I’m happy these ones survived. It’s really hot here in Italy (reaching 32 degrees) so the grow box was getting waaaay to hot to put them there. I bought an a/c and it’s ok now. First photo periods ever!!
another week of the babies being alive! This is a big deal because it’s getting really hot where I am (35 degrees) and I have 3 Mars hydro lights that dont do a lot of heat but still. So the a/c is saving my butt. Really happy with the growth😁
Oh and one baby is really weird it seems like it was already topped? It has a lot of branches it’s so weird!!
I topped them! It’s the first time ever topping so pls tell me if I’ve done anything wrong. I’ll be watching them really closely but it seems ok for now 😁 And look at that baby with 9 leafs!
hiio there. third week here. this week I just let them grow. didn't to anything to them. I'll repot soon and started giving nutrients altered with only water. they are growing some dark spots that really scare me but they seem to be recovering from topping. we'll see on the weeks to come.
sooooo. this has been a tough week! they seem to be recovering from the topping and the transplant. They are now in 25l vases. I only gave water without any nutrients this week cause they seem a little in over. I'm supposed to scrog in a week or so but I think I'll wait untill they are stronger. I'm a little worried about them cause they seemed stucked and not very healthy. I removed the sick leafs. If you guys have any advice please help ahahaha. It's my first photoperiod grow so I'm still trying to understand how much they can take. I'm super looking forward to seeing if they bounce back. wish me luck!!! 😁
heeeeeellllo!! 6th week here. goota admit I'm pretty damn proud of myself! the girls were not looking good at all a week ago and now they look amazing! I lst'd them and I really had to fight the urge to train them everyday cause they have been bouncing back in record time! like I did a kind of strong lst where I kind of broke the 2 main stems and pretty heavy lst on every girl and the next day they were completely up again! amazing! really amazing! I think it's because I stressed them out so much before that this time they were like "THIS ALL YOU GOT BITCH?" LOL. (ima put the pics so you see the before and after).
So this week's been All about training really, setting the scrog and giving only water without any nutrients. I wanted to start fresh since they overed. I think tomorrow I'll give nutrients for the first time in like 3 weeks lol.
psssss: is the scrog at the right length? :')
FINALLY FLOWER TIME!!!!
so as you can see I sprayed them with diatomeaceus earth for precaution before switching them to flower. I started giving half of the recommended dose of fertilizers and I give them alterned with plain water and they seem to be growing better. They are reaching the scrog net which is good :).
They don't seem to have understood they are in flower time.. I havent seen any white pistils yet.
Have been checking them to spot males/hermaphrodites and they all seem to be females. I have been reading the Cervantes Bible in which it says that you should wait for pre-flowers to appear before switching to flower. but I read it too late since I had already switched, but it's noted for next time
this switch really helped the temperatures thought,I was able to remove the a/c so the baby's have more space to grow 🖤 overall a successfull week I think 🔥
havent done any training this week to them,Im just letting them grow
the babies are looking good this week! they have finally noticed they are in flower and started giving me those white pistils 😍 a good week,I'm watering like 3 times a week now. next time I'll water il also give nutrients for the flowering stage. I wanted to wait until they showed me they knew they were flowering.
I'm currently giving them 1.5 liters of water each.
Should I lollypop them soon or leave them be? 🤔
i think I did a good job with the low stress training and the topping as they all seem to have 4/5 main stems 😁😁😁😁
they have Been doing sooo well!! growing so much! they have taken the whole box now! I'm happy of how my first attempt at scrog turned out I noticed they are low at ppm values, does that mean they want nutrients? 🤔also I found thrips.. I'll figure out how to deal with them /:.
oh also I lollypopped them and put the cuttings in water. I don't think it will work but I'm curious as how resilient they are.
sooo it has been an amazing week! looks like all the training and long vegetative stage is paying me off with interests! 😂🤯
I managed to take the whole grow space (didn't think I would be able to make it since it was my first time using scrog and topping techniques.)
They seem so hungry! I don't think the alternating only water and water with nutrients is working out for my babies. I have been giving them nutrients with the last 4 waterings and they still have low ppm values!
I'll keep giving them nutrients untill they are happy.
Also I had thrips,I got tired of stressing myself out over them so I sprayed a lot of diatomeaceus earth on my whole grow room and then I removed it from the flower sites. I think this will help me fight them at least a little bit. I know it is not ideal but I couldn't get anything official to do it I had to use what I already had. I did that 3 days ago and today I saw all the thrips on 1 leaf that didn't have diatomeaceus earth on it.
I'm happy with the results! nothing much else to say.
p.s. I'm always giving half of the recommended dose of fertilizers anyway🔥.
GUYS. THE SMELL. THIS STRAIN IS AMAZING.
The smell is getting amazing! they are so sticky! they have so much colasssss I love that they got the whole box!
they are finally not hungry anymore,I'm calculating ppm values every time and fertilizing as necessary.
the diatomeaceus earth worked, there are almost no thrips anymore,I'm also really happy about that,I was doubtful.
they are drinking a lot of water. I'm giving them 3l per plant every 3 days more or less.
I'm so looking forward to this! I hate myself for doing only autos until this babies.
They seem happy! not much to say anymore. can't wait to harvest!
it has been going good I sprayed some 100% organic pesticide for fruit trees and I have to say it was pretty good. it got rid of the few thrips I had left. Now of course once I got rid of that problem another comes up😅😅 it got cold super fast here! I'm afraid they are suffering because of it. I'm thinking about switching from Mars hydro's Leds to a hps light since it emanates a lot of hotness in the grow room and I need that. getting close to flushing im excited!
Btw I'm doing a big ass timelapse,I'll post it when this babies are done 😍
this week is going smooooth. Te fact that the temperatures went down turned out to be good cause it happened right at the end.
Next time I water I'm going to flush 😁 then wait til the soil is a little dry (but before they look thirsty) 😁😁😁😁
im happy with this grow cause it was my first one so I can't complain. Next time I'll be more preventive towards pests 😬 and use cuttings to do clones too😁😁 they have an amazing smell. I think before harvest ill also give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin 😆😆😆😆😆😆
this week is going really good! I am flushing right now with just plain water. I was supposed to harvest but I decided to give it another watering since the ppm values were the maximum recommended for harvest and I want as less fertilizer in my buds as possible😁 next time I'll water I'll give them 4/5 liters per plant and when the soil is kinda moist and about to dry I will give them 24 hrs of darkness to increase resin and then FINALLY chop everything off!
I'm really excited to try them! they smell really amazing.
