Got a new dehumidifier to try to get temp up and humidity down, looking a bit better already but still want it a bit warmer and dryer. Perked up after 24 hrs running the lower humidity. Exhaust fan doesn't trip as often letting the temp rise a bit more (using cloudline inline fan with temp/humidity probe)
Likely switching to 12/12 by end of the week
