📆12th June Week 1
Week 1 -
Decided to run coco this time...
instantly regretted it!
Disclaimer: I enjoy growing in coco but I think it’s best using in my winter when the air is dry and I can better maintain the environment.
PEV Kindley sent me some seeds to test!
There was only 1 seed so Germination was a bit of a bum twitcher but strong genetics provide strong results.

📆17th June Week 2
Growth has been slow, my guess... I added to much Mono Calcium EC was too strong for the seedlings.
📌Transplanted into straight 100% CANNA COCO using 9L Air pots.
📌Added Mykos to the roots to aid in transplant the root growth has been poor this time. Purely my error.
📌Watered in with Low dose of ICONIC Formulex.
I have had a bottle for a few years and has always been good at getting things back on track before I start my feeding schedule.
Things should pick up staying optimistic XD

Week 3 Update, things have been coming along slowly. I need to re think my start in coco when growing seedlings.
I changed something, tried to fix something that wasn’t broken.
In the past I would only use a small amount of water & nutrients this time I over did it with both of these...
I’m praying things will pick up soon and they will start growing, just going to keep up with the daily feeds. All my girls are massing roots at the base of the pot so hopefully growth up top should pick up soon.

Sloooow, this is a good case study for “when autoflowers go wrong”
Small size is due to a cock up at the start of their very short and unpredictable lives. what happened?
• I added 600ppm of Calcium oxide... note to self - never do that again.
• I also been overwatering, even if it is impossible to overwater coco my tests suggest from seedling stage it is possible...
• Roots need time to develop, they need that wet/dry cycle even if it is for a few weeks to a month. I have seen better results when treating the 100% coco like soil almost.
I’m going to keep them alive and try to pull something off this run but I’m not expecting miracles at this stage.🙏✌️
📆20th July - Week 6

A little of a different update for this one. So this girl was the least abused out of the 3.
She is picking up growth now since I started letting the coco dry out. She is where I like my autos to be around the week 4. We are in week 6.
Thankfully she will keep stretching for 1-2 more days I expect as little bud sites are starting to show up at the tips.
⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
A recap on the problems and a few things learnt from this grow.
1.) I won’t transplant autos, that’s not saying you can’t just I won’t do it again. I’ve successfully transplanted autos in the past in coco with no issues but it really not worth it.
2.) I will never water coco everyday when they’re seedlings. They simply don’t need it. Unless you’re in a 100g bag or something of that small size coco definitley can be overwatered.
3.) Buffered Canna coco doesn’t need any more calcium at a seedling stage, contrary to belief if it’s buffered correctly then there should be enough for the first few weeks and then enough in most nutrient brands unless using RO of course.
📆25th July - Week 7
I was very happy with this lady until today...
Removed about 10 male flowers “balls” growing low down some had actually opened.
I will say that I’ve gotten quite used to seeing a male flower here and there on autos.
But this was A LOT more than I’ve plucked before.
My Grow has not been going well this time so I 100% tribute it to stress induced.
I will keep growing her out regardless as I always have.
If I find more growing later in flowering she will be getting the chop, but judging by her speed to enter flowering I have at least 5 weeks till she’s done.
Keep smiling, life’s too short😊
She’s flowering slow but a nice amount of bud sites developing.
I don’t mind growing her out till her full potential I’m just hoping to unlock some beauty from this beast!
She threw a few male pollen sacks when entering sexual maturity.
🤔 Well this sure is a freak of nature!
She started out small, she then became a HE... I removed her balls and now he’s back to a SHE but on steroids 😂
And she is stacking up very nicely, the buds are typical sativa long and skinny.
Resin is starting to appear on the Calyx and leaves, I will try to get as much out of this one as possible see if we can get those buds to swell up nice.

📆Week 10 - Amnesia Lenmon
This one is gong to be a big surprise...
I really hope she finishes up soon, her long buds stacking up nicely.
I’m feeding a Low EC just to keep some nutrients going in the coco, soon I will cut it all and just use some additives.✌️🙏

📆Week 11 - Flushing
So we are in the final stages for this girl, she is being flushed slowly ripening her slender Sativa shaped buds.
The Aroma is intensifying I think I will wait another week or maybe 2 to get the best result from her Resin.
“We found PEV”
Took a little time to get this updated, I’ve been battling the high heat and high humidity during the last part of flowering and the drying.
The appearance of the buds are slim and slender covered in crystal cured to a tan/green colour.
The smell is a piney lemon aroma with a hint of the noticeable herbal amnesia notes.
She carries that old school flavour all the way to the roach, with a the subtle lemon note on the tastebuds.
Strong Effect both body and mind, I wouldn’t say it’s great day smoke as I keep forgetting what I was doing... learning why it’s called Amnesia!
@PharmaZ, you've given me a heart attack reading that. Hopefully I can get this right just worried about ec levels. They seem to low. So will the coco hold onto the Organic nutrients longer than the other nutrients? Will avoid watering everyday and just when it needs it
@OrganicNature420, yeees, Big mistake. This grow is killing me😂
But I have learned some things from my mistakes...
If you are going to grow in coco with Green Buzz do not water them everyday as seedlings they don’t need it. The organic nutrients PH shifts upwards over time... so you basically feed at 5.8-6.0 after a few days the PH in the Coco rises which is good thing and more natural than having a fixed Ph or rapid Ph fluctuation.
I add Calmag 0.4ec still this buffers the water so when you add the other nutrients you don’t get rapid PH swings in the solution either.
It’s not the same as using chemical/salt based nutrient in coco as they need to be continuously flushed and also with the chemical nutrients there isn’t the same organic/microbe synergy.
Some things to think about 🤔 😃
Ps: I’ve watered the seedlings everyday and transplanted them that’s why this grow is fucked up, in the past I grew them like soil until they were big and needed that everyday feeding :)
