Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are all well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Great 1st weeks growth for my "Imperium X" from Anesia Seeds.. I forgot to do stock check and ran out of Biobizz lightmix.. I had about 6 litres left of Biobizz allmix and knew I needed 2 x 6 litre pots for my 2 new strains (other new strain revealed Sunday!) so i mixed in equal parts of perlite.. Usual i will do 1/3 top dressing of lightmix for new seeds but this also works well for me(remember they will probably need feeding earlier as only half medium is pre-mixed soil.. self reminder! ).. She is technically 13days from placing into soak(germination) and she will end up in my hydro tent so i decided to keep her updates on Sundays with the other hydro grows(hydro's@weekend - autos@weds).. Still had 2cm growth from her in couple of days and she's looking great so far.. She's looking great and has lots of her side shoots starting to grow, this is my sign she is ready for topping.. Will give her a few more days then top her, let her branches grow out a bit then take 2 cuttings from her and go through my simple cloning process in upcoming weeks.. This week she got topped!, i also took the 2 lowest sets of branches which left 6 shoots.. 4 will be taken for cloning and the bottom 2 branches will get topped again to release 4 heads on her(pre-training for her new home).. Gave her a dose of Biobizz Fishmix midweek and Biosys tea(sunday) .. Super excited about this strain and can't wait to see how she turns out!.. Im having a few grow issues atm and finding it all very exhausting sometimes but still keep on trying and never giving up growing this wonderful plant that gives us all a better life.. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your continuous support, comments follows and likes.. Ive been a bit preoccupied lately and my plants are suffering from a lack of TLC.. I hope this will be the last of my problems now and starting to get bk on things that have to be done.. Clones dryed out after 2 days.. Im not thinkin straight atm but i caught them in time and gave them a good soaking again.. Will hopefully be transferred inro larger cubes this week if roots start to show.. The mother will be passed on to a good home asap.. The clones have been transplanted into their final 4inch cubes and have rooted up exceptionally well in the 1st week of transfer.. Really looking forward to seeing these girls grow out and will be placing them in the hydro tent at the weekend.. Cleared up from last grow and completely disinfected all grow equipment for this run.. Set lights for a 14hr on/10hr off for first 2 weeks as i usually do.. Been having a few grow issues lately so dialing it all back again.. I know its most likely because I have been using new additions and not adjusting my normal feeding regime around it, probably causing lockout as excess amounts of macro/micro nutrition not being absorbed.. So, as i have planned to give these plants the 1st run of "Purpinator" i will try keeping this in mind.. Both girls looking nice and healthy after first weeks growth in hydro.. Been checking every day for any pH or ppm spikes but everything has gone great.. They have nearly doubled in size this week and have made a excellent root system for themselves in top tray.. It has been 14days since they've been in so i emptied the res water out, rinsed 10litres of clean pH adjusted water through the top root tray and refilled with bloom based nutrition.. I will continue to check the main res temp, pH & ppm every day when i change the ice bottles - im using to keep the water temp as low as possible during this extreme weather we are having atm.. Both plants looking great so far and i will be adding scrog net in next few days hopefully as im expecting her to keep stretching.. Trimmed out 2 bottom branches of each main stem this week also.. Both girls growing in the same 40litre NFT system and powered by 900W of Marshydro leds.. Both plants gave out a decent stretch this week and are 100% showing their colours of already!.. Been giving the main res a top up every day with 10litre bucket of mixed solution or adjusted from listed if needed(pH or ppm to high or low).. Beautiful structure on the growth on this strain and Im really looking forward to seeing her flowers develop over the coming weeks.. She's down for a 10wk bloom phase so about 5-6 weeks left till harvest minimum.. Added flowering boosters this week at low levels and will continue to slightly raise these volumes of the next few weeks whilst keeping an eye on pH and ppm levels and adjust if necessary.. 👍😁 Huge thanks to you all for your constant support, comments, follows and likes.. Both plants are looking very healthy and are still stretching a little this week.. Been giving the main res a 10 litre top-up everyday and they are drinking and eating quite a bit.. I always check the ppm&pH before adding solutions and adjust main feeds(a&b) if necessary.. Plants wont always drink and feed at equal amounts so its best to check before making any feeds as i dont want to over/underfeed at this stage!.. Colourful flowers are popping up everywhere and it's all goin through the trichome production also.. Leds running at full power now and tent is pretty much filled out so im super happy how this run is going and can't wait to see what this strain produces in final weeks.. 🤞😁 Huge amount of thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Both girls are drinking alot now and really starting to show off their potential flowers.. Did an empty /wipe down of the main res, refilled with fresh nutrition and cleaned all pipes /airstones.. Upped nutrition levels slightly, mainly pk supplements.. Checking pH and ppm each day and making adjustments if necessary.. Thinkin of adding an extra uvb led with a 14%uvb bulb as Anesia do advise this in last few weeks of this strain but unsure atm.. 😁👍 Huge amount of thanks to u all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Both plants are growing very well and are getting fatter each week.. Slightly upped the Hesi pk and Purpinator in top ups and she's just starting to slow down her drinking, but still getting through about 5litres each per day.. I plan on keeping them going for 10wks in total and we at about 52 days bloom now(9-10wks bloom recommended by breeders) so will keep nutrition levels at highest this week, drop to half feed on base nutrition next week, do a weeks flush after that then harvest.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Excellent week for my 2 "Imperium X" plants from Anesia Seeds running under 900w of Marshydro mixed leds units.. As u can see from the pictures both girls have just been growing beautifully with minimum problems and seem to be fading very nicely towards the end of their grow.. I emptied the main res this week and refilled with 1/2 the amount of base nutrition whilst pushing up the PK at their highest levels for final weeks feeding.. The res will get emptied again on Sat/Sunday and the final flush will take place taking these girls into their 10th week of bloom.. They slowing down on the drinking volumes now also and getting through about 6 litres from main res each day.. They also swelling up slowly now and i cant wait to see how this strain turns out on taste and highs.. Hello and welcome to you all.. Hope you are well and having a good day.. 😁👍 Sorry for the late updates.. Great final week of feeding for my 2 Imperium X girls from Anesia Seeds.. Both girls fading great and most calyx are swollen now with her still popping out a few white pistils on most tops.. Getting a nice sweet citrus aroma from these girls and although the fan leaves aren't covered in trichomes her buds look very resinous and she will be a very easy trim as shes loosing most of her fan leaves these last few weeks.. Leaves around the bud sites still look nice and healthy though going from light purple to almost black in some area's.. Both girls have now been harvested after 6 days of flushing plain pH'd water through the system.. As i nearly killed the Mob Boss's that are next in the tent🙈💩, i decided to hang dry the flowers in the tent and hung them all on the scrog net.. Will keep them in for at least a week before i transfer them to a dedicated drying tent ive just put together.. Looking forward to the final harvest report and seeing what she's turned out like.. ANESIA SEEDS IMPERIUM X Well, how do i start.. I was really looking forward to trying this strain and it just flopped.. I really couldn't get a decent high from her.. I cured her out for ages and tbh it wasnt so much the lack of flavour but the serious lack of thc content.. Real shame but it is what it is and it hasn't put me off trying new varieties still.. Just a huge risk when I haven't ran them on a smaller scale to check their true quality.. Sometimes you get a poor seed, its only nature at the end of the day.. Anyway, this has made me rethink my growing lately, so in retrospect, its done me a favour.. Still have a few beans of this strain in fridge and i will definitely run her again in the test tent to see if i get a better pheno.. Nothing ventured, nothing gained in my personal opinion
