Hi there, You can topped a plant when she has 4 to 5 nodes.But for your plant, you've done a strong LST.If you don't have intention to topping more than one time, I recommend to continue on LST.Bend the main stem, spread the branches and make an even canopy.Happy growing... ✌️
My plant is really tight for space between tops. I'm trying not to disturb her anymore. I really don't want to cut anymore off but the foliage is getting insane. My question is do my tops have enough space or do I need to find a way to spread out more, and should I defoliate?
Defoliation just reduces your plants capacity to produce energy, slowing growth and leading to (potentially) smaller yields.
Try spreading the lowest branches outwards a bit more and everything should be fine.
She won't mind being disturbed if done now.
You can happily disturb your plant without fear up until about the third week of flowering.

It's hard to tell from the picture and my bad eyes, but I'm going to say yes. Should be hairs growing not ball shapes. But it doesn't hurt to give it another day while you get and germinate new seeds.

Main stem is pulling out secures and bending the opposite direction we'll just have to wait and see how things play out I want her to start gaining height a little worried that over stressed her maybe turning male :(
