Germination
Soaked seeds in water from 5/2-5/3, wrapped in paper towel from 5/3-5/4 (all three sprouted a tap root) and planted in medium on 5/4. I may have put these babies a smidge too deep, but I’m not worried too much. I expect all 3 to emerge in next day or two. I have been spraying them down with tap water and placed micro-domes over top of each. By micro-domes, I mean the bottom half of a water bottle with a small vent poked in the top to up the humidity around seed sites. Trying a new medium this run, going with Promix HP w/mycorrhizae. There are pros and cons no matter which route you choose, I have been mixing it up since I started growing...and I don’t plan on settling until I find what works best for me. I love a the coco coir, and have never had an issue, again just spicing things up a bit in the grow tent if you know what I mean😜. Going to return to my roots and go with bottle nutes this run. I don’t want to sacrifice another grow while I am still dialing in the organic side of things. I’ll get there...eventually. Thanks...this will be a good one!

All 3 popped, always a great thing when there are no duds! Increased light intensity to ~30%. Gave first heavily diluted nutes at end of week one, just some Ca/Mg and a little rapid starter. So far so good...before you know it these ladies will be falling over with massive buds (I hope...nothing wrong with a little positive foreshadowing no?). Thanks!

So I’m going to have a lot of firsts this run. This is my first time using Promix, my first time adding in myco to the mix, and will be the first run I measure and factor in EC. This is going to be a great run!! I give first real nute amalgamation today. The EC was 1.8 so I diluted down with another gallon of just H2O and dropped it to about 1. That may still be a little too high, should have gotten it down to around 0.8 These girls are looking great, I’m pretty happy with the leaf size for 2 weeks. All are standing tall and reaching for the roof. So far, very healthy, great color, good growth. I dropped light to 24” and have intensity at ~35%. I think these girls are going to be monster autos…we shall see!

So far so good. The girls have put on some girth, the leaves are super wide...clearly not a sativa!!! Crazy amount of growth, I'm pretty stoked thus far into the run. No major issues to note, however, the leaves are a bit of a lime green color and not a deep green. Maybe its genetics, maybe its start of a deficiency, definitely something i'll be watching closely. I had an issue with my organic grow and had moved that entire set up, so I did the same with this one. An ounce of prevention right? The ladies like there feed schedule so far, I have been slowly increasing as we go. Light was dropped a little and intensity is set at 50%. I'll leave it at this height and intensity until after the transition to flower in next couple weeks. Only other item on the list is to start LST any time now. Thanks.

The ladies are doing great, can’t complain about how healthy they continue to look. One is a bit smaller than the other two, she’s the runt of this litter…but I’m sure she’ll catch up. They are a little slow to grow, and are more bushy than tall. I think they are going to make some super fat buds though. The Promix stays wetter longer than the coco I’ve noticed. They are due for a feed today, and they’ve just about dried out to the point that I feel comfortable watering again. I don’t want to have the roots perpetually or excessively damp…but the girls got to eat! I also don’t want to under water and have all those salts build up in medium…it’s a much finer dance than in previous grows when using coco. I’m giving just enough to get about 5%-10% runoff with the soulless approach. Once they are bigger and that nute demand goes up I don’t think it’ll be as much of an issue. Did a little more LST today, bent them little branches right on over. Light intensity is hovering around 60%, we are in transition period so I’m ok bumping it up a little. Status quo for the time being, I like it!

Lots of growth this past week, all have out on some very noticeable height. Tons of bud sites, the girls are doing and looking fan-freaking-tastic! The little runt of the pack has essentially caught up to the others. She’s still the smallest, but it’s almost negligible at this point…she’s gonna do just fine. I have continued to up the nutes, and as of right now I’ve averaged one feed per week with alternating water cycles in between. I’m pretty happy with these genetics so far…for auto’s they are really taking off. The biggest girl In the pack has some N and Mg issues, I’m hesitant to go any higher with nutes. They are into first week of flower so I’m not surprised. If they get any worse I’ll pounce on it…for now I’ll monitor for fear any action will burn them. Plan is continue down the path I’m on. Thanks all, have a great one.

The girls are doing absolutely phenomenal this run, I don’t want to jinx myself, but this may be the best one yet! I can’t get over how amazing these autos look at week six…crazy amount of bud sites, node spacing is looking great, they have just done superb. I can take all the credit, this is my first run with RQS genetics, and I am so impressed. I mean look, yes I have some minor deficiencies that pop up, but they are indeed minor. I really am over the flipping moon with this run. Next steps are to continue to foster a feed schedule and environment conducive to flower development. I’m minding light height and intensity, increasing P and K regiment, and decreasing “gro” element. These ladies are going to be impressive in the end…I just know it.

Holy bunch of buds Batman! I’m pretty stoked with all the bud sites on these girls, just amazing to me. They did develop a N and slight K deficiency that became apparent very quickly. They were looking pretty hungry and given all the buds growing in I up’d their nutes a bit. A few days after that feed the lower growth showed some moderate chlorosis, mostly interveinal yellowing but upon closer inspection there were a couple leaves that also had some necrotic edges indicative of not enough K. Even though I just fed them I went ahead and mixed up some N, P, K and kelp as a supplement to recent feed. I think that I was under feeding and/or didn’t get them what they needed fast enough, probably due to the number of bud sites…it’s a good problem to have I suppose! I am always cautious given they are autos as I don’t want to burn them, but on the flip side under feeding was not good either. The RAW treatment seems to have slowed the spread of chlorosis, but time will tell. Next feed I’ll supplement a little extra N and K to try and stay ahead of this. They are doing so well that I don’t want to screw up my end result. Thanks all, stay safe!

The girls have put on some mass this past week. I think that little boost from the NPK Raw definitely helped. Still chasing some minor deficiencies, I think it’s all the new growth and bud fattening that’s doing it. I may give another NPK boost, but the next feed is today or tomorrow so I’ll hold off for now. I added in a PK bump from Beastie Bloomz during last feed, I’ll give one more dose during the next one too. Given this I may only give N and Kelp from NPK Raw, don’t want to burn them. It’s a funny thing, I can see some very minor leaf tip crisping, indicative of nute burn, yet I see interveinal yellowing, some over all lime green coloration and browning on some leaves telling me they’re hungry!?! I’m still trying to read them, don’t quite have the spot on mix just yet. Light height is about perfect so far as I can tell, intensity is at 90%-95%, I don’t think I’ll go any higher. Temps have been great, RH has been on high end of normal, with a few times going above 60%, nothing repositioning fans doesn’t correct. We are getting there, vertical reach has ceased, buds continue to fatten, next feed will be a whopper of a dose then I’ll start to taper off as we head into the last few weeks for these ladies. Thanks All!

I flushed all 3 and looked at pH in runoff, in no particular order the runoff was 5.6, 5.8, and 5.9. I gave all a decent flush after that with water pH’d to 6.5 I gave them a 2 days to drain and dry out a little then I started to give some Ripen. That’s the last thing I fed these ladies and have been giving pH’d water when dry. I’ll be flushing here on out. The fade is progressing really fast, and I give these girls another week or two and they should be ready for harvest. Lots of buds, very decent trich production, this is a good run and I can’t wait to try some!!! So close….

Wow…whT an amazing strain. These girls took off from the get go…this is the best run I have had to date! The plants did incredible…thank you RQS for producing this amazing strain…absolutely Amazing!! The were super easy to manage, had tons upon tons of bud sites, no trouble at all! I will def put this strain on my short list of favorites. I highly recommend!
