First problems happened in week 4. Sherbet Queen Auto is getting yellow on new growth, got foliar spray with Vita Race to boost Iron and also flushed it because I wasn't sure what's causing the problem...
There was some problem with light intensity, had to bring the panel higher and reduce power to 75% and also started to cut the light cycle . Strange thing is that the Sherbet that is 65% Indica hybrid and should in theory tolerate the light very well was the first to show light stress 😵. I would never figure it out if the sativa dominant Green Gelato Auto didnt start to show the same symptoms but only near the centrum of the grow space wher the light is most intense! Girls got foliar feed with Vita Race and defoliated.
Changed nutes to flo, added Sugar Royal and Pure Zyme, Light stress under controll now, girls are all flowering but still no sign of trichomes, thus I introduced 15W UV light, its not a grow light but a party light and I have no idea about spectrum etc. all I know its surely not UV-C and plants tolerate it nicely. Green Gelato went flowering 2nd and Zweet ZZ is last to flower and streaching like crazy after I put the lights higher... Perks of growing different strains in same box XD. Had to level the plants a bit as Sherbet is really high and has very hard stalks that dont bend at all trying to LST her ended up in reaking the stalk a bit so I stoped stressing her more and gave up in LST. On the other hand Gelato after FIM is about 15cm smaller and needed to be put higher to even the level, I used a Xmass tree stand XD gave one to ZZ also but imidiately got light stressed so I put her lower again. Also gave them a little CO2 boost with a water+sugar+yeast in a bottle filtered through water pipe for brewing.
Sherbet is getting better and better, girls got feed with Sugar Royal and Pure Zyme and seem to like it alot also the UV light got them to frost a little. Got myself a EC/PPM pen, another thermometer with humidity check. The box doesnt yet have any ventilation besides all the openings in the box open and mixing fan inside pointing up and hanging just above the LED panel and UV fluo light to get the got air to the roof vent hole. Next week Im geting them some exhaust fan and carbon filter. They got a slight nute burn or reminesence of light stress hard to tell but its not getting worse just about 1-2mm on the leaf tips here and there... Next week Im introducing Green Sensation booster from Plagron. :EDIT: TIL about bud pinching or so called back-building technique and decided to give it a try on the Sherbet Queen Auto, if she reacts good to this experiment I will go on and bud pinch the other two girls. Suposedly it should make the buds grow dense and fat.
I really like the bud development, to enchance it even more all plants got heavy defoliation as they grow insanely bushy and with humidity reaching 75% in the dark part of cycle I dont want to invite mould. Palnts have about 60 days from seed and need 4-5 more weeks with Sherbet Queen finishing first follwed by Green Gelato and last but not least Sweet ZZ that took alot of time to streach out those lenghty internodes. Sherbet recovering after heavy pinching puting up some bud weight and frost building up nicely, she is most abused and stressed plant of them all, while in early LST she got broken and set back to recover that didnt slow her down much but LST turned into unintentional HST on main stem. Later on shown light sensitivity and forced me to dim and pull up the panel, this also looked bad at first but she recoverd very quick and well. Now all plants hot a very heavy feed with almost max strenght of all the goodies in store and to no surprise Sherbet saying too much and thorows "burning tips" card... I was expecting that tbh and this week they get RO water with PureZyme, Sugar Royal, CalMag and Green Sensation(half strenght) without main fert (Alga Bloom) and PK13/14 to lower the ppm of the runoff. Dont see any pests, spots unusall damage or discoloring, all is going quite fine, cant wait to see how much they put on in coming 2-3 weeks. Keep Growing guys!

So week 10 is starting, girls are on overdrive and even got to go outside for few hours to get some real-deal SUN. Buds are growing pretty nice especially on Sherbet Queen, next in line is Green Gelato with little less dense structure but still decently fat, and the last (and least) Sweet ZZ slacking around with is fluffy sativa-like budlets, atleast the trichoms production is quite wild with ZZ, I hope that she puts on some more mass but even if she doesnt I have a strong feeling that quality and tste of those tiny buds will be total fire, the frost is impressive and the smell is arousing... Girls got fed with lower strenght nutes and suplemented with CO2 from yeast and sugar (moonshine baby!).
