A little LST done today and some pruning down under.
Had to roll the bag down a bit to get more airflow going. I just recently installed an RO system filter under my sink, if anything I should get my ppm/ec correct now. ppm are down to 30 and ec is almost none existant at 0.070.
To I was doing LST and pruning a little underneath on her and ended up breaking off one of the main cola stems (see pic). I tried tape but no go, the good thing though is that when I topped her, I actually FIM'd her so I have another. Other than that I've noticed she is getting thirsty as heck that I've upped the water to ever 2+ days rather than 3+
Update: Had to move a few of to the spare shower due to another flowering. She'll be back home soon.
Not sure, but I may have stress her moving her from tent to BR, my other two critical's are also showing signs of flowering. So, it's back into the tent since it's 12/12.
So she's drinking more, it shows as she's grown quite a bit in tha last week. So much she's almost caught up to my blueberry that is 21 days ahead.
I was using FF trio nutes, but the kit I have was more for my Blueberry. From here on out it'll be jacks and Beastie Bloomz. Doing it mostly as a trial, if it works out it'll save me a little bit as well.
Holy cow, she's going for the stretch, going to catch up to my blueberry in the corner.
EC: 2.3
PH: 5-5-6.2
Humidity seems to be an issue with all 4 plants in one tent, 55-60% seems to be it.
Defoiling leaves that are covering other bud sites mostly, other than under brush.
Just trying to keep up on watering and watching me nutes/
Added sand to the top of the soil to discourage bug eggs
8/15: The stretch is starting, bud development looks amazing!
8/17: The smell, ooooowwwhh that smell
She's stretching, but it seems only where the light is most intense. Hopefully the stretch continues a bit more to get them cola's up there.
Being my first frow, I've realized many errors I've made and will be avoiding much of these issues in the future, document everything you can. Jacks classic has been fantastic, and even adding in BB or CC I never overfeed them, however, one plant I am using FF trio did get some nute burn. Overfeeding shouldn't be an issue this next grow as I've documented the feeding and watering schedule to the point that if iI follow that I should be good to go.
So far she's grown sticky and smelly and I like it!
9/2 I've had to use these support lines I bought, they are wanting to lean over too much.
Just keeping her watered and feed. Nutes have increased and a little expected tip burn as well.
I've had to use yoyo's to hold her up, the buds are bending over and I'm sure the branches are stressed.
One of the kola's looks to have foxtailed, I noticed it before that it had a weird shape, hopefully not an issue.
It's a Polyploidy (see pics 1 & 2)
9/12: Out of the 3 soil plants I currently have, this one drinks the most by far, at least a gal a week more.
Bud development is progressing well, I can see daily growth using a wireless microscope, pretty amazing.
I've put yoyo's on them to hold the cola's up, but I was so unprepared for this much thickness. The branch under the cola's are not stiff and allow them to lean over. I've had to put the yoyo's in the cola's on some of them.
It's water only from here on out.
Very little to no amber on her. Hopefully soon because the cola's are drooping something fierce, I got yoyo's on them but even the lower ones are sagging. I'll have to chop her this weekend if this continues.
I've yet to weigh her, but if I had to guess I'd say I'll prob get about a 1/2 pound out of her. She is currently drying at 71F / 61% RH
I was off, 10oz
