Well we are in week 6. She is starting to flower. She smells really good. Leaves are starting to turn a brownish red color.

@Mooncat, Thank you for the comment. We cut some slits in the cup for aeration. We shall see

@iluvhellokuttycgb, Fill the Cup with Earth to the edge again (just dont press it to much) and put tiny holes with a needle into the bottom and sides of that cup so the roots can develop better with more airation.
May needs watering a bit more often but whatever.
Also get the Plant closer to the light! 30-50 cm should be fine.
