just dont over do it..any bending etc do in steps, when topping , leave a little nub sticking bellow cut,, theres always a first time for us all..i have a NL in scrog you can see some training and have a Purple Haze in greenhouse that I have bent down and growing horizontal...if do when supple and take care,,plants can tolerate quite alot...good luck with the grow.....enjoy.
