Growth seems steady. They got their first feeding. Also I have a confession to make. I got them mixed up when I transplanted them so I’m unsure which are the wedding cake cross and which are just banana buttercups lol. Hopefully flowering will tell me.
I forgot to update last couple weeks so here we are.
Well they went through some decent transplant shock for some reason but bounced back over a few days. It could also have been a ph fluctuation. I noticed my ph is rising after the res has been sitting for a few days (with 2 air stones) I’m not sure what causes the rise. (7.2) I took the ph perfect line for granted and only checked it when filling new res. So may have stressed them with a big difference in ph? Anyway, Plants are happy now with flush and ph feeding of 6.2
I know ph perfect puts it at 5.8 but I feel that’s just a tad low and plants do better above 6. With the promix hp anyway But I’m no expert. Any ideas, please share!! Thanks for looking!
I’m pretty lazy when it comes to updating this diary! Oh well, here’s the middle of week 1 of flower! I’ve switched to Floraflex. So far so good. Probably do first defoliation this weekend (day 7)
First time cloning was successful! I used the EZ-Clone with Clonex.
Can’t wait to see what she’s phenos look like!

Couldn’t be happier with the way this grow is going. Finally got my floraflex watering system installed. No more hand watering! I Love it! I’m looking into adding some Power Si to their diet.

Coming to the End of week 9. Going to chop and hang them tomorrow. I’m so happy with the results of this grow. Got two keepers. One of the bbc and one of the wedding cake cross. Although both of the wedding cake cross phenos are phenomenal. I only have a 2x2 to keep a couple mothers in for a little while. Holler at me for cuts. Floraflex made this one of the smoothest grows I’ve ever done. I had zero issues and they remained healthy the entire time! Water only for this last week to bring on that nice fade. I grew some Square One Genetics love THC Titan . I grew Grape Rock Candy x Banana Butter Cups and man it was FIRE. As to your PH question. You are growing in a media that is mostly perlite and is NOT soil so your PH should be 5.8 because your method is hydroponics. If you are watering with runoff back into reservoir PH will be higher because this just means plants are feeding...a good thing. If it is just rising then its just the nature of your nutes . Gonna follow this one :)
