Starting another grow with Fastbuds genetics - Gelato Autoflower
All 5 seeds germinated in 2 days using the Papertowel method - I just planted them in their pots today.
I'm using 3 gallon fabric pots with Happy Frog soil in a 3x4 foot grow tent. If all goes well these should be ready to chop down in 8-9 weeks.
I bought these seeds off Seedsplug - I placed my order on April 19th and it was shipped on April 28th.
I like Fastbuds genetics and Seedsplug is their front for purchases made within the US which is great because no customs and it arrives a lot faster. It took 9 days from when I placed the order to when it was shipped so I started getting worried but they came through and Ill keep buying from them.
Day 14
Above the surface it seems like there is not a lot going on the last week but I'm certain underneath the surface the roots are rapidly finding the edges of their pots and filling the space. This up coming week I will water once with Real Growers Recharge which should give the roots a nice boost then we should start seeing a lot of growth up top.
The one in the center is looking kind of sad and growing slowly. I think its too late now to replace it so I'll let it go for now
Day 21
I think they are smaller then they ought to be but I don't see anything that I can do except wait.
I watered twice since last week once with Real Growers Recharge at the recommended amount.
These next couple weeks they should grow to near their final height and we will start seeing pre-flowers any time now.
Doesn't look like they are going to get very much bigger. Next grow I am going back to 5 gal pots so hopefully they get bigger.
No nutrients or anything so far just that one real growers from last week and I will probably use it again this week.
Nice set up, and your girls are looking great at week two! I’ve been in the same boat a few times where one or two just didn’t seem that great, but I let them grow and grow they did! It’s an amazing plant and I’m still surprised even to this day. I bet that one in the middle bounces back! Best of luck.
