checking trichomes with scope and flushing PK1 as I think I am approaching the harvest window.
Hello, it looks like calcium, P, or K issues. Maybe pH lock out. I flushed last week and followed with nutes. Likely last nutes this week followed by a week or two of flushing before harvest. Please look at leaves and let me know what I should do as I end off this plant.
The spots look like cal mag problem. Could have been caused from a bit ago. Your leaves look like they have a nitrogen build up, dark and shiny leaves. You may have been running slightly to high a level of N when you was in flower and this may have caused the other problem. I would flush and just drop the grow. Use half micro to bloom nutrient. So if 1ml micro 2ml bloom. I would also say your a while away from starting your final flush.
Well, the runt (PK4) is now the biggest girl. Excited to see how this one finishes off. I am not running a dehumidifier and unfortunately ambient humidity is between 60-75% on rainy days. PK1 has a few amber trichomes but new pistils are slowly emerging still. I would like to see it fatten up more, but I am nearing the end it seems. Time will tell.
Pictures are 1/2 way through week 10. Had an unintentionally fade in PK2 due to low nutrient levels after a pH flush. Caught it, but all fan leaves are still quickly dying back. She is close enough that I am not too worried.
This was good grow and the big colas seem fairly dense. Had some cal/mag or other deficiency problems due to pH or just weak feeding. Drying and curing the buds from two plants and will update tastes and effects when the buds are ready. The sugar leaves had about 50-75% amber trichomes and the plants were harvested on days 73 and 77.
PK2 really thickened up over the last two weeks and almost all the fan leaves yellowed before harvest. Lots of amber trichomes, which is good. Looking for a sedative high with this one. Will update after a long cure.
Update: sweet flavour upfront. Made me pretty relaxed and hungry. 180g off of PK3 and 103.3 from PK2

I am at about 470 True watts using LED and CFL, so I am hoping this turns out better than my first CFL grow.... time will tell
@CannaTrope, wow, really weird that double grown one ... bombard of photos, we like to see weird things about growdiaries😁 be patient, some seeds even take 10 days to come out 👍🦄
@DreamIT, Thanks. It has been a slow start. Seed casing stuck on one seedling and two seedlings grew from one seed. All three of these are a week or more behind now. Not even sure the one with the seed casing will survive. Waiting to see first true leaves will develop. Wish I popped all five seeds now and selected selected healthy ones.

@Jeffrokush, Thanks. I had some nutrient issues. Possibly underfed during flower, but I am pretty happy with this grow. Waiting for my last plant to finish flowering. Good luck with your grow.
