The cheese seedling had the most trouble shedding her casing, but now she’s right on track and looking healthy besides needing just a bit of stem support. Watering gingerly without runoff to give the soil a moisture level that these plants love (and keeps the gnats down)
the only plant of my run i successfully fimmed on my first attempt (last week). now it has split into a dominant and non-dominant branch that may even out or continue in a somewhat apical manner. she has also stayed stouter than the others, a sure sign of redirecting her energy into width over height. Overall, the plants have been healthy and thirsty
The cheese is bushing out from the fim and looking nice so far. Given me the least problems of this run in terms of training so far. The other girls needed silica though so she gets some too, they’ll need it for thick and heavy colas in the future.
Transplanted my plants yesterday, they seem to be showing some kind of deficiency, so I’ll be looking into that for sure, but overall things are pretty good and all fims have been completed. May flower in a couple weeks, cheers.
Entering flower in a couple weeks; this Cheese has healthy growth and nice 4 unequal colas-to-be. Understory showing good potential for cuttings as well.
probably last week before going in the flower tent, probably will cut some clones then as well. Bit of ph funkiness showing in a few leaves here and there, but besides that these girls are getting bigger and growing faster by the day.
Had to toss the previously shown plant due to thrips in my soil getting out of control and wrecking my run. So here we have another one, double topped and ready to begin flowering.
starting to develop some nice preflowers. did a bit of defoliating as well to expose the lower buds, and will probably have to clean up the understory in the future.
Upping the dosage of nutes a bit, and did a touch of defoliation to allow for better light penetration. Already forming some nice colas, marking a solid end to one hell of a growing year. Cheers to another year of good growin
Some good growth this week, still trying to contend with some leaf yellowing. Been going hard on the nitrogen each watering, so now i’ll additionally water them more frequently. Cheers
Adjusted the nutes a bit for entering the late flower stage, watering 3x/week and turning up the light intensity for max growth. Tip burn here and there, but overall promising growth. Cheers
this lady has been easygoing and continues to output some promising growth in her canopy. switching to straight water and molasses next week. The end is beginning to peak over the horizon, cheers.
This lady sadly couldn’t support her bud weight, and I found her last week with many branches toppled over. Had to emergency install a trellis, and now I’m holding out hope that the stress won’t cause nanners. Buds still look good, so I’m going to take her to the finish. Cheers
Giving at least a week until chop, this lady has been doing ok since I added the trellis for support, and I have seen no signs of nanners, thankfully. Hopefully didn’t miss any and allowed for pollen release. Still excited to see how she smokes, cheers
Night or day, stalks needed support but the effect and flavor of this strain is truly commendable. Glad I got to experience the hype of this popular strain with the added pleasure of having gone through the whole process from seed
A quality cut that works great for both recreation and/or medication. Cheese is a classic strain, for good reason. Very pleasant surprise from an awesome freebie promo. Cheers
