Starting germination today using the paper towel method so hopefully within the next 48 hours she’ll have her taproot and be ready for a peat pellet and humidity dome.
Day 1 - She’s up and out of the soil now and will be giving her another day or two then will move her into a 3 gallons fabric pot and the tent.
Day 2 - Decided to move this girl into soil and her 3 gallons fabric pot and the tent today. Went and gave her a decent foliar spray and put a cover over her for now to keep the humidity up a bit.
Day 3 - Nothing new or happening with her today, just gave her a nice foliar spray and put her back in the tent with a humidity cover.
Day 4 - Just took her out for some updated pictures and to give her a foliar spray. She’s already got a pretty strong main stem right now cause she doesn’t seem to sway to much when the fan hits her so hoping that’s a good sign.
Day 5 - Just another foliar spray today and put her back into the tent. Pretty slow and boring early on.
Day 9 - Into week 2 now and all looks good, still just giving her a daily foliar spray and keeping the top half of the soil moist. Will probably up her water intake a bit tomorrow and give her about 150ML’s of plain pH’d water.
Day 10 - Nothing new today, she looks nice and healthy and just gave her a foliar spray. I also added a bit of soil to the pot since it wasn’t quite as full as I normally fill it.
Day 11 - Nothing much to speak of today, just moistened the soil a bit and gave her a nice foliar spray.
Day 12 - All looks good and just continued with her foliar sprays and moved her back into the tent after her daily pictures.
Day 13 - All still looks good and gave her about 100ML’s of water today a few inches outside her base. Then gave her a light foliar spray.
Day 16 - Into week 3 now and she’s starting to come alive now. She does have a bit of yellowing on a few leaves but I think it’s from the foliar spray with the lights on. It’s not really expanding anywhere else and the new growth is looking good.
Day 17 - Nothing major today but did give her a couple hundred ML’s of plain water today, seems like she’s got really slow growth then give her a bit of water and has a bit spurt. Did give her a light foliar spray as well.
Day 18 - All looks good and getting close to starting some training with her and might start tomorrow. Just took her out for some pictures today and that’s about it.
Day 19 - Decided she was getting bit enough to start a bit of training so went ahead and did the initial tie down and we’ll see how she recovers tomorrow. I also went ahead and gave her a little under a quarter gallon of plain pH’d water.
Day 23 - Into week 4 now and let her stretch a bit while I was away for the weekend and came back and looked like she was ready for some more training so tied out about 4 branches that were getting a bit lengthy. All seems to be going good with her so gave her about a quarter gallon of plain pH’d water.
Day 25 - All looks good and not much with her today other than adjusting some tie downs and tying a couple new branches out. She should be ready for a bit of water as well in the next day or so. She’s actually starting to flower already so next week will probably be the first week of flower.
Day 26 - Did a little more adjusting to the tie downs today and gave her about three quarter of a gallon of plain pH’d water. Not much else I can do with her right now.
Day 28 - The end of week 4 today and tomorrow will be her first full week of flower. So next watering with this girl, she’ll get her first round of nutes. Did a little adjusting to her tie downs today and will probably do a little more before I let her grow vertical.
Day 30 - Starting week 5 and she’s definitely in her first full week of flower now. She needed water so gave her a gallon of water with her first round of bloom nutes. Did a little adjusting to the tie downs today as well.
Day 31 - All looks good but her main stem is really taking off from the rest and she’s a bit too stiff to try and tie her down again so hopefully the rest will catch up but not looking like it. I did remove a couple larger fan leaves from the top so the shorter stuff has more access to the lights.
Day 32 - No issues to speak of, she’s definitely gonna be a short little girl but usually when I have them grow like that, they really pack on the weight so looking forward to that. She should be ready for water in another day or so.
Day 33 - All still going good and still stretching just a bit and don’t see her getting much taller but hopefully she’ll really pack on the weight, short and stocky will be just fine with me. Not quite ready for water yet so will give her a check tomorrow.
Day 34 - She was ready for water today and she was ready for another round of nutes. I was running low on my Technaflora and saw some awesome reviews on a kind called Gold Leaf so added 8ML’s to a gallon of water and we’ll see how she likes it. It’s an all in one nutrient for all phases of the grow so interested to see how this stuff is gonna work.
Day 37 - Into week 6 now and all going good. Nothing much to speak of other that I did some leaf tucking with her. She seemed to of liked the new nutes she got a couple days ago so I may continue with the Gold Leaf.
Day 38 - A few updated pictures today, she’ll be ready for water tomorrow and did a bit of leaf tucking with her today. She’s starting to stink up the tent and room right now.
Day 39 - Gave her about a gallon and a half of plain water today, she was pretty damn thirsty. She’s definitely not gonna be my biggest grow by far but she’s looking like she’s gonna be pretty damn fat.
Day 44 - Overall, all looks good and getting some nice chunky flowers going right now. She was ready for some water so got a round of nutes as well. Did a light defoliation of some bigger fan leaves that have been blocking light.
Day 45 - All looks good and looking at her she’ll probably start getting flushed soon, maybe next watering. She just about all milky with the trichs but hopefully as she starts getting flushed, I can get her to about 30% amber.
Day 46 - Nothing much to speak of with her today. Looking like she’s only got 2 weeks or so left so when she gets water tomorrow, it’ll be the start of the two week flush.
Day 50 - Starting week 8 and she’s definitely a fat chunky little girl. Nothing much else happening with her right now and next watering I’m gonna start the flush, I’m thinking she’s got about 2 weeks or so left.
Day 51 - Went ahead and started her flush today and gave her a gallon and a half of water with 5ML’s of MagiCal and 60ML’s of Sugardaddy from Technaflora. I’ll have her another watering off that when she’s ready and then plain water till she’s done. I also added a spoonful of brown sugar, I read that somewhere.
Day 52 - She finishing up strong and gonna have some nice fat and dense buds, she’s compact as hell. Didn’t have much to really do with her today other than admire her and her smell.
Day 55 - All looks good and will most likely get the chop in a week or week and a half, just want her to amber up just a bit more. Gave her a gallon and a half of water with the flush nutes from the Technaflora line.
Day 56 - The end of week 8 today and she’ll most likely be coming down sometime during week 9, just looking for her to get a bit more amber, only about 5-10% right now. She’ll just be getting plain water from here on out.
Day 58 - Beginning week 9 and this is her final week and she won’t last a week. I gave her the last round of plain water today and when she dries up, hopefully this weekend, she’ll be getting chopped down. She smells so sweet and tangy, I can’t wait to get her dried and give her a go.
Day 59 - She’s definitely finished and about ready to chop. Going to give her the next two or three days to dry out and hopefully Saturday I’ll take her down.
Can’t speak to the smoke report right now but in about 7-10 days when she’s dry, I’ll update.
3 Aug 21 Update - After almost 10 full days in the drying box, she’s finally ready to hit the jars for the cure. She’s definitely was not a giant harvest by any means but every buds is tight and compact and glistening with trichomes. Took one little nug to try and this shot is fire. For me, it made music so much more musical, sounds much more crisp, TV like real life, lol. I was so exhausted after work today and this kept me going for quite a few hours after I got home. Definitely a top two for me, when I need that extra boost the last half of the day. Highly recommend!!!
Really enjoyed growing this girl. She was compact with nice and tight buds. Wish she would of been a bit bigger but probably something I did early on might of stunted her.
@Ezzjaybruh, no, just about a week or two. This girl was close to the end when I got it. Gonna use it for the full grow cycle for my Sour Diesel and see how it really does.
