Yes they do. As soon as the seed pop and sprout I put under the light of 18 on 6 off. In the beginning I put under a small sunleaves pioneer viii which is 4x24 fluorescent tubes. As soon it sprouts I try to leave there for only 14 days on day 15 I start force flower 12-12 under a 400 watt hps

@Alamo_Grower_210 I do this with a 250omega dual spec CFL an it's a very good way to start very little stress an away they go 2weeks of this then under the HPS 600 and they love it happy to find someone else doing this still

@Alamo_Grower_210, you start the 12-12 on day 15? Isn't it too soon? Will this make plants to be premature?

Hello there. I have 300w led light and i want to put 4 nirvanas blue mystic under it. What led models did you use? How was the germination? Did you have any problems with nirvana ?

How do you manage the heat from your light inside of your closet? I would like to have the same setup but with a 600w inside a closet...

So looking at the day/night temp so night is warmer than day is that right ???

prop open the door so the air can exchange. I run the ac and with the door open the temp stays at 81º degrees.I started flowering at day 15 so the plants dont get too tall. I want them at 36-42" If I run a 600 watt hps I would to deal with more heat. and more cost. especially when the weather outside gets to be 100º plusI may look into switching to led so I can keep cost down. led runs cooler. and my ac isn't working as hard.
